Joshua Dobbs QB | NE
Titans' Joshua Dobbs: In mix to start Week 18
Coach Mike Vrabel has yet to reveal his choice to start against Jacksonville in Week 18 between Dobbs and Malik Willis, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Dobbs' 232 passing yards in Thursday's loss to the Cowboys were just two fewer than Willis has mustered in his first three NFL starts combined. Willis has more long-term upside, but in a win-and-in scenario against the AFC South rival Jaguars, Dobbs is likely the front-runner to get the starting nod. "That's the only thing that matters, is winning one game," Vrabel said. "Getting healthy, getting recovered and then winning one game, and finding out who is going to do that."

David Blough QB | DET
Cardinals' David Blough: Named as Week 17 starter
Blough will start Sunday's game in Atlanta with Colt McCoy bothered by concussion symptoms again, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Blough signed with the Cardinals less than three weeks ago and now gets the nod over Trace McSorley, who had three turnovers and only 4.8 yards per pass attempt in last week's loss to Tampa Bay. While not as mobile as McSorley, the 27-year-old Blough is likely at least somewhat more accurate as a passer, though he completed only 54 percent of his throws while going 0-5 as a starter for the Lions back in 2019. He didn't have much help in his Detroit days, and that could be the case again this Sunday with DeAndre Hopkins uncertain due to a late-week knee injury.

Colt McCoy QB | ARI
Cardinals' Colt McCoy: Ruled out after symptoms return
McCoy is dealing with concussion symptoms again and won't play in Sunday's game at Atlanta, with the Cardinals instead turning to David Blough as their starting quarterback, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
The Cardinals apparently have seen enough of Trace McSorley, who completed only one of his 10 targets to DeAndre Hopkins in last week's loss to Tampa Bay. Hopkins, meanwhile, left Friday's practice early with a knee injury, potentially putting the Arizona offense in an even worse spot entering Sunday. It'll be a challenge for Blough, who was signed two weeks ago, even against a vulnerable Atlanta defense.

Tyler Huntley QB | BAL
Ravens' Tyler Huntley: Likely Week 17 starter
Coach John Harbaugh noted Friday that it's a "fair assumption" Huntley will start Sunday night's game against the Steelers, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
That's not surprising, given that fellow quarterback Lamar Jackson hasn't practiced since injuring his knee on Dec. 4. Huntley thus is trending toward another start, with Friday's final injury report set to add further context with regard to the Ravens' Week 17 QB situation.

Teddy Bridgewater QB | DET
Dolphins' Teddy Bridgewater: Set to start versus Patriots
With Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) out Sunday against the Patriots, Bridgewater will draw the start at QB for the Dolphins in Week 17, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
The report indicates that Tagovailoa continues to progress through the concussion protocol, but he'll be out this week, at a minimum, with coach Mike McDaniel noting that the quarterback will continue to be evaluated on a "day-to-day basis." This Sunday, Bridgewater will be facing a New England defense that is allowing an average of 213.1 passing yards per game to date, but working in his favor from a fantasy perspective is that he'll have a pair of explosive wideouts (Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle) to throw to, while the Patriots are dealing with some injury issues in their secondary.

Mike White QB | CAR
Jets' Mike White: Fully healthy for Week 17 start
White (ribs) logged full practices Wednesday and Thursday, and Rich Cimini of ESPN reports that White will start against the Seahawks on Sunday.
White had the Jets offense looking as good as it had all year in his three starts, but he missed the last two games due to a fractured rib. After receiving medical clearance Monday, White has been practicing without limitations, and he'll be under center as the Jets try to make a late playoff push. Joe Flacco will back White up in Seattle, as Zach Wilson has been benched for the second time this season.

Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL
Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Won't play Sunday
Coach Mike McDaniel confirmed Friday that Tagovailoa (concussion) is out for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com and David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel report.
As a result, Teddy Bridgewater is slated to start at QB for the Dolphins on Sunday, with Tagovailoa still in the NFL's concussion protocol, according to Furones. Per Louis-Jacques, Tagovailoa's status beyond Week 17 has yet to be determined, with McDaniel having declined to put a timetable on the signal-caller's potential return.

Joshua Dobbs QB | NE
Titans' Joshua Dobbs: Adequate performance in first start
Dobbs completed 20 of 39 passes for 232 yards with one touchdown and one interception while rushing three times for 12 yards in the Titans' 27-13 loss to the Cowboys on Thursday night. He also committed two fumbles, losing one and recovering the other.
Dobbs barely completed half his pass attempts and his two turnovers were a blemish, but given the brief amount of time he had to prepare and his opponent, the veteran signal-caller acquitted himself reasonably well. The 2017 fourth-round pick of the Steelers connected with Robert Woods for his one touchdown from seven yards out late in the third quarter, and he completed passes to nine different players overall. Dobbs could return to the No. 2 role for a Week 18 road matchup against the Jaguars a week from Sunday that will decide the AFC South title, unless head coach Mike Vrabel feels Thursday's performance made enough of a case for Dobbs to usurp the unsteady Malik Willis for the start in that game.

Dak Prescott QB | DAL
Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Pair of TDs, INTs in win
Prescott completed 29 of 41 passes for 282 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in the Cowboys' 27-13 win over the Titans on Thursday night. He also rushed three times for 11 yards and lost a fumble.
The Cowboys likely got a bit more than they bargained for overall against a Titans team sitting out a large contingent of players, including Derrick Henry (hip). That particularly applied to Prescott, who posted his fifth two-interception game in the last eight contests and also suffered his first lost fumble of the season. Both of Prescott's picks led to Tennessee field goals, but he responded by leading a pair of touchdown drives he capped off with scoring tosses to Dalton Schultz and another which resulted in a field goal in the first three possessions of the second half. Prescott's final tune-up for the postseason comes in a Week 18 road matchup against the Commanders a week from Sunday.

Joshua Dobbs QB | NE
Titans' Joshua Dobbs: Slated to face Cowboys
Dobbs is slated to start at QB for the Titans in Thursday night's game against the Cowboys, John Glennon of SI.com reports.
Thursday's contest doesn't have playoff implications for the Titans -- they will face the Jaguars in Week 18 with the AFC South title on the line - so the team is in line to give Dobbs an opportunity to make his first career NFL regular-season start in a game in which multiple key players are being held out. With that in mind, Dobbs is an option for those who had been planning to use Malik Willis (Tennessee's Week 16 starter in place of Ryan Tannehill, who was placed on IR on Thursday) in fantasy lineups, or who are otherwise scrambling for a Week 17 signal-caller in QB-heavy formats. With a solid showing versus Dallas, Dobbs could potentially find himself in the starting mix a week from Sunday against Jacksonville.
