Chip Kelly stated that he has "no idea" who will start at quarterback at this time, The Mercury News reports.

Colin Kaepernick never got traded and Gabbert is taking first-team reps during San Francisco's offseason program. The former is still not cleared to participate fully in physical activities, so the depth chart isn't telling at all. Kelly mentioned that when Kaepernick is at 100 percent, then the team will have a competition in camp leading up to the season. This is definitely a situation to monitor, as Kelly has made the likes of Mark Sanchez useful in fantasy with his up-tempo offense.

While the team loves the potential Jones brings to the table, it's already clear from rookie minicamp that he has a number of items to work on and has a long way to go before he's ready to quarterback an NFL team, BuffaloBills.com reports. "That's why we're saying this guy is not going to come in and right off the bat know everything like a guy who has been in the league or even a guy who has played three or four years in college," GM Doug Whaley said. "This guy has had 11 starts. So he's a piece of clay we can mold and we think his upside is just untapped."

Translation: His footwork and throws were all over the place this past weekend. That said, Jones put up some college performances that still have people talking and he'd be as big and strong as any of the league's best starters. He'll almost certainly start the year as a No. 3 project, whereas a more polished college QB could have given EJ Manuel a run for his money at the No. 2 job.

Tannehill met with Peyton Manning earlier this spring to study new head coach Adam Gase's offensive scheme, NFL.com reports.

Tannehill was reportedly sought out by Manning to go over Gase's offense, which Manning ran with the Broncos in the two years prior to last season. Due to CBA restrictions, Tannehill wasn't able to directly meet with his new head honcho, so Manning's tutoring served as a valuable alternative. Thanks to Manning, Tannehill was able to dive into his new playbook while receiving quality pointers on various intricacies, all of which are aimed to help his transition into Gase's offense this season.

Bradford reported to the Eagles' team facility for Monday's voluntary workout, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Bradford had missed two weeks of the Eagles' offseason program already after making a trade request, but returned to the team's facility Monday for the upcoming week of workouts. With OTAs slated to begin next week and no immediate landing place for Bradford elsewhere, the quarterback is expected to participate in Philadelphia's individual and team drills while also thawing his relationship with the organization this week. In fact, Bradford released a statement through his agent committing to the Eagles going forward. Bradford's change of heart comes as good news for the Eagles, as they've consistently stated he's their desired starting quarterback in 2016, when his potential mentorship of No. 2 overall pick Carson Wentz could prove similarly valuable to his on-field contributions along the way.

Head coach Gary Kubiak expects Lynch to make up ground quickly from a mental standpoint, the team's official site reports.

Throughout the draft process and even shortly after he became a Bronco, the word on Lynch was that he'd have to take a redshirt year to adjust to the intricacies of the NFL game after spending the bulk of his college career in the spread. If he does end up taking that year to learn, it won't be because he isn't ready. Kubiak admitted that calling plays and working primarily under center will be an adjustment for Lynch, but are also things that he can learn quickly. Lynch rolled out a lot on Memphis' offense and threw on the move, something Kubiak has long asked his quarterbacks to do. Booting out also cuts the field and the reads to be made on a play in half, potentially simplifying the mental workload should Lynch's natural ability make him a more logical starter than Mark Sanchez at some point in 2016.

Keenum will likely serve as Jared Goff's safety net, the Orange County Register reports.

Los Angeles has a glut at quarterback, with the No. 1 overall draft pick joined by Keenum, Nick Foles and 2015 third-rounder Sean Mannion. It appears the team will trade or release Foles, and there don't seem to be any real plans for Mannion. After signing a first-round RFA tender (worth about $3.6 million), Keenum figures to compete with Goff for the starting job, though it may be a competition in name only. A three-year starter in college, the 21-year-old Goff figures to take the reins sooner rather than later. The prized rookie should have every chance to win the starting job before Week 1.

Stafford got some help in the 2016 NFL Draft, with Detroit selecting three offensive linemen in the first five rounds, ESPN.com reports.

Addressing an obvious weakness from 2015, the Lions drafted OT Taylor Decker in the first round, center Graham Glasgow in the third and guard/tackle Joe Dahl in the fifth. Stafford won't have Calvin Johnson around to bail him out, yet it's still quite possible the Detroit offense will be improved from 2015. Stafford played much better last season after Jim Bob Cooter replaced Joe Lombardi as the offensive coordinator, making it an easy decision to stick with Cooter for 2016. Furthermore, the Lions signed WR Marvin Jones to a five-year, $40 million contract, and there's hope that 23-year-old TE Eric Ebron will take a big step forward in his third NFL season.

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said Bradford is missing out on valuable experience at offseason workouts and meetings, NFL.com reports.

Displeased with his team's decision to trade up for fellow quarterback Carson Wentz, the 28-year-old Bradford is skipping voluntary activities while reportedly asking for a trade. Denver was mentioned as a possible destination prior to the draft, but any deal could prove difficult after Bradford signed a two-year, $36 million extension during the offseason. Furthermore, the Broncos selected QB Paxton Lynch in the first round, significantly decreasing the odds that the team would have interest in Bradford. Though seemingly still viewed as the likely starter, Bradford finds himself facing significant pressure, with the Eagles having also signed Chase Daniel to a three-year, $21 million contract in March. With such a crowd in the team's quarterback room, Bradford feels that he's merely biding time in Philadelphia while the team tries to replace him. Although he's correct, it's probably in his best interest to make peace with the unusual situation.

Gradkowski is re-signing with the Steelers to compete against Landry Jones for the backup job, Alex Marvez of FOX Sports reports.

Gradkowski and Jones went through the same thing last year, but the competition ended early when the former needed surgery on his non-throwing hand at the end of the preseason. Jones and Mike Vick both ended up making starts during Ben Roethlisberger's four-game absence, with Jones at least managing to hold his own. It thus seems Gradkowski will enter the competition as an underdog, though he should be back to full health.

Hoyer will sign a one-year deal with the Bears.

Hoyer was waiting out the 2016 NFL Draft before deciding on his fifth NFL destination, and he wasted no time by agreeing to terms with the Bears on Saturday evening. After starting 11 games in Houston last season, the 30-year-old will serve as a backup to Jay Cutler in 2016.
