Ogunbowale (hand) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Ogunbawale played a season-high 13 snaps on offense last week and was targeted twice. If he's unable to play Sunday, it'll mainly affect the depth behind bell cow James Robinson. Both Devine Ozigbo and Nathan Cottrell stand to benefit if Ogunbowale sits out.

Jacobs (hip) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Jacobs was added to the Raiders' Week 12 injury report Thursday when he logged a limited practice. Though he remained limited Friday, the running back now has the green light for Sunday's contest, as does reserve Jalen Richard (chest). Assuming no in-game setbacks, Jacobs will be in line for his usual lead role versus Atlanta, a context that has through 10 games resulted in him averaging a fantasy-friendly 19.9 carries for 75.5 yards per game -- to go along with nine TDs -- as well as 2.4 catches for 15.8 yards per contest.

Wilson (ankle) is slated to be activated from IR prior to Sunday's road game versus the Rams, as coach Kyle Shanahan considers the running back questionable to suit up, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

With Tevin Coleman (knee) ruled out for Week 12, the 49ers are calling in reinforcements in the form of Raheem Mostert (ankle) and Wilson. Both running backs are coming off multi-week recoveries, and Wilson himself hasn't suited up since Week 7. If Wilson is active Sunday, he may have to contend with Mostert for touches, though Jerick McKinnon could lead the backfield as the only consistently healthy San Francisco running back this season.

Mostert (ankle) will be activated from injured reserve before Sunday's game against the Rams, with coach Kyle Shanahan considering the running back questionable to play, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Jeff Wilson (IR - ankle) will get the same treatment, while Tevin Coleman (knee) has been ruled out. Mostert should be the lead back if he ends up playing, but the 49ers also have Jerick McKinnon on hand, and it sounds like Wilson has a shot as well. It could come down to a game-time decision for Mostert and/or Wilson.

The Eagles activated Clement from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Daniel Gallen of The Harrisburg Patriot-News reports.

Clement was a high-risk close contact when he was placed on the list. The 26-year-old running back will be available for Monday's game against the Seahawks. The Wisconsin product isn't expected to play much if Boston Scott (abdomen) is active.

Kamara (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Denver.

The Saints have limited Kamara's practice workloads while he deals with a foot injury, but there was never any question he'd be ready for Sunday. He had his worst fantasy performance of the season in Taysom Hill's first start at quarterback, but Kamara did still score a touchdown to avoid a total dud.

Edwards and the Ravens won't play Sunday at Pittsburgh after the NFL announced the game was rescheduled for Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Even with this game getting moved for a second time, Edwards is poised to lead Baltimore's backfield after both Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday. Considering the Ravens rank second in the NFL in rush play percentage (51.9) and Edwards has averaged 5.1 yards per carry through two-plus seasons, he could have a productive outing Tuesday, assuming the game is played.

Coach Anthony Lynn said Ekeler (hamstring) has "a chance" to be activated from injured reserve before Sunday's game at Buffalo, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

The Chargers opened Ekeler's 21-day practice window this week, indicating he was close to completing his recovery from a left hamstring injury suffered Week 4. He's missed six games as a result, and the team will need to make a decision on whether or not he'll miss a seventh by Saturday afternoon. Even if he's able to play Sunday, it'll be interesting to see the breakdown of reps out of the backfield. Kalen Ballage (ankle) is questionable for the contest, so Ekeler has a chance to retake the No. 1 role right away if L.A. deems him to be ready for such a workload.

Coach Brian Flores relayed Friday that the team's coaching staff will review the film on Gaskin (knee) before determining if he'll be activated for Sunday's game against the Jets, Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com reports.

Gaskin, who is still on IR, has been practicing this week and if he is indeed deemed fit to play this weekend, there's a path for him to reclaim the team's lead role, with Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) having been ruled out for Sunday's contest. Miami's other backfield options include Matt Breida, Patrick Laird and DeAndre Washington.

Ahmed (shoulder) won't play Sunday against the Jets, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

Though Ahmed is out this week, the Dolphins have the option of activating Myles Gaskin (knee) from IR in advance of Sunday's game. Per Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com, Brian Flores relayed that the team plans to review the practice film on Gaskin before determining his Week 12 status. Miami's other backfield options include Matt Breida, Patrick Laird and DeAndre Washington.
