Jones completed 15 of 29 passes for 201 yards and one touchdown while rushing four times for 13 yards in Sunday's 15-10 win over the Jets.

Jones found Pharaoh Brown behind the defense for a 58-yard touchdown to take a 10-0 lead in the second quarter. That was the only touchdown New England mustered, but it was enough to get the Patriots into the win column for the first time in 2023. After throwing for 316 yards with three touchdowns in the season opener, Jones has failed to throw for 250 yards or multiple touchdowns in either of the next two games, and reaching those thresholds won't be easy on the road against Dallas in Week 4.

Jackson completed 22 of 31 pass attempts for 202 yards and no touchdowns in Sunday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Colts. He added 14 rushes for 101 yards and two touchdowns.

Jackson completed his pass attempts at a high rate, though he wasn't aggressive in pushing the ball down the field. Instead, his explosive plays came on the ground as he accounted for both of the Ravens' touchdowns with his legs, scampering into the end zone from eight and 10 yards away. It was expected that Baltimore's passing attack would be improved under new offensive coordinator Todd Monken, and while that has yet to occur, Jackson still has multiple touchdowns in two of his first three games this season.

Wilson completed 23 of 38 passes for 306 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Broncos' 70-20 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.

Wilson authored what could arguably be the quietest 300-yard performance in history within the context of the game setting it transpired in. The veteran signal-caller was naturally overshadowed by numerous individual standout efforts on the opposite sideline, and by Miami's team-record 70 points overall. However, zooming in on Wilson's performance reveals a second straight encouraging body of work from the recently maligned multi-time Pro Bowler, who connected with seven different targets on the afternoon and tossed a 12-yard touchdown to Courtland Sutton in the first quarter. Wilson now has a 6:1 TD:INT through his first three games and back-to-back 300-yard efforts for the first time since Weeks 3 and 4 of the 2020 season, sending him into a Week 4 road matchup with the Bears with plenty of momentum.

Stroud completed 20 of 30 passes for 280 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Texans' 37-17 win over the Jaguars on Sunday. He also rushed three times for 14 yards.

While the Dolphins' 50-point drubbing of the Broncos arguably qualified as the most eye-catching score of the early window of games Sunday, the Texans' 20-point road victory that Stroud spearheaded has to qualify as a close second. The rookie looked like anything but an inexperienced player while facing a defense that had given Patrick Mahomes and his squad plenty of trouble in Week 2, not taking any sacks or committing any turnovers while connecting with eight different pass catchers. Stroud hit fellow rookie Tank Dell, who he's already flashed impressive chemistry with, for a 68-yard score in the fourth quarter that served as the first-year signal-caller's longest pass of his nascent career, a play preceded by a four-yard scoring strike to little-used tight end Brevin Jordan halfway through the second period. Stroud has seemingly adapted quickly to NFL defenses, throwing for at least 242 yards in each of his first three contests while producing a 4:0 TD:INT. His next opportunity to build on an impressive early career resume comes in a Week 4 home matchup against a tough Steelers defense.

Ridder completed 21 of 38 passes for 201 yards during Sunday's 20-6 loss versus Detroit. He also rushed twice for three yards and lost a fumble.

Ridder attempted a career-high 38 passes, and it was actually the most pass attempts by a Falcons quarterback since Arthur Smith took the head coaching reins. However, Ridder failed to produce much with the increased chances. He also saw a major regression in his running production, which is concerning. It seemed Atlanta made a concerted effort to call designed run plays for Ridder in Week 2, but that wasn't part of the plan in Week 3. Ridder doesn't need to be rostered in most standard leagues, but there have been some encouraging moments through three weeks.

Tannehill completed 13 of 25 passes for 104 yards without a touchdown, turnover or rushing attempt in Sunday's 27-3 loss to the Browns.

Tannehill threw for just 91 yards in the first half while getting sacked three times, including one on the final play of the half with the Titans in field-goal range but without a timeout. Things only got worse after halftime, as Tannehill added a meager 13 passing yards and got sacked twice more. Tennessee's beleaguered offensive line was overwhelmed by Cleveland's pass rush in what has been a common theme through three weeks. Tannehill will hope to get better protection in Week 4 against the Bengals.

Tagovailoa completed 23 of 26 passes for 309 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in the Dolphins' 70-20 win over the Broncos on Sunday.

Tagovailoa's name will be at the helm of a performance that will go down in the annals of NFL history, even as the Raheem Mostert-De'Von Achane duo accounted for five total rushing touchdowns. However, part of the backfield tandem's success came in conjunction with Tagovailoa, who hit Achane for a no-look four-yard shovel scoring pass early in the second quarter and a 10-yard touchdown strike on the first play of the final period while also connecting with Mostert for a 19-yard touchdown throw late in the third. Tagovailoa's first touchdown of the day went to Tyreek Hill and covered 54 yards in the first quarter, and the fourth-year signal-caller finished the first half a perfect 16-for-16 through the air. Through three contests, both the 2020 first-round pick and the offense as a whole look to be in complete mastery of head coach Mike McDaniel's creative system ahead of a marquee Week 4 road matchup against the Bills next Sunday.

Love completed 22 of 44 passes for 259 yards, a touchdown and an interception in Sunday's 18-17 win over the Saints. He also rushed nine times for 39 yards and another touchdown.

Love drove Green Bay back from a 17-point deficit to begin the fourth quarter, making big plays with both his arm and legs. His first touchdown came on a one-yard run, after which Love passed for a successful two-point conversion. On his next series, Love had a 24-yard scramble before connecting with Romeo Doubs for an eight-yard touchdown with just under three minutes remaining. Although he missed a few open throws during the contest and has completed only 53 percent of his passes on the season, Love will nonetheless be riding high after a dramatic victory in his first start at Lambeau Field. Furthermore, he stands of chance of getting playmakers Aaron Jones (hamstring) and Christian Watson (hamstring) back for Week 4's Thursday night visit from the Lions.

Lawrence completed 27 of 40 passes for 279 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Jaguars' 37-17 loss to the Texans on Sunday. He also rushed three times for 12 yards.

Lawrence's final line may have looked aesthetically pleasing from a fantasy standpoint, but the way the game actually played out on the field for the third-year signal-caller was a lot different. Lawrence wasn't sacked, and his one pick only led to a Houston field goal that didn't have a significant impact on the game, yet he surprisingly failed to consistently find success against the Texans defense and was also partly saddled with unfortunate circumstances that included a blocked field goal and a fumble. Lawrence also barely avoided a second straight touchdown-less performance when he hit Christian Kirk for a 26-yard score early in the fourth quarter, and he'll now turn his attention to helping the reeling Jaguars upend the Falcons in a Week 4 matchup in London.

Allen completed 20 of 32 passes for 218 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 37-3 win over Washington. He added three rushing attempts for 46 yards and one rushing touchdown.

Allen gave Buffalo a 10-0 first-quarter lead with a 35-yard touchdown pass to Gabe Davis, then increased the lead to 23-0 with a 10-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. He threw his fourth interception of the season on a deep ball in the third quarter, and Allen now has 33 interceptions in 36 games since the start of the 2021 campaign. Despite his proclivity for turnovers, Allen remains one of the game's most effective fantasy quarterbacks thanks to his significant contributions as both a passer and a runner. Up next for Allen and the Bills is a home game against the Dolphins, who lead the AFC East at 3-0.
