  • Lions' Craig Reynolds: Activated off injured reserve

Reynolds (ribs) was activated off injured reserve Saturday, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.

Reynolds traveled with the team to New York for Sunday's matchup against the Jets and will presumably be active following a five-game absence due to a knee injury. He opened the season as the No. 3 running back behind Jamaal Williams and D'Andre Swift, but Justin Jackson has thrived in that role of late. It's unclear what Reynolds' role will be in Week 15 if he's deemed available, but he's unlikely to garner a large enough role to crack fantasy relevancy.

  • Nick Chubb RB | HOU

Browns' Nick Chubb: Racks up 99 yards

Chubb rushed the ball 21 times for 99 yards in Saturday's 13-3 win over the Ravens.

Despite a tough matchup, Chubb found himself in a positive game environment and put together a solid performance. He had only two rushes of more than 10 yards but still managed a solid 4.7 yards per carry to top 80 rushing yards for just the second time in his last six games. While the performance was positive, of Chubb's six 100-yard rushing performances, only one has come since Week 10. Even with the recent downturn in performance, he now has 1,252 rushing yards -- seven fewer than he posted across 14 games in 2021.

  • J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN

Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Extremely efficient against Browns

Dobbins rushed the ball 13 times for 125 yards in Saturday's 13-3 loss to the Browns. He added one reception for three yards.

Dobbins led Baltimore in carries for the second consecutive week, and he nearly doubled Gus Edwards' seven rushing attempts. Dobbins was also extremely efficient with his opportunity, ripping off gains of 37, 25 and 16 yards to account for the majority of his production. In two games since returning from injured reserve, Dobbins has racked up 245 rushing yards on 28 carries.

  • Jeff Wilson RB | MIA

Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Inactive in Week 15

Wilson (hip) is listed as inactive Saturday at Buffalo.

Wilson thus will miss at least one game due to the hip injury that he sustained last Sunday night at the Chargers. In advance of Saturday's contest, he managed just one limited listing on Dolphins practice reports during Week 15 prep, so he may need to do a bit more this coming week to gain clearance for game action. With Wilson sidelined, Raheem Mostert will be the main running back for Miami, while Salvon Ahmed and Myles Gaskin are on hand for any backfield reps that linger.

  • Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Sprains ankle, return up in air

Taylor has been diagnosed with a sprained right ankle following Sunday's 39-36 overtime loss at Minnesota, and while the injury isn't considered to be a major one, it's unclear whether or not he'll be able to suit up for any of the Colts' final three games of the season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Taylor made an early exit from Week 15 action with a right ankle injury that didn't allow him to return and contained him to one catch (on one target) for 13 yards. In his place, Zack Moss racked up 24 carries for 81 yards, and Deon Jackson notched 13 rushes for 55 yards and caught his only target for a one-yard score. Assuming Taylor sits out at least a Week 16 matchup with the Chargers on Monday, Dec. 26, the duo of Moss and Jackson are poised for bigger workloads in the short term and potentially in both Weeks 17 and 18 as well.

  • Deon Jackson RB | DET

Colts' Deon Jackson: Catches TD after Taylor injury

Jackson rushed 13 times for 55 yards and caught his only target for a one-yard touchdown in Saturday's 39-36 overtime loss to the Vikings. He also lost a fumble.

Jackson watched Zack Moss take over for the remainder of the opening drive after Jonathan Taylor (ankle) got injured on his first touch. After Moss was stuffed by the goal line, Jackson checked in to start the team's next possession and wound up capping it with a one-yard touchdown catch. Jackson finished the game with 13 carries to Moss's 24, and they would likely remain in a timeshare against the Chargers in Week 16 if Taylor fails to recover from his injury by then.

  • Zack Moss RB | CIN

Colts' Zack Moss: Gets 24 carries after Taylor injury

Moss rushed 24 times for 81 yards and failed to catch his only target in Saturday's 39-36 overtime loss to the Vikings.

Moss got four rushing attempts on the opening drive after Jonathan Taylor injured his ankle. The last two came from inside Minnesota's five-yard line but netted minus-4 yards. Indianapolis got back in scoring range on the next drive but opted to use Deon Jackson in the backfield instead, and Jackson rewarded that decision by catching a one-yard touchdown. Moss finished with 24 carries to 13 for Jackson, but the Colts could have used Taylor as they let a 33-point lead slip away. If Taylor can't play in Week 16, Moss and Jackson would likely split carries again, though Taylor now has an extra couple days to heal before the Chargers come to town for MNF.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Forces OT with long TD catch

Cook rushed 17 times for 95 yards and caught all four of his targets for another 95 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 39-36 overtime win over the Colts. He also lost a fumble.

Cook racked up 40 yards on his first carry but then had the ball stripped on the next play for his third lost fumble of the season and second in the last two games. On the next possession, Cook was stuffed on 4th-and-inches from his own 31. Minnesota trailed 33-0 at halftime but used a full team effort to overcome the hefty deficit, with Cook contributing a 64-yard touchdown catch with the Vikings down eight and 2:15 left in the fourth quarter. The Vikings completed the largest comeback in NFL history with a field goal in overtime. Cook should continue to lead Minnesota's backfield in Week 16 against the Giants.

  • Royce Freeman RB | CHI

Texans' Royce Freeman: Signed off practice squad

Freeman was signed to the Texans' active roster Saturday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Freeman will look to make his season debut this week against the Chiefs after spending the entirety of the season on the practice squad. The 26-year-old running back could have an ample opportunity to get some playing time now that Dameon Pierce (ankle) has been placed on injured reserve, as he figures to be the third option behind Rex Burkhead and Dare Ogunbowale.

  • Devine Ozigbo RB | DET

Broncos' Devine Ozigbo: Will be available vs. Cardinals

Denver elevated Ozigbo from its practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus Arizona, Ben Swanson of the Broncos' official site reports.

Ozigbo appears to be poised to make his fourth appearance of the season Sunday as Denver deals with a host of injuries in its running back room. The 26-year-old tailback has one carry for two yards and one catch for three yards through three games in 2022.
