Goff completed 18 of 24 pass attempts for 202 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 39-10 win over the 49ers.

Goff completed an impressive 75 percent of his passes while connecting with seven different receivers. His team led comfortably for most of the game and didn't exactly press him into action, but he still delivered a serviceable fantasy performance thanks to touchdown passes to Brandin Cooks and Todd Gurley. Goff should have a chance to shoulder more of the load next Sunday against the Packers in what could be a high-scoring affair.

Jackson ran for nine yards and a touchdown on three attempts and added a 5-yard completion during Sunday's 24-23 loss to the Saints.

Jackson gave the Ravens the lead just seconds before halftime, faking the handoff to Alex Collins and then cutting up field for a 1-yard touchdown run. Jackson also completed his first pass since Week 1 on Sunday. This kind of performance obviously doesn't make Jackson relevant yet for fantasy purposes, but it does add another interesting wrinkle to the Ravens offense. A matchup against a stout Panthers defense awaits next Sunday.

Prescott completed 22 of 35 passing attempts for 273 yards, a touchdown and two lost fumbles while adding 33 yards and another score on six carries in Sunday's 20-17 loss to Washington.

Prescott had another difficult game on the road and was fortunate to find the end zone for a 1-yard score after the Cowboys had fallen behind by 10 in the fourth quarter, thanks in part to his fumble-six at the Washington goal line just minutes before. The 25-year-old was even more fortunate to have finished the game at all as he took a vicious hit while trying to lunge for a first down in the first quarter. He also had his hand looked at while on the sideline after the play and reportedly was given some smelling salts before reentering but ultimately was able to stick around and keep the Cowboys in the game until the end. The 25-year-old will certainly be monitored for any concussion symptoms in the following days, but he'll have an extra week to recover as the Cowboys head into a Week 8 bye.

Darnold completed 17 of 42 passes for 206 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions in Sunday's 37-17 loss to the Vikings. He also rushed six times for 18 yards and a touchdown while losing one of two fumbles.

Darnold struggled on a windy afternoon without top wide receiver Quincy Enunwa (ankle), though he salvaged his fantasy day to some extent with a 1-yard rushing score in the fourth quarter. His lone touchdown pass was a 12-yard, first-quarter strike to rookie tight end Chris Herndon, who's emerging as a weapon in his own right with receiving scores in consecutive weeks. Darnold has carried his gun-slinging tendencies from USC over to the NFL level with 10 passing touchdowns and 10 interceptions over his first seven starts, but his risky style could get him into trouble on the road in Week 8 against a Bears defense that's been adept at taking the ball away.

Mayfield completed 23 of 34 attempts for 215 passing yards and two touchdowns, adding 43 rushing yards on four carries during Sunday's 26-23 overtime loss to the Buccaneers.

The No. 1 overall pick generated his most efficient completion rate of any of his four starts Sunday (67.7 percent), despite being under constant duress by the Bucs front seven (he's now been sacked five times in three different games). Despite a second-consecutive loss, Mayfield continues to show poise in high-pressure situations, as he led the offense into the end zone late in the fourth quarter after being set up by a 32-yard punt return by Jabrill Peppers with under three minutes to go in regulation. Mayfield's upcoming slate of opponents has vested fantasy GMs salivating, as the Browns will take on bottom-10 pass defenses over the next three weeks in Pittsburgh, Kansas City and Atlanta.

Cousins completed 25 of 40 passes for 241 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 37-17 win over the Jets.

Cousins capitalized on the beat-up Jets secondary on the game's first drive, hitting his favorite target, Adam Thielen, for a 34-yard touchdown. Running back Latavius Murray was Minnesota's biggest offensive weapon the rest of the way with two touchdowns on the ground, but Cousins managed to add a 34-yard aerial strike to Aldrick Robinson, sealing the victory in the fourth quarter. Up next for the marquee free-agent addition is a mouthwatering Week 8 matchup with the vulnerable Saints secondary.

Trubisky completed 26 of 50 passes for 333 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions while adding 81 yards and a touchdown on the ground in Sunday's loss to the Patriots.

Although the fantasy numbers were outstanding, Trubisky was completely ineffective throwing outside the hashmarks due to many inaccurate passes. Fortunately, the Bears were playing from behind, so he had to put the ball up on 50 occasions and was able to connect regularly with Trey Burton and Tarik Cohen in the middle of the field to help him post big numbers. In addition, there were often huge openings up the gut of the defense that allowed Trubisky to have the biggest rushing performance of his career. With at least 316 passing yards, 47 rushing yards and three total touchdowns in each of his last three games, he'll continue to be a strong weekly fantasy option.

Winston completed 32 of 52 passes for 365 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions in the Buccaneers' 26-23 overtime win over the Browns on Sunday. He also rushed 10 times for 55 yards and a touchdown and fumbled twice, recovering one and losing the other.

It was another eventful and stat-filled afternoon for the fourth-year quarterback, who failed to throw a passing touchdown for the first time in a non-injury-shortened game since Week 7 of last season. The Buccaneers scored in some rather unusual ways Sunday, as both DeSean Jackson and Winston notched rushing touchdowns, with the latter's serving as his first on the ground this season. It's worth noting that Winston did scuffle in some key moments late in the game, throwing the second of two interceptions with 6:22 remaining in overtime and then firing back-to-back incompletions in the subsequent possession. However, he did rebound to make a critical 14-yard connection with DeSean Jackson late in the extra period, setting up Chandler Catanzaro's game-winning field goal. Winston will look to continue working out the kinks after a late start to the season when he faces the Bengals in a Week 8 interconference road tilt.

Watson completed 12 of 24 passes for 139 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in the Texans' 20-7 win over the Jaguars on Sunday. He also rushed seven times for 13 yards.

It might be about as quiet a performance as we'll see from Watson all year, but in the wake of reports that the team is carefully managing the second-year quarterback's serious lung injury, a game manager-type of role was probably what best suited him Sunday. Watson managed to avoid any miscues against an aggressive Jaguars defense and relied on his own surprisingly effective unit and a strong ground performance by Lamar Miller. Watson also was partly handicapped by the early exit of Keke Coutee (hamstring), but with Houston in control for almost the entirety of the contest, he didn't need to take many chances. Having gotten through a tough divisional matchup, Watson will now hope for improved health on a short week heading into Thursday's home game against the Dolphins.

Stafford completed 18 of 22 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 32-21 win over Miami. He added nine rushing yards on four carries.

What sort of alternate universe are we living in where Detroit runs for 248 yards and Stafford winds up with just 22 passing attempts? If this represents an extension of a new, more balanced Lions offense, fans can probably expect a less dynamic -- but more efficient -- Stafford. The Lions have boasted a 100-yard rusher twice in the past four games, with Stafford completing 72.8 percent of his passes during that span with a TD:INT of 8:1. After his methodical execution of a stingy Miami pass defense, Stafford takes on another defense ranked in the top five in the league in opponent passer rating in the Seahawks in Week 8.
