This comes on the heels of the signal-caller throwing four interceptions in last year's wild-card loss to the Texans. The 27-year-old finished the regular season throwing for 3,727 yards with 26 touchdowns to 13 interceptions across 16 starts, but he was without the services of his starting right tackle for the entire season, while star LT Joe Alt missed portions of the year (including Sunday's loss). Assuming Los Angeles' offensive line can hold up in 2026, Herbert should maintain startability as a fantasy option for the upcoming campaign.

Maye completed 17 of 29 passes for 268 yards, one touchdown and one interception while rushing 10 times for 66 yards in Sunday's 16-3 wild-card game win over the Chargers. He also fumbled twice, losing one.

Neither team scored a touchdown in the first half, though the Patriots took a 6-3 lead into the break after the defense bailed Maye out with a fourth-down stop by the goal line following his first-quarter interception. Maye's rough start extended into the third quarter, when he lost a fumble after the Patriots had worked their way into the red zone, but New England's defense continued to carry the team until Maye's 28-yard touchdown pass to Hunter Henry extended the lead to 16-3 with 9:45 remaining to provide a fourth-quarter cushion. The Patriots have already beaten as many winning teams in the playoffs as they did the entire regular season, and they will remain at home in the AFC divisional round against either the Texans or Steelers.

Purdy completed 18 of 31 pass attempts for 262 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions while rushing nine times for 24 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card win over Philadelphia.

Purdy hit the ground running to begin the playoffs when he marched the 49ers down the field 76 yards on six plays for a touchdown on the team's opening drive. The 25-year-old ran into some trouble after that with a pair of three-and-out drives before coughing up a fumble out of bounds that cost San Francisco a chance at a field-goal attempt before halftime. Purdy put his resiliency on display in the second half when he overcame a pair of interceptions and threw the game-winning touchdown to RB Christian McCaffrey late in the fourth quarter. The Iowa State product will now shift his focus to Seattle, who held the signal-caller to his worst stat line of 2025 (127 yards, one INT) in Week 18 of the regular season. Purdy and San Francisco's offense will have to execute better in the divisional round if the depleted unit that just lost TE George Kittle (Achilles) has any chance of upsetting the NFC's No. 1 seed.

Hurts completed 20 of 35 passes for 168 yards and a touchdown while rushing five times for 14 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card game loss to the 49ers.

Hurts connected with Dallas Goedert for a nine-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter, but Philadelphia's offense turned the ball over on downs from San Francisco's 21-yard line with 43 seconds left in the fourth quarter when a Hurts pass intended for Goedert fell incomplete. Philadelphia's offensive inconsistencies persisted throughout the season and came back to bite the Eagles in the playoffs. Hurts threw for 3,224 yards and a 25:6 TD:INT to go with 421 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns in 16 regular-season games prior to Sunday's loss, which dropped his career playoff record to 6-4. He remains locked in as the Eagles' starting quarterback while playing on a five-year, $255 million contract signed in April of 2023.

DeVito (coach's decision) is inactive but serving as the Patriots' emergency third quarterback in Sunday night's wild-card matchup against the Chargers.

DeVito will be operating in his familiar role as the team's No. 3 option at QB as the postseason gets underway. The quarterback will only be able to enter the game if both starter Drake Maye and backup Joshua Dobbs are forced out of the contest versus Los Angeles.

Lawrence completed 18 of 30 passes for 207 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions in the Jaguars' 27-24 loss to the Bills in the wild-card round Sunday. He added 31 rushing yards on six carries.

The 26-year-old quarterback found Brian Thomas, Parker Washington and Travis Etienne for TDs, with the last two coming in the fourth quarter as the two teams traded the lead back and forth, but Lawrence saw a pass attempt on Jacksonville's final play deflect off the hands of Jakobi Meyers and straight to Cole Bishop to end any chance of one more rally. It was a disappointing end to a strong campaign for Lawrence, who now has an 8:7 TD:INT in three career playoff games. He'll head into next season with a firm grasp of head coach Liam Coen's scheme after topping 4,000 passing yards for the third time in the last four years in 2025 and compiling a career-high 38 total TDs (29 passing, nine rushing).

Allen completed 28 of 35 passes for 273 yards and a touchdown while adding 33 rushing yards and two TDs on 11 carries in the Bills' 27-24 win over the Jaguars during the wild-card round on Sunday.

The superstar quarterback put Buffalo on his back once again, producing two of his three scores in the fourth quarter as the two teams traded the lead back and forth, including a one-yard plunge into the end zone with 1:04 left on the clock for the game-winning touchdown. Allen took a beating from the Jacksonville defense during the contest however, getting checked out in the blue medical tent twice, and he was seen limping in the locker room after the game per Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic. The Bills won't know who they're playing until after the weekend's games are over, but Allen will almost certainly play through whatever injuries he might have on the road in the divisional round. He's produced multiple TDs in five of his last six full games dating back to Week 13, racking up 14 scores (eight passing, six rushing) in total during that time with only two turnovers.

Howell (coach's decision) is inactive but will operate as the Eagles' emergency third quarterback for Sunday's wild-card matchup versus the 49ers.

Howell will continue to serve as Philadelphia's emergency option, and he'll only be able to enter the game if both Jalen Hurts and Tanner McKee are forced out.

The Texans added Mills to their injury report and list him as questionable for Monday's wild-card game against the Steelers due to a personal matter.

According to Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle, Mills wasn't part of the Texans' traveling party to Pittsburgh, but the quarterback is set to board a commercial flight and is expected to join the team in advance of its postseason opener. In the event Mills runs into travel issues that prevent him from being available Monday, the Texans would still have Graham Mertz as a third quarterback on the roster to step in as the top backup to starter C.J. Stroud.

Willis completed 30 of 35 passes (85.7 percent) for 422 yards and three touchdowns while logging 22 carries for 123 yards and two scores across four regular-season games (one start) for the Packers in 2025.

Willis was thrust into a starting role in Week 17 against the Ravens after Jordan Love suffered a concussion during the Packers' Week 16 overtime loss to the Bears. Willis ended up aggravating a right shoulder injury during the fourth quarter against Baltimore and was replaced by Clayton Tune, and that game ended up being the former's last appearance of the 2025 season. Willis was cast away by the Titans in August of 2024 in favor of Will Levis, but the former has played well in his two years as the Packers' backup behind Love. Willis enters the offseason as an unrestricted free agent, and while his familiarity with the Packers' offense could sway him to stay in Green Bay, the 2022 third-rounder will have the opportunity to explore his options and sign with a team who can provide a clearer path to winning the starting quarterback job.
