  • Eric Gray RB | NYG

Giants' Eric Gray: Returns from IR

The Giants activated Gray (calf) from injured reserve Saturday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.

Gray was designated to return from IR on Wednesday and was able to log two consecutive full practice sessions to end the week. He's considered questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, and Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports that Gray is not expected to resume punt or kick return duties if he does suit up.

  • D'Onta Foreman RB | CLE

    Bears' D'Onta Foreman: Deemed doubtful

Foreman (ankle/shin) has drawn a doubtful designation ahead of Monday's matchup with the Vikings, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Barring a positive turn of events in the next two days, Foreman appears to be trending toward missing Monday Night Football. Should that indeed be the case, Khalil Herbert would presumably draw lead-back responsibilities, while Roschon Johnson would be the No. 2 option in the backfield. Still, final confirmation on Foreman's status is unlikely to be confirmed until Monday.

  • Chiefs' La'Mical Perine: Promoted from practice squad

The Chiefs elevated Perine to the active roster Saturday.

The move comes with Jerick McKinnon ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders with a groin injury. This will be the third time that Perine has been called up from the practice squad this season. In his last outing in Week 9 against the Dolphins, Perine played eight snaps (four each on offense and special teams) and gained one yard on one carry.

  • Kyren Williams RB | LAR

Rams' Kyren Williams: Good to go

Williams (ankle) was activated off injured reserve Saturday and will be available for Sunday's matchup with the Cardinals, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Williams was trending in this direction, as he logged a full workload at practice throughout the week. The presumption is he will settle back in as the Rams' lead back, though coach Sean McVay indicated to Cameron DaSilva of USA Today he is mindful of taking some snaps off the second-year back's plate in order to ease him back into the swing of things. Thus, Royce Freeman is expected to see some meaningful work as the No. 2 option in Los Angeles' backfield. Williams had played at least 73 percent of the snaps in each of his first five games as a starter prior to landing on IR.

  • Nick Bawden RB | HOU

Jets' Nick Bawden: Gets second catch of season

Bawden caught his lone target for six yards in Friday's 34-13 loss to the Dolphins.

Bawden has caught both of his targets this season and scored a touchdown on his only rushing attempt. The fullback doesn't touch the ball enough to be relied upon in fantasy.

  • Chase Brown RB | CIN

Bengals' Chase Brown: Activated off IR

The Bengals activated Brown (hamstring) off injured reserve Saturday.

Brown was nearing the end of his 21-day window to be activated before this move. He is now on the active roster, but it remains to be seen if he will be active for Sunday's tilt against the Steelers. When healthy, he is expected to provide depth at running back while also being an option to contribute on special teams.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Jets' Dalvin Cook: Totals 21 scrimmage yards Friday

Cook rushed once for two yards and caught two of three targets for 19 yards in Friday's 34-13 loss to the Dolphins.

Cook got three touches compared to 14 for Breece Hall, while rookie Israel Abanikanda finished without a touch. The status quo in the Jets' backfield is unchanged heading into a Week 13 matchup with the Falcons, with Cook locked in as the team's No. 2 running back but seeing minimal usage behind Hall.

  • Rachaad White RB | WAS

Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Listed as questionable for Sunday

White has been added to the Buccaneers' injury report and is now listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts with a knee injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

White wasn't on the team's initial injury report, so it's possible that his knee issue flared up in practice Friday. Fortunately for those considering the running back in Week 12 fantasy lineups, the Buccaneers kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, but if White is limited or out, Chase Edmonds, Sean Tucker and Ke'Shawn Vaughn would be candidates to log added backfield touches.

  • Jerome Ford RB | WAS

Browns' Jerome Ford: Expected heavy workload

Ford is expected to have a significant role Week 12 against the Broncos, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Cleveland's Week 12 gameplan shouldn't change much from last week -- ride the combination of Ford and Kareem Hunt while making short, manageable throws from rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson. What makes the plan enticing is the Broncos' last-in-the-league run defense, which has allowed 160 yards per game. That average is partially skewed by a Week 3 loss to Miami (350 rushing yards), but even on its current four-game win streak, Denver has given up 5.3 yards per carry. Ford, who is now five weeks removed from a high-ankle sprain, could see a heavy workload in Denver.

  • Commanders' Jonathan Williams: Bumped down to practice squad

The Commanders reverted Williams to their practice squad Friday.

Williams was called up in the event that Antonio Gibson (toe) wasn't able to play Thursday against the Cowboys. Williams will head back to the practice squad and keep himself ready for his next opportunity.
