Matt Breida RB | SF
Giants' Matt Breida: Quiet again in Week 10
Breida gained 20 yards on six carries in Sunday's Week 10 win over Houston.
Saquon Barkley once again took on a massive workload on the ground in the victory, logging a career-high 35 carries for 152 yards and a touchdown. That unsurprisingly relegated Breida to a small role, though his six carries were the most he has tallied in a game this season. There's no reason to expect Breida to suddenly gain a prominent role as long as Barkley remains healthy.

Jonathan Taylor RB | IND
Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Erupts in Week 10 win
Taylor carried the ball 22 times for 147 yards and a touchdown and caught both his targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 25-20 win over the Raiders.
After dealing with injuries that cost him three games over the prior five weeks and otherwise limited his production, Taylor appeared to be 100 percent healthy as he topped 100 rushing yards and got into the end zone for the first time since Week 1. Having Matt Ryan under center instead of Sam Ehlinger likely helped keep the Las Vegas defense from stacking the box against the run, but the entire Indy offense will face a much tougher opponent in Week 11 when the Eagles come to town.

AJ Dillon RB | CAR
Packers' AJ Dillon: Performs well in complementary role
Dillon ran the ball 13 times for 65 yards and was not targeted in the passing game in Sunday's 31-28 win over Dallas.
Aaron Jones (24/138/1) was able to suit up after injuring his ankle last week, which kept Dillon in his usual change-of-pace role Sunday. The 24-year-old has been effective in his role behind Jones this season (4.1 YPC), but the ceiling on his touches and lack of touchdowns (one total) have dampened Dillon's upside in 2022. The bruising backup is still worth rostering for his high floor and potential future value if more touches open up. For now, Dillon is clinging on to flex value heading into a tough matchup against a stingy Titans' run defense this Thursday.

Melvin Gordon RB | BAL
Broncos' Melvin Gordon: Manages 70 total yards
Gordon rushed the ball seven times for 24 yards in Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Titans. He added four receptions on six targets for 46 yards.
Gordon started the game and played the first couple offensive possessions, but he ultimately was out-carried by Latavius Murray 9-7. However, Gordon was superior in his work as a receiver, as he finished second on the team in targets and topped 40 receiving yards in a game for the second time this season. While Gordon has maintained a fairly even split in the work out of the backfield, it remains to be seen if Chase Edmonds will force a further split as he becomes more familiar with the Denver offense.

Tony Pollard RB | TEN
Cowboys' Tony Pollard: Thriving in lead role
Pollard rushed 22 times for 115 yards and a touchdown while catching three of six targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 31-28 overtime loss to Green Bay.
Pollard served as the Cowboys' lead back in place of Ezekiel Elliott (knee) for the second week in a row, and he looked the part with another 100-plus yard rushing game. The 25-year-old wasn't able to replicate last week's three-score game, but he did make one trip to the end zone to bring his season total up to six. Elliott was listed as questionable for this game, so the veteran could return soon and cut into Pollard's recent surge in usage. Starting or not, Pollard presents enough upside as a home-run threat to warrant starting against the Vikings next Sunday.

Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Packers' Aaron Jones: Runs freely in overtime win
Jones rushed 24 times for 138 yards and a touchdown while adding two receptions for 18 yards in Sunday's 31-28 overtime win over Dallas.
The Packers had a clear game plan to attack Dallas' premier pass rush with their ground game, and Jones led the charge with his fourth 100-yard game of the season. It hasn't been all roses for the star running back, as he has produced five games of 50 or less rushing yards through 10 weeks. Overall, the 27-year-old is still producing like an RB1 while boasting a career-best 5.6 yards per carry. Jones will face a stiff test against Tennessee on a short week Thursday.
-
Dameon Pierce RB | PHI
Texans' Dameon Pierce: Racks up another 122 yards
Pierce rushed the ball 17 times for 94 yards in Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Giants. He added two receptions for 28 yards.
Pierce saw a slight downturn in volume compared to his Week 9 outburst, but he still accounted for 17 of Houston's 19 carries. He was bottled up for many of those attempts, though he found daylight on a 44-yard rush early in the second quarter. Pierce also chipped in multiple receptions for the sixth time in his last seven games, which helped him surpass 100 total yards for the second consecutive contest. The Texans' offensive struggles may keep Pierce from regularly finding the end zone, but he is locked into volume and has shown the ability to work efficiently.

Tyrion Davis-Price RB | GB
49ers' Tyrion Davis-Price: Healthy scratch Sunday
Davis-Price (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Davis-Price didn't see any playing time during the 49ers' Week 8 matchup against the Rams, and he'll be a healthy scratch following the Week 9 bye. Christian McCaffrey, Elijah Mitchell and Jordan Mason will operate as San Francisco's three active running backs Sunday.
-
Isiah Pacheco RB | DET
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Elevated workload in win
Pacheco rushed 16 times for 82 yards in the Chiefs' 27-17 win over the Jaguars on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
The rookie put together a solid effort overall with a career-high carry total, setting a new high-water mark in rushing yardage in the process. Pacheco has now produced over 60 rushing yards on all three occasions in which he's logged double-digit attempts, but head coach Andy Reid doesn't typically give his ground attack as much attention as it received Sunday.
-
Raheem Mostert RB | LV
Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Retains solid role in win
Mostert rushed eight times for 65 yards and a touchdown while bringing in all four targets for 22 yards in the Dolphins' 39-17 win over the Browns on Sunday. He also returned three kickoffs for 60 yards.
Although backfield mate Jeff Wilson stole the headlines with his 17-119-1 line on the ground, Mostert made plenty of noise himself and also doubled him up in receptions. The veteran back is likely to continue operating in a fairly clear-cut complementary role alongside Wilson, although there's always the chance head coach Mike McDaniel changes the workload up to a degree from week to week. For the moment, Mostert heads into the Week 11 bye having recorded a rushing touchdown in each of the first two games since Wilson's arrival.
