Kelley (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

After failing to practice in any capacity this week, Kelley was listed as doubtful heading into Sunday, so his inactive status was fully expected. While Kelley's absence should open up a few extra touches for change-of-pace back Chris Thompson, it's rookie Samaje Perine who will benefit the most. Look for Perine to handle the bulk of the early-down work and lead the Redskins in carries Sunday.

Jones is expected to split carries Sunday against the Vikings with Ty Montgomery (ribs), who is slated to return from a one-game absence, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

After Montgomery's early departure in the Week 4 win over the Bears, Jones, who hadn't logged a carry in the Packers' first three contests, has been able to capitalize on his first NFL touches. Over the last two games, the rookie has racked up 174 yards on the ground on 32 carries while scoring twice, injecting life into a Packers running attack that had been struggling with Montgomery in a featured role to begin the season. While Montgomery's success as a runner in the second half of 2016 will likely put him in line to start Sunday since it's not expected that he'll be limited, head coach Mike McCarthy is likely to keep Jones highly involved in the game plan, potentially capping the upside of both running backs in season-long and DFS contests. It's possible that McCarthy ends up riding the hot hand of the two backs as the game progresses.

Clement carried the ball twice for a total of one yard in Thursday's win over the Panthers.

He wasn't targeted in the passing game. The undrafted rookie didn't do much with his touches and saw fewer than half as many snaps as Kenjon Barner. With Wendell Smallwood (back) working his way back from injury possibly in time for next Monday night's contest, Clement has a long way to climb up the depth chart to fantasy relevance.

Barner rushed five times for seven yards and caught one of two targets for nine yards in Thursday's win over Carolina.

Barner out-snapped Corey Clement, 22-10, and out-touched the rookie, 6-2, as both continue to fill in for Wendell Smallwood, who missed a second straight game with swelling in his knee. Meanwhile, LeGarrette Blount has grabbed a firm hold as the lead back in this offense, rendering Barner and Clement moot for fantasy except in very deep leagues.

Elliott's (suspension) representation is expected to request an en banc hearing of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, Albert Breer of TheMMQB.com reports.

The development would come after the 5th Circuit Court itself released a mandate regarding a rehearing, mentioning the court is unlikely to take on the case again. If the court denies the upcoming request, Elliott's team would be forced to take the fight to the NFL's turf in the Southern District of New York. While the legal process continues to play out, the NFL has reinstated Elliott's six-game suspension, which will begin Oct. 22 and extend through Thanksgiving, assuming there isn't another stay. The Cowboys would rely on Alfred Morris and Darren McFadden out of the backfield in the event the ban remains on the books.

Oliver (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Oilver was listed as a full practice participant Friday, which bodes well for his chances of being available for Sunday's 4:25 ET kickoff. That said, abundant touches aren't likely in store for Oliver as long as starter Melvin Gordon remains healthy. Moreover, fellow reserve back Austin Ekeler has made some plays of late and could pose a threat to Oliver's workload, in any case.

The Titans will make an effort to get Henry more involved in the offense moving forward, Jason Wolf of The Tennessean reports.

Coming off back-to-back losses, offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie noticed Henry received a season-low four carries Sunday in Miami. Since drafting Henry in the second round of the 2016 draft, more work for the running back has had a direct correlation on the Titans' record. As evidence, the team is 10-1 when Henry earns at least seven rushes, as opposed to 1-8 when the number is six or fewer. Getting Henry more involved in the offense could come at the expense of DeMarco Murray, but the Titans may also operate a more run-friendly offense in the short term if Marcus Mariota (hamstring) continues to sit out. Either way, Robiskie and company seem committed to increasing Henry's stock.

Washington (quad) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Washington logged a third consecutive limited practice Friday, leaving his status in legitimate question ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. He hasn't played since Week 2 and will merely serve as the No. 3 running back if he returns for Sunday's game. His role could include some or most of the carries in short-yardage and goal-line spots.

Foreman (hip) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Foreman will be out there if you need him this weekend, but given that he's a Lamar Miller injury away from a reliable role in the Houston attack, he's a speculative play in Week 6. Last weekend, Foreman carried four times for 34 yards in a loss to the Chiefs, while logging just nine offensive snaps (of a possible 64) compared to Miller's 56.

The Ravens ruled West (calf) out for Sunday's game against the Bears.

West isn't believed to have a long-term injury, but he didn't practice all week and was never expected to play in Sunday's game. Javorius Allen and Alex Collins figure to share carries in some fashion, while Allen remains locked in on passing downs.
