With Tua Tagovailoa (hip) inactive, Huntley is slated to start Sunday's regular-season finale against the Jets.

While filling in for Tagovailoa in Miami's 20-3 win over the Browns in Week 17, Huntley completed 22 of his 26 pass attempts for 225 yards and a touchdown in addition to rushing seven times for 52 yards and another score. With Tagovailoa sidelined once again, Huntley will continue to helm the offense of the 8-8 Dolphins, who need a win (combined with a Denver loss) in order to qualify for a playoff spot. With that in mind, Huntley offers a lineup option for fantasy managers dealing with QB injuries or signal-callers resting in Week 18.

Mahomes (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Mahomes had been listed as doubtful heading into the weekend due to the mild right high-ankle sprain he sustained in a Dec. 15 win over the Browns, but he played through the injury at a high level in the Chiefs' last two contests, completing 57 of 79 pass attempts for 580 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions while adding 45 yards and another score on the ground between wins over the Texans and Steelers. With the Chiefs entering Week 18 having secured the AFC's No. 1 seed, Mahomes will get some rest in the regular-season finale along with several other key veterans. Carson Wentz will direct the offense in Denver, but there's no doubt that Mahomes will be back in the lineup when Kansas City kicks off its postseason in the divisional round.

Tagovailoa (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets.

After being deemed limited at practice this past week, Tagovailoa was listed as doubtful for the contest, a designation that aligned with head coach Mike McDaniel having noted Friday that it was "unlikely" the QB would see any action Sunday. With Tagovailoa officially inactive for the second straight week, Tyler Huntley will draw another start for the Dolphins, who need a win (coupled with a Denver loss in Week 18) to qualify for the postseason. For his part, Tagovailoa has expressed confidence that he'll be available next week should the team make the playoffs, per Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN, indicating "if the cards play out the way they should and the way we know and think they can, I'm going to be available next week...no, ifs, ands or buts." That said, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network suggests that it's not a given Tagovailoa would be cleared by next weekend in such a scenario, considering the nature of the hip injury the signal-caller is contending with.

Love sustained a right elbow injury during Sunday's game versus the Bears.

Love seemed to get injured while trying to get the ball to RB Josh Jacobs in a crowded backfield early in the second quarter. Love was seen being tended to on the sideline before the Packers deemed him questionable to return. Malik Willis will direct the offense for as long as Love is sidelined.

Driskel (coach's decision) is inactive and serving as Washington's emergency third quarterback Sunday versus the Cowboys, Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site reports.

Driskel has consistently worked as the Commanders' emergency QB on game days this season, and he's logged just one snap (in Week 2 against the Giants) on the campaign. As usual, Driskel will be able to enter Sunday's matchup only if No. 1 QB Jayden Daniels and No. 2 QB Marcus Mariota are unable to play due to injury, illness or ejection.

Grier (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Commanders.

The quarterback was signed off the practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's game. To enter the contest, Grier will need starter Trey Lance and backup Cooper Rush to be injured, sick or ejected. The 2019 third-round pick of the Panthers last appeared in an NFL regular-season game during his rookie year.

Rush will serve as the backup quarterback to Trey Lance in Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Rush has served as the starting quarterback for the Cowboys since Week 11 with Dak Prescott (hamstring) sidelined. While inconsistent, Rush managed a 12:4 TD:INT across nine games while averaging only 6.1 yards per attempt. The decision to start Lance on Sunday likely has more to do with giving him an extended chance to play rather than a true benching of Rush, but Rush will find himself as the Cowboys' No. 2 quarterback to close out the campaign in any case.

Boyle (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Boyle will serve as the Giants' third-string emergency quarterback Sunday behind starter Drew Lock and backup Tommy DeVito. Boyle will only be allowed to see the field if both Lock and DeVito were to exit the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

Lance will start at quarterback in Sunday's game against Washington, Jane Slater of NFL Network reports.

The Cowboys haven't made an official announcement on a Week 18 starter, but Tommy Yarrish of the team's official web site relays that Lance was seen taking some first-team snaps in warmups. Slater's report adds further credence to the notion that the Cowboys will turn the offense over to Lance, even though Cooper Rush is active after starting each of the last eight games. It's possible that Rush will end up seeing some snaps off the bench, but the likelihood that Lance sees the majority -- if not all -- of the playing time under center puts him on the radar as a lineup option in both DFS and season-long leagues that are still active in Week 18. Lance hasn't displayed much aptitude as a passer during his time in the NFL, but he's been a willing and productive rusher.

Milton is listed as active for Sunday's game versus the Bills.

As is starter Drake Maye, as well as veteran backup Jacoby Brissett. However, Milton, who has been serving as the Patriots' No. 3 emergency quarterback, could potentially enter the team's season finale at some point in order to have him log some snaps to see how he looks, with an eye toward assessing whether he might be a viable No. 2 option behind Maye in 2025, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.
