  • Jaguars' James Robinson: Over 100 scrimmage yards in loss

Robinson rushed 17 times for 75 yards and caught all four of his targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 33-25 loss to the Bengals.

Robinson topped 100 scrimmage yards for a third consecutive week, but it was a bit disappointing that he failed to do more against a Bengals defense that came in allowing 181.7 yards per game on the ground. Only the Texans entered Week 4 allowing more rushing yards per game, so Robinson will benefit from another favorable matchup when his team travels to Houston in Week 5.

  • Browns' D'Ernest Johnson: Runs for 95 yards

Johnson carried 13 times for 95 yards during Sunday's 49-38 win over the Cowboys.

Johnson got involved in the offense after Nick Chubb (knee) left with an injury and gashed the Dallas defense for 7.3 yards per carry. His long gain went for 28 yards and he impressively finished with more carries than Kareem Hunt, who found the end zone twice on the day. Chubb was able to walk off under his own power, but the extent of his injury remains to be seen. If he is forced to sit out next Sunday's matchup with the Colts, Johnson could receive a healthy workload as a complementary option to Hunt.

  • Joe Mixon RB | HOU

Bengals' Joe Mixon: Breaks out with three TDs

Mixon rushed 25 times for 151 yards and two touchdowns while catching all six of his targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 33-25 win over the Jaguars.

So much for any concerns about the chest injury that had Mixon listed as questionable coming into this one. Mixon scored his first touchdown of the season on a nine-yard reception in the two-minute drill late in the first half, then capped Cincinnati's first possession of the second half with a 34-yard rushing score before adding a 23-yard rushing touchdown later in the third quarter. His 31 touches marked a season high, as game script finally allowed the Bengals to feed their workhorse running back. Repeating that positive game script won't be easy in Baltimore in Week 5, but this performance proved that Mixon still belongs in the conversation with the league's best running backs.

  • Titans' Khari Blasingame: Lands on COVID-19 list

Blasingame will be placed on the COVID-19 Reserve list Monday, Paul Kuharsky of 104.5 The Zone Nashville reports.

The 24-year-old fielded only one offensive touch between Weeks 1 and 3, though he has garnered 20-plus percent of the offensive snaps over each of Tennessee's past two games while serving as the starting fullback. With the Titans' Week 4 matchup against Pittsburgh already having been postponed until Oct. 25 because of concerns over COVID-19, Blasingame has a chance to avoid missing time so long as he can post consecutive negative tests between now and Tennessee's Week 5 matchup against the Bills.

  • Alvin Kamara RB | NO

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Scores seventh TD in win

Kamara rushed 19 times for 83 yards and a touchdown and caught three of four targets for 36 yards in Sunday's 35-29 win over the Lions.

Kamara tied the game at 14 apiece with a one-yard touchdown in the second quarter, but he took a back seat to Latavius Murray (two rushing touchdowns) and Tre'Quan Smith (two receiving touchdowns). Murray finished with 14 carries to Kamara's 19 as the Saints continued to employ a run-heavy approach in Michael Thomas' (ankle) absence. With seven touchdowns through four games, Kamara should remain locked in as an RB1 at home against the Chargers in Week 5, regardless of Thomas' status.

  • Buccaneers' Kenjon Barner: Will not return Sunday

Barner (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup against the Chargers, Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times reports. He finished the contest with no catches on one target and 33 yards on one kickoff return.

The eight-year NFL veteran was pulled from Sunday's contest after suffering an apparent head injury just before the conclusion of the first half, and team trainers have since deemed him ineligible for return. Barner will have to clear the league's concussion protocol if he has any hope of making it back for Tampa Bay's Week 5 showdown with the Bears, which will come on a short week with the two teams facing off on Thursday Night Football.

  • Bills' Devin Singletary: Teammate sidelined

Singletary's teammate Zack Moss is inactive for Sunday's game in Las Vegas.

While T.J. Yeldon will suit up, Moss not being out there leaves Singletary as the bell-cow back for another game. Singletary didn't score last week -- in fact, no Bills running back has rushed for a touchdown since Week 9 of last season -- but he did post 121 yards from scrimmage. Expect the second-year man to be plenty involved in both sides of the offense today.

  • Buccaneers' Kenjon Barner: Being checked for head injury

Barner exited Sunday's matchup against the Chargers to be evaluated for a concussion, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

The 30-year-old running back and return specialist was injured while attempting to catch a Tom Brady pass in the final two minutes of the first half, and his return to the game remains questionable. Barner was unlikely to make substantial contributions for the Buccaneers' offensive attack during Week 4, as he had garnered one target and no rush attempts at the time of his exit. Tampa Bay remains with Ronald Jones and Ke'Shawn Vaughn as its top two rushers after LeSean McCoy injured his ankle on Tampa Bay's opening offensive drive of the afternoon.

  • Zack Moss RB | CIN

Bills' Zack Moss: Inactive for Week 4

Moss (toe) will not play in Sunday's game in Las Vegas.

This is a bit of a surprise after the rookie was able to practice on a limited basis all week. The backfield will belong to Devin Singletary for another week.

  • Nick Chubb RB | HOU

Browns' Nick Chubb: Won't return to Sunday's contest

Chubb (knee) won't return to Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

With Chubb -- who carried six times for 43 yards prior to his exit -- now out for the day, the Browns' Week 4 backfield duties will be handled by the duo of Kareem Hunt and D'Ernest Johnson. Given that Hunt is already rostered in most leagues, Johnson could be a useful waiver-wire add in advance of Week 5, in the event that Chubb is forced to miss any time with his knee issue.
