Mark Walton RB | MIA
Bengals' Mark Walton: Tiny workload
Walton had four carries for 10 yards in Sunday's loss to the Chiefs. He wasn't targeted in the passing game.
Almost all of Walton's snaps came late, too, when the game was well out of hand. Even with Gio Bernard (knee) out, Walton hasn't seen action on third downs that Bernard usually receives. Instead, Joe Mixon has simply stayed in the game on third down.

C.J. Anderson RB | LAR
Panthers' C.J. Anderson: No touches against Eagles
Anderson did not get any touches in Sunday's 21-17 win over the Eagles.
Anderson played just three offensive snaps, but that shouldn't be surprising considering how sparingly he's been used since joining the Panthers this season. Unless something were to happen to Christian McCaffrey, the veteran backup figures to remain in a restricted role.

Doug Martin RB | LV
Raiders' Doug Martin: Opportunity knocks with Lynch on IR
With Marshawn Lynch (groin) now on IR, Martin is in line to see added work, beginning Sunday against the Colts.
It was already known that Lynch would miss time, but now that he's on IR, it clear that the Raiders will need to turn to Martin and Jalen Richard in the coming weeks. While Richard, who has caught 31 passes for 253 yards in six games to date, figures to remain heavily involved as a change-of-pace back, Martin is expected to handle the bulk of the Raiders' carries in the coming weeks, according to Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Meanwhile, DeAndre Washington is a candidate to re-join the team's ,backfield mix, after having been a healthy scratch of late. Martin's status as the Raiders' new lead back makes him a worthy roster add heading into Week 8, but minus Lynch and with top wideout Amari Cooper having been traded, it remains to be seen how explosive the team's offense will be going forward.

Ameer Abdullah RB | JAC
Lions' Ameer Abdullah: Logs first offensive snaps of season
Abdullah rushed once for one yard and caught his only target for 12 receiving yards during Sunday's 32-21 victory over Miami.
Abdullah saw his first offensive snaps of the season Sunday with Theo Riddick (knee) unavailable to play, but the Lions didn't use him as a direct replacement for Riddick on obvious passing downs. Instead, rookie Kerryon Johnson predictably saw a slightly expanded workload while LeGarrette Blount remained in the same complementary, early-down role the veteran bruiser has been in all year. Even if Riddick remains sidelined in Week 8, don't expect Abdullah to see a significant uptick in usage anytime soon.
-
Jordan Wilkins RB | CLE
Colts' Jordan Wilkins: Back into RB mix
Wilkins had six carries for 46 yards and one reception for eight yards in Sunday's win over Buffalo.
Wilkins didn't play on offense last week, but he was third on the team in snaps on offense (15) against Buffalo with Robert Turbin out with a shoulder injury. While Wilkins' performance did come against struggling Buffalo, it could get him back into the RB mix. However, he's clearly No. 3 behind Marlon Mack and Nyheim Hines.
-
Nyheim Miller-Hines RB | NO
Colts' Nyheim Hines: Five carries in Sunday's win
Hines had five carries for 47 yards and lost five yards on his only reception on two targets in Sunday's win over Buffalo.
Marlon Mack started at running back and had 126 yards rushing while playing 37 of the offense's 66 snaps. He's the clear No. 1 back with a return to full strength from a hamstring injury. However, Hines looks like the No. 2 RB and still set to get significant time as he played 17 snaps on offense while Jordan Wilkins had 15 snaps.

Melvin Gordon RB | BAL
Chargers' Melvin Gordon: Expected back after bye week
Coach Anthony Lynn expects Gordon (hamstring) to return at full strength after a Week 8 bye, Ryan Kartje of The Orange County Register reports. "I felt like I had to protect him today," Lynn said Sunday after a 20-19 win over the Titans. "I don't want this to be a lingering thing. I want to get him back for Seattle (on Nov. 4). He's got a bye week off. He can get healthy, and hopefully we'll have a full-speed Melvin back in a couple weeks."
A late addition to the injury report, Gordon was held out of Sunday's contest in London after he was unable to make it through pregame warmups without aggravating his hamstring. Austin Ekeler has been fantastic in a part-time role, but he struggled when tasked with the lead job Sunday, gaining just 42 yards on 12 carries and 26 yards on five receptions. Gordon seemingly has a good chance to be ready for a Week 9 game in Seattle.
-
Mike Boone RB | MIA
Vikings' Mike Boone: Four carries Sunday
Boone had four carries for four yards and didn't have a reception on his only target in Sunday's win at the Jets.
Neither Boone (eight snaps) nor Roc Thomas (three snaps) got much playing time behind Latavius Murray with Dalvin Cook out due to a hamstring injury. Neither has been much of a factor in the offense while Cook has been out.
-
Roc Thomas RB | JAC
Vikings' Roc Thomas: Has 23 yards rushing
Thomas had one carry for 23 yards in Sunday's win at the Jets.
Neither Mike Boone (eight snaps) nor Thomas (three snaps) got much playing time behind Latavius Murray with Davlin Cook out due to a hamstring injury. Neither has been much of a factor in the offense while Cook has been out.

Cordarrelle Patterson RB | PIT
Patriots' Cordarrelle Patterson: Records 95-yard return TD on Sunday
Patterson was on the field for six of a possible 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 38-31 win over the Bears.
Though his only touch on offense was a four-yard run, Patterson -- who lost a fumble Sunday -- did make his mark as a returner, taking four kickoffs for 179 yards, including a 95-yard TD. Julian Edelman, Chris Hogan and Josh Gordon remain entrenched atop the Patriots' wideout depth chart, which limits Patterson to occasional TDs that are tough for fantasy players to count on occurring on a weekly basis.
