P.J. Walker QB | SEA
Browns' PJ Walker: Elevated to active roster
Walker was elevated to the Browns' active roster Saturday, Jake Trotter of ESPN.com reports.
The move comes with Deshaun Watson (shoulder) listed as questionable for Sunday's contest against the Ravens. If Watson is ruled out, Walker would fill in as the backup quarterback while Dorian Thompson-Robinson would be in line for his first NFL start.

Jimmy Garoppolo QB | LAR
Raiders' Jimmy Garoppolo: Listed as questionable for Week 4
Garoppolo (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers after logging another limited practice Friday, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Garoppolo has yet to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, but he was able to practice in limited fashion Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday. If he gains clearance in time to suit up Sunday, Garoppolo would benefit from a favorable matchup against a Los Angeles secondary that's allowing a league-high 337 passing yards per game. Should Garoppolo sit, either veteran Brian Hoyer or rookie Aidan O'Connell would lead the offense.

Sam Ehlinger QB | DEN
Colts' Sam Ehlinger: Questionable with shoulder injury
Ehlinger is questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams with a right shoulder injury.
Ehlinger was a limited practice participant Thursday and didn't practice Friday, suggesting that he suffered the injury during the week. If available, Ehlinger would be called upon Sunday only if both Anthony Richardson and Gardner Minshew get injured. Richardson has been cleared to start after missing the Colts' Week 3 win over the Ravens while recovering from a concussion.

Joe Burrow QB | CIN
Bengals' Joe Burrow: No designation for Week 4
Burrow (calf) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game in Tennessee.
Listed as questionable ahead of the Bengals' Week 3 game against the Rams after aggravating a calf injury late in the team's Week 2 loss to the Ravens, Burrow ultimately suited up and played 100 percent of the offensive snaps in the 19-16 win over Los Angeles, completing 26 of 49 pass attempts for 259 yards, no touchdowns and one interception. Though the Bengals are facing a shorter turnaround for their Week 4 game against the Titans, Burrow nonetheless appears to be in a better spot on the health front. In addition to avoiding an injury designation for Sunday's contest, Burrow was listed as a full practice participant Wednesday through Friday.

Derek Carr QB | NO
Saints' Derek Carr: Questionable after practicing
Carr (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, with coach Dennis Allen saying he wants to see how Carr feels Saturday after returning to practice Friday, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Carr didn't return to last week's loss in Green Bay after his early exit and was deemed "week-to-week" by Allen a day later, but it now seems the quarterback may not miss any more action. Carr returned to practice Friday afternoon, with multiple beat reporters saying he looked sharp and was throwing downfield during the portion open to media. While the Saints may still end up starting Jameis Winston this weekend, Allen said there isn't much concern about Carr aggravating his AC joint sprain and then dealing with the injury long term. In other words, the decision will simply be a matter of which QB gives the team the best chance to win this Sunday.

Derek Carr QB | NO
Saints' Derek Carr: Returns to practice, looks sharp
Carr (shoulder) returned to practice Friday and looked sharp throwing passes, according to Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football.
Carr seems to be recovering quickly from an AC joint sprain despite early week reports suggesting he'd likely miss a game or two. Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football agrees with Underhill that Carr looked good at practice Friday and seems to have a shot at starting Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.

Jaren Hall QB | SEA
Vikings' Jaren Hall: Gets questionable tag for Week 4
Hall is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Carolina after not practicing Friday due to a personal matter.
According to Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell expects Hall to rejoin the team in Carolina ahead of Sunday's contest. Hall hasn't been active for any of the Vikings' first three games and will likely serve as the team's emergency No. 3 quarterback Sunday.
-
Gardner Minshew QB | ARI
Colts' Gardner Minshew: Returning to backup duties
Minshew will return to the No. 2 quarterback role for Sunday's game against the Rams with Anthony Richardson (concussion) having been cleared to start the Week 4 contest, JJ Stankevitz of the Colts' official site reports.
Minshew performed admirably in his two games (one start) of action after Richardson sustained the concussion in the Colts' Week 2 win over the Texans. The 27-year-old completed 46 of 67 pass attempts for 398 yards and two touchdowns, preserving the win over Houston and then guiding the Colts to an overtime win over the Ravens in Week 3. Minshew remains one of the best backups in the NFL.

Jimmy Garoppolo QB | LAR
Raiders' Jimmy Garoppolo: Still in concussion protocol
Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels said Friday that Garoppolo remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.
Garoppolo, who was a limited practice participant Thursday, is slated to take part in Friday's session, after which the Raiders should have a better idea of the quarterback's chances of playing Sunday against the Chargers. If Garoppolo is unavailable this weekend, either 37-year-old Brian Hoyer and rookie Aidan O'Connell would step in as the team's starting quarterback.
-
Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Good to go Sunday
Coach Shane Steichen relayed Friday that Richardson has cleared the NFL's concussion protocol and will start Sunday's game against the Rams, JJ Stankevitz of the Colts' official site reports.
Richardson has been practicing fully this week, and now that the QB has gained medical clearance, he'll return to action after missing his team's Week 3 win over the Ravens. As a result, Gardner Minshew will return to backup duties, while the No. 4 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft will look to lead to the 2-1 Colts to a third straight victory this weekend.
