Giants' Graham Gano: Makes pair of FGs in loss

Gano went 2-for-2 on his field-goal attempts in Sunday's 21-6 loss to the Commanders.

Gano accounted for all of the Giants' points, making 21- and 55-yard field goals. The veteran kicker is in his sixth season with the G-Men, though he missed 16 of 34 regular-season games to injuries over the previous two campaigns. Gano made nine of his 11 field-goal attempts last season and all 15 of his extra points across 10 contests.

  • Younghoe Koo K | NYG

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Misses crucial kick late

Koo went 2-for-3 on field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point tries during the Falcons' 23-20 loss to the Buccaneers.

Koo had no problem connecting on field goals from 41 and 36 yards in the second and third quarter, respectively. He had a chance to send Sunday's game to overtime, but his 44-yard field goal sailed wide right, allowing the Bucs to take a knee on the next play to seal the game. Koo is coming off a disappointing 2024 campaign in which he went just 25-for-34 (73.5 percent) on his field-goal attempts, including 6-for-9 on tries from 50-plus yards. He'll look to bounce back in Week 2 against the Vikings on Sunday, Sept. 14.

Broncos' Wil Lutz: Perfect in Week 1 win

Lutz went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point tries in Denvers' 20-12 win over the Titans on Sunday.

Lutz's 39-yard field goal tied the game 3-3 in the first quarter, and his 33-yard make gave the Broncos a 13-12 lead in the third quarter. Lutz is in his third season with Denver. He made 31 of 34 field goals and all 46 of his extra points last season.

  • Packers' Brandon McManus: Makes two FGAs in Week 1

McManus went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made all three of his PATs in Sunday's 27-13 win over the Lions.

McManus made a 36-yard field goal in the first quarter before later adding a 38-yarder in the fourth. The kicker went 20-for-21 on field-goal tries over 11 regular-season games with Green Bay in 2024, and he has now picked up where he left off to open the 2025 campaign.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Makes both FGs in loss

Myers went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made his lone extra-point try in Seattle's 17-13 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.

Myers' converted field goals were from 48 and 37 yards, and his lone extra point came after one-yard touchdown run by Zach Charbonnet. The 34-year-old Myers is in his seventh season with the Seahawks and is coming off a 2024 in which he made 26 of 30 field-goal attempts and 37 of his 40 extra points.

  • Chad Ryland K | ARI

Cardinals' Chad Ryland: Connects on four kicks vs. NOLA

Ryland went 2-for-3 on field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point tries during the Cardinals' 20-13 win over the Saints on Sunday.

Ryland made each of his first four kicks, including a 50-yard field goal early in the second half. He had an opportunity give the Cardinals a 13-point lead late in the fourth quarter, but his attempt from 46 yards out was blocked at the line of scrimmage, which led to a Saints' field goal nine plays later to make it a single-score game. Ryland is coming off a 2024 campaign in which he connected on 87.5 percent of his field-goal attempts and made all but one of his 27 extra-point tries.

  • Nick Folk K | ATL

Jets' Nick Folk: Makes all four kicks vs. Pittsburgh

Folk went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 34-32 loss to the Steelers.

Folk opened Sunday's scoring with a 35-yard field goal in the first quarter before converting on a 51-yard try late in the second quarter to give the Jets a nine-point lead. Folk signed with the Jets in late July after spending the prior two seasons with the Titans, during which he was one of the most accurate kickers in the league. Next up for Folk and the Jets is an AFC East clash against the Bills on Sunday, Sept. 14.

  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Converts two of three FGs in win

Carlson converted two of three field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries in Las Vegas' 20-13 win over the Patriots on Sunday.

Carlson missed his first field goal versus New England, pushing his 58-yard attempt wide to the left at the end of the first half. He came back to make 51- and 40-yard attempts in the second half. Carlson is in his ninth season as the Raiders' kicker after he made 34 of his 40 field-goal tries and 23 of 25 extra-point attempts last season.

  • Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Supplies all points Sunday

Fairbairn went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts during the Texans' 14-9 loss to the Rams on Sunday.

The Texans' offense couldn't punch the ball into the end zone and finished with 265 total yards, but Fairbairn's boot kept Houston in the game. He opened things up with a 51-yard field goal in the first quarter for the game's first score, and after making a 45-yard try in the second quarter, he put the Texans up by two points with a 53-yard make as time expired in the first half. Fairbairn made a career-high 13 field goals from 50-plus yards in 2024, and that length will help the Texans stay competitive when the offense stalls outside the red zone.

  • Joey Slye K | TEN

Titans' Joey Slye: Knocks down four field goals

Slye converted 4-of-4 field-goal attempts in the Titans' 20-12 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.

Slye accounted for all of the Titans' scoring in the loss, making field goals from 50, 33, 42 and 35 yards. His fourth field goal gave the Titans a 12-10 lead in the third quarter.
