  • Zack Moss RB | CIN

Bills' Zack Moss: Plays well in limited role

Moss rushed nine times for 59 yards and caught both of his targets for nine yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Chargers.

Buffalo employed a near-even three man rushing split between Moss, Devin Singletary (11 carries for 82 yards and a fumble) and Josh Allen (nine carries for 32 yards and a touchdown). It has been tough to glean fantasy value from the divided Buffalo backfield, especially with Allen leading the team with six rushing touchdowns, but Moss racked up the second-highest rushing yardage total of his young career and will try to build on this performance in Week 13 against the 49ers.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Surprisingly struggles in win

Cook rushed 18 times for 61 yards and secured all four targets for 21 yards in the Vikings' 28-27 win over the Panthers on Sunday. He also lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown.

The star back had a premium matchup on paper versus the Panthers' porous run defense, but he had a long run of just 14 yards and gained a sparse 47 yards on his other 17 carries. Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports Cook also exited the game for a brief time in the second half with an ankle injury, although he ultimately returned after just a handful of plays. Cook's costly third-quarter fumble put Minnesota behind by two possessions at the time and marked the third time he lost a loose ball this season. The Pro Bowler will look to bounce back with more prolific production in a Week 13 home battle against the one-win Jaguars.

  • Bills' Devin Singletary: Tops 100 scrimmage yards in win

Singletary rushed 11 times for 82 yards and caught all three of his targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Chargers. He also lost a fumble.

Both Singletary and Zack Moss (nine carries for 59 yards) were effective on the ground, but quarterback Josh Allen scored Buffalo's lone rushing touchdown. With both Allen and Moss cutting into his production, Singletary has mustered just one touchdown heading into a Week 13 date with the 49ers. On the bright side, Singletary topped 100 scrimmage yards for just the second time all season.

  • Austin Ekeler RB | WAS

Chargers' Austin Ekeler: Explosive in return from injury

Ekeler (hamstring) carried the ball 14 times for 44 yards and also caught 11 of his 16 targets for 85 yards in the 27-17 loss Sunday to the Bills.

It quickly became apparent the pre-game report suggesting Ekeler would not be the team's bell-cow was misinformed as the talented back was the main catalyst on the team's first scoring drive of the game. It's hard to imagine the Chargers planned to give Ekeler a whopping 16 targets in his first game back after a nearly two-month absence, but an early deficit essentially forced a pass-heavy game script for most of the contest. A seven-carry advantage over backup Joshua Kelley mimicked the type of split the Chargers deployed earlier in the season, so it's safe to say Ekeler is back to being one of the top fantasy running backs, especially in PPR leagues.

  • Derrick Henry RB | BAL

Titans' Derrick Henry: Pummels Colts with three touchdowns

Henry carried the ball 27 times for 178 yards and three touchdowns in Week 12 against the Colts. He added two receptions for seven yards.

Henry sliced through the Colts' run defense for the entire game, ripping off eight runs of ten or more yards. He also notched his fourth multi-touchdown effort of the campaign, logging rushing scores of 12, 11 and one yards. Henry continues to blend tremendous volume -- he's topped 20 carries in five of his last seven contests -- with efficiency and has remained one of the most consistent producers at the position as a result. He'll draw a matchup against the Browns in Week 13.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Loses fumble in blowout loss

Jacobs (ankle) registered 27 rushing yards on seven carries while catching all three of his targets for 17 receiving yards during Sunday's 43-6 loss to Atlanta. He also lost one fumble.

Jacobs' fumble came at the 1:53 mark of the third quarter with Las Vegas backed up at its own 10-yard line. The giveaway allowed Atlanta to tack on another field goal to an already-dominant 30-6 lead. The second-year pro out of Alabama posted his second-lowest rushing total of the 2020 campaign during Sunday's loss, as the game script heavily restricted his involvement with the Raiders trailing by 13 going into halftime. It's hard to imagine Jacobs' usage fading for the same reason Week 13 with the Raiders traveling to MetLife Stadium to face the winless Jets. His ankle will be something to keep an eye on, however, as coach Jon Gruden noted the injury to be of concern postgame, per Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com.

  • Nick Chubb RB | HOU

Browns' Nick Chubb: Dominates Jaguars on ground

Chubb carried the ball 19 times for 144 yards and a touchdown in Week 12 against Jacksonville. He added three receptions for 32 yards.

Chubb averaged 7.6 yards per carry on the strength of five rushes that went for more than 10 yards. He added to his big day with a one-yard rushing score for his sixth touchdown of the season. Uncharacteristically, Chubb also chipped in a significant amount as a receiver, highlighted by receptions of 14 and 13 yards. Though Kareem Hunt continues to cut into Chubb's workload, Chubb has topped 100 rushing yards in all three of his contests since returning from a knee injury. He'll draw a matchup against the Titans in Week 13.

  • Jaguars' James Robinson: Posts 159 scrimmage yards

Robinson had 22 carries for 128 yards and a touchdown while catching five of six targets for 31 yards during Sunday's 27-25 loss to the Browns.

The rookie UDFA scored on a four-yard run in the final minutes to give the Jaguars a chance to tie the game 27-27, but the two-point conversion failed. Robinson continues to dominate the backfield work for Jacksonville, as Laviska Shenault's one carry for six yards was the only rush attempt from someone besides Robinson or quarterback Mike Glennon. The 22-year-old Robinson is up to 1,170 scrimmage yards and eight touchdowns through 11 games, and he should continue to see heavy volume down the stretch, regardless of the matchup.

  • Kenyan Drake RB | GB

Cardinals' Kenyan Drake: Scores twice in loss

Drake rushed 22 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns while catching three of four targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Patriots.

Drake capped Arizona's first drive with a one-yard score one play after being denied a touchdown by a stingy spot. His attempt at a second one-yard plunge on the final play of the first half was ruled just short of the goal line, but there was no doubt about Drake's one-yard touchdown to tie the score at 17 apiece in the fourth quarter. The running back's efforts ultimately weren't enough on a quiet afternoon for quarterback Kyler Murray, but Drake now has three rushing touchdowns in his last two games heading into a Week 13 date with the Rams.

  • Buccaneers' Ke'Shawn Vaughn: Inactive Week 12

Vaughn (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 12 contest against the Chiefs, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

The rookie running back continues to lose out on active status to veteran LeSean McCoy, even though the latter is not seeing any work behind Ronald Jones and Leonard Fournette. Vaughn's next opportunity for game action will come in Week 14 against the Vikings following the Buccaneers' Week 13 bye.
