Devine Ozigbo RB | DET
Devine Ozigbo: Let go Monday
The Broncos waived Ozigbo on Monday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.
Ozigbo has spent time on and off Denver's practice squad this season, and he was added to the team's active roster Saturday. The 26-year-old then caught his lone target while playing four offensive snaps in Sunday's loss to the Panthers as the No. 3 running back behind Latavius Murray and Marlon Mack. Ozigbo was also elevated from the Broncos' practice squad for two games earlier this season, and he'll likely re-join this unit if he's unable to secure a spot with an active roster elsewhere.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Managing knee issue
San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that McCaffrey is dealing with knee irritation and will be managed on a day-to-day basis as Sunday's game against the Dolphins approaches, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Shanahan didn't say that McCaffrey was in danger of missing Sunday's game, but expect his practice reps to be managed this week, at the very least. With Elijah Mitchell (knee) slated to miss 6-to-8 weeks with an MCL injury, McCaffrey is in line to continue to lead the 49ers' ground game in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, rookies Jordan Mason and Tyrion Davis-Price are on hand as complementary options, though the 49ers could look to promote Tevin Coleman from the practice squad if they want a more battle-tested veteran behind McCaffrey.

Elijah Mitchell RB | PHI
49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Likely out 6-to-8 weeks
San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Mitchell (knee) is expected to be sidelined for 6-to-8 weeks, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Per Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com, the 49ers plan to place Mitchell -- who is believed to be dealing with an MCL sprain of his left knee -- on injured reserve, which would ensure that he misses at least four games. However, based on the estimated timetable put forth by Shanahan, the running back doesn't seem likely to return before the postseason. In Mitchell's looming absence, Tyrion Davis-Price and Jordan Mason are now in line to log complementary snaps for the 49ers behind top back Christian McCaffrey. Tevin Coleman could be promoted from the team's practice squad to provide additional depth to the position group.

Anthony McFarland RB | MIA
Steelers' Anthony McFarland: Bumped up from practice squad
McFarland was elevated from the team's practice squad Monday.
McFarland will get a chance with the active roster Monday against the Colts with Jaylen Warren (hamstring) out. The former has been on the team's practice squad since Sept. 1 and he has yet to play a game this season. With Najee Harris handling the vast majority of snaps at running back and Benny Snell ahead of McFarland on the team's positional depth chart, it's unclear how big of a role he may have.

Melvin Gordon RB | BAL
Melvin Gordon: Expected to sign with Kansas City
Gordon is expected to sign a practice-squad deal with the Chiefs this week, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Denver waived Gordon following a Week 11 fumble, and the running back went unclaimed through waivers due to his sizable contract. However, he soon will find a new home in Kansas City and could crack the Chiefs' backfield rotation, which currently is led by rookie Isiah Pacheco. Gordon fumbled 12 times (nine lost) across 37 appearances with the Broncos, but he'll look to put those issues behind him. In his eight-year career, the 29-year-old has rushed for 6,462 yards and 55 touchdowns while securing 309 receptions for 2,467 yards and an additional 14 scores.

Damien Harris RB | BUF
Patriots' Damien Harris: Still not practicing
Harris (thigh) was listed as a non-participant in Monday's practice
Harris picked up a thigh injury during the Patriots' Thanksgiving Day loss to the Vikings and remains sidelined to start Week 13 prep. The fourth-year running back will have two more opportunities to return to practice before New England has to make a decision on Harris' status for Thursday's divisional showdown against the Bills, but as of Monday, it appears Rhamondre Stevenson will be in line for another increased workload.

Snoop Conner RB | DAL
Jaguars' Snoop Conner: Three touches Sunday
Conner rushed three times for 11 yards during Sunday's 28-27 win against Baltimore.
The rookie fifth-round pick saw game action for the second time this season and worked as Jacksonville's No. 2 tailback behind JaMycal Hasty after Travis Etienne (foot) exited with an injury. Even if Etienne is forced to miss some time, Conner is unlikely to see much of an uptick in playing time after the Jaguars claimed Darrell Henderson off waivers last week.
-
Jonathan Williams RB | WAS
Commanders' Jonathan Williams: Gets handful of carries
Williams took four carries for 22 yards in Sunday's 19-13 win over the Falcons.
Williams played five snaps, his first action on offense since a Week 4 blowout loss to the Cowboys. There's no guarantee of more touches Week 13 against the Giants, with Williams' chances to handle a consistent role seemingly depending on either Brian Robinson or Antonio Gibson missing time.

Michael Carter RB | TEN
Jets' Michael Carter: Considered day-to-day
Coach Robert Saleh said Monday that Carter has a low-ankle sprain and is considered day-to-day, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports.
Saleh added that he'll have more information Wednesday, when the team begins Week 13 prep, but as of Monday, it appears Carter will have a chance to play Sunday against the Vikings. This appears to be the best-case scenario for the running back, as Saleh specifically noted Carter didn't suffer a high-ankle sprain, per Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record. With Breece Hall (knee) on IR, Carter appears to be the team's No. 1 back ahead of Ty Johnson, Zonovan Knight and mid-season acquisition James Robinson, the latter of whom was a healthy scratch for Week 12.

Joe Mixon RB | HOU
Bengals' Joe Mixon: Trending toward playing in Week 13
Mixon (concussion) is trending toward playing in Sunday's matchup against the Chiefs, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
As of Monday, Mixon remains in concussion protocols, per Ben Baby of ESPN.com, but it appears he's making good progress and should be able to gain clearance by the end of the week. Nonetheless, fantasy managers should pay close attention to Mixon's participation in practices throughout Week 13 prep to ensure he'll be 100 percent heading into Sunday's showdown.
