Mariota completed 19 of 26 passes for 295 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 47-25 win over the Packers. He also gained eight rushing yards on four carries.

Mariota was masterful in Tennessee's 35-point first half, throwing for 216 yards and three touchdowns. While he wasn't asked to do as much in the second half, the second-year quarterback did manage to reach the four passing touchdown mark for the first time all season by connecting with rookie Tajae Sharpe from 33 yards out in the third. He has joined the weekly QB1 discussion with a 17:3 touchdown to interception ratio over the past six weeks.

Rodgers completed 31 of 51 passes for 371 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions, and scrambled three times for 27 yards and another touchdown in Sunday's 47-25 loss to the Titans.

Rodgers took on a massive workload as the Packers took to the air in an attempt to erase a 21-0 first-quarter deficit. He mostly featured wide receivers Davante Adams and Jordy Nelson, who combined for 18 catches, 282 yards and a touchdown. While Rodgers has eclipsed 300 passing yards only twice all season, he does have 12 passing touchdowns over the past four weeks. The Packers still aren't mustering much on the ground, so Rodgers is going to have to keep throwing touchdowns in bunches to keep them in games.

Siemian completed 25 of 40 passes for 258 yards, two touchdowns and two picks in Sunday's win over the Saints.

When he was on, Siemian was deadly accurate and helped lead Denver to the comeback win. He also played a huge role in handing New Orleans the lead, with two truly awful forced throws that were intercepted and a handful of others that weren't. There was some debate as to whether Siemian would retain the starting job over rookie Paxton Lynch after the bye. Sunday likely pushed those conversations to a later date, but if Siemian retains the starting job something will have to be done to help him against the rush. The young quarterback was harassed by New Orleans' rush to the tune of six sacks and several of Siemian's errant throws were influenced by the rush. A few of those sacks were due to poor pass protection or blitzes that weren't picked up. There were also times where Siemian seemed to drop too far back or step too far up in the face of the rush, doing his blockers no favors.

Keenum completed 17 of 30 passes for 165 yards during Sunday's 9-6 win over the Jets. He also rushed five times for 11 yards.

There were reports early Sunday that head coach Jeff Fisher was considering making a quarterback switch, possibly as early as Week 11 against the Dolphins, but Keenum played well enough Sunday to possibly get one more game ahead of rookie Jared Goff. The Rams' offense did little Sunday, as they had three drives make it within 10 yards of the end zone, only to settle for field goals each time. Even if Keenum keeps his starting job, he's a very unreliable option with fairly limited upside.

Petty completed 19 of 32 passes for 163 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 9-6 loss to the Rams, though he threw an interception on the Jets' final drive of the game.

Petty was making his first NFL start in place of the injured Ryan Fitzpatrick (knee), and while his interception was very costly, head coach Todd Bowles said after the game that no decision has been made about who will start in Week 12 against the Patriots after the Jets' Week 11 bye. Petty's touchdown came on a hook and lateral, with his pass going to Brandon Marshall, who then tossed the ball to Bilal Powell before he took it to the end zone, a fairly remarkable play given that it was only four yards. With Fitzpatrick's struggles throughout the season, it wouldn't be surprising to see Petty keep the starting job, though his first game after the break is far from easy.

Bradford completed 31 of 40 pass attempts for 307 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's loss to the Redskins. He also threw one interception.

The Vikings were forced to air it out on Sunday as their pathetic rushing attack wasn't getting the job done, but Bradford was able to complete 78 percent of his throws and keep them in the game. Protection issues continue to limit the quarterback's production, although he's become a viable plug-in option in deeper leagues during the team's four-game skid. Wide receiver Stefon Diggs has been Bradford's go-to guy lately, and they connected on 13 occasions for 164 yards on Sunday. They'll have a tough matchup in Week 11 against the Cardinals, who rank near the top of the league in pass defense.

Though Siemian is still reportedly dealing with discomfort in his non-throwing shoulder, a QB change in Denver is not in the works at this stage, NFL.com reports.

Siemian's shoulder issue is something to watch as the Broncos take on the Saints on Sunday, but it won't prevent him from starting Week 10's contest, with the report noting that Paxton Lynch's ascension to the No. 1 QB job not considered imminent.

Although the Rams are using Case Keenum as their starting quarterback Sunday against the Jets in New York, Goff could replace the veteran signal-caller next Sunday versus the Dolphins, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Goff's first NFL pass awaits, as Keenum has handled all of the Rams' 518 offensive snaps this season. Head coach Jeff Fisher has relayed that he'll send out Goff "when he is ready," which can be more accurately translated to "when Fisher is ready to make that decision," according to Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times. If the Rams appear to be falling further out of the playoff picture this weekend, Goff could earn his first NFL snaps, especially if Keenum's stat line is interception-laden.

Hackenberg is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.

With Hackenberg inactive, Ryan Fitzpatrick is in uniform Sunday, but he'll serve as the Jets' No. 2 QB behind Week 10 starter Bryce Petty.

Petty will make his NFL starting debut Sunday against the Rams.

The Jets will thus roll with the unproven albeit healthy Petty over veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick, who is in uniform Sunday but still dealing with the effects of a knee injury. Against a rugged Rams defense, Petty is not a high-percentage fantasy play this week, but he does provide an option for those scrambling for Week 10 QB depth due to byes, injuries or league parameters.
