Williams caught four of five targets for 26 yards and a touchdown and added five yards on three carries during Sunday's 42-24 win over Oakland.

The Raiders were closing quickly on Aaron Rodgers on a goal-line possession in the final moments of the first half. The veteran passer adjusted quickly, flipping the ball out into the flat for a two-yard touchdown to Williams. Though he scored, the performance was a letdown after Williams' 136-yard game in Week 6. The BYU product has been more efficient on the season than stablemate Aaron Jones, averaging 4.6 yards per carry to Jones' 4.0, but has garnered more touches than Jones just twice in six games. It'd be foolish to count on him to get the lion's share of carries in any given week, though he's become a relatively reliable receiver with three receiving touchdowns this season.

Drake rushed six times for 21 yards and brought in three of four targets for 37 yards in the Dolphins' 31-21 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

Drake played second fiddle to Mark Walton in the backfield, with the latter outpacing him by eight carries and 45 rushing yards. However, Drake played a solid role in the passing game yet again, and he's now logged at least three receptions in five consecutive contests. The 25-year-old will likely continue to be the subject of trade rumors until either he's actually dealt or the deadline passes, and given Walton's successful audition for the lead-back role Sunday, a move elsewhere for Drake may now be even more likely.

Mixon rushed 10 times for two yards and caught one of two targets for a two-yard touchdown in Sunday's 27-17 loss to Jacksonville.

Cincinnati's offense was stuck in low gear for most of the game, but the Bengals heated up late in the first half with a scoring drive in the two-minute drill, which Mixon capped with a two-yard touchdown reception. That touchdown salvaged an otherwise forgettable outing from Mixon, who has been held to fewer than 20 yards on the ground four times in seven games. The running back's floor will be extremely low against the Rams in Week 8.

Walton rushed 14 times for 66 yards and brought in his only target for minus-8 yards in the Dolphins' 31-21 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

Walton led the way in carries and rushing yardage for Miami, comfortably outpacing both Kenyan Drake and Kalen Ballage. The workload was the highest of the season for Walton by far, and considering the type of solid ground production he parlayed it into, he presumably secured a larger role heading into a Week 8 Monday night matchup versus the Steelers.

Singletary rushed seven times for 26 yards in the Bills' 31-21 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.

Singletary was making his return from a three-game absence due to a hamstring injury, and with T.J. Yeldon inactive, the rookie saw a solid complementary workload behind starter Frank Gore. Singletary has seen his carries climb in each of the three games he's suited up for, and his dynamic skill set should progressively help him carve out additional playing time now that he's regained health. Singletary will look to begin making good on that promise in a Week 8 matchup against the Eagles.

Cook carried 25 times for 142 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Lions. He also caught one of two targets for an additional seven yards in the 42-30 win.

Cook repeatedly gashed the Lions' run defense to the tune of 5.7 yards per carry on a career-high 25 totes. He scored an eight-yard touchdown in the second quarter and later put the game away with a four-yard plunge in the final minutes of the fourth. Cook has been an otherworldly performer this season, racking up at least 120 scrimmage yards and/or a touchdown in every game this season. He'll look to keep it rolling in a favorable home matchup against the Redskins on Thursday.

Mack rushed 18 times for 44 yards and caught all three of his targets for 12 more in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Texans.

Mack couldn't find much running room, as Jacoby Brissett carried the offense with his arm, throwing four touchdowns. Expect better days ahead for the 23-year-old running back behind one of the league's better offensive lines, starting in Week 8 against the Broncos.

Breida (head) cleared the concussion protocol Sunday at Washington, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Despite being poked in the eye on the play in which he left the game in the second half, Breida is available to return, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com. Breida will look to build upon his eight carries for 35 yards and one catch (on one target) for one yard.

Penny (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday versus the Ravens, John Boyle of the Lions' official site reports.

After a week of full practices, Penny has been given the all-clear to play for just the second time since the second game of the season. His workload will be interesting to note, though, as Chris Carson has been a true workhorse over the last three games. In Penny's three appearances, he's averaged 8.3 touches per contest.

Breida was removed from Sunday's contest at Washington to be looked at for a head injury, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Brieda was directed to the sideline by NFL officials, where he proceeded to be evaluated in the blue sideline tent. If a concussion is confirmed, Tevin Coleman, Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson will be the 49ers' remaining active running backs.
