Boswell made his lone field-goal attempt (34 yards) and three of four extra-points in Pittsburgh's 30-12 playoff win against Miami on Sunday.

The Steelers' offense has now scored at least 24 points in eight straight contests. During that stretch, Boswell has converted 15-of-18 field-goals and 18-of-19 extra-points for an average of 7.9 points per game.

Zuerlein only kicked 19 field goals and 23 extra points during the 2016 season.

The Los Angeles offense finished last in both yards and scoring and did absolutely no fantasy favors for Zuerlein. If there is any silver lining, at least his accuracy improved following his poor 2015 showing where he converted just 20 of 30 field-goal attempts. Without significant improvements from the Rams' offense, Zuerlein is unlikely to morph back into a reliable fantasy asset, especially considering he's only connected on 39 field-goal attempts the past two years. However, with his contract up, Los Angeles could look in another direction and let Zuerlein explore the market. Either way, he's likely best left undrafted heading into the 2017 campaign.

Franks didn't attempt a field goal but converted two extra points in the Dolphins' season finale Sunday against the Patriots.

Franks wasn't needed for a field goal for the third time in the past seven games, which comes as little surprise considering Miami has attempted the fewest in the league all season. Coupled with his dismal 71 percent accuracy (29th in the NFL), Franks doesn't appear to be a trustworthy fantasy option for Sunday's postseason matchup with the Steelers.

Gano converted 30 of his 38 field-goal attempts and 31 of his 34 extra-point tries en route to 121 total points in 16 games this season.

Gano finished second in the league in scoring thanks to a wildly productive Panthers offense in 2015, but he took a step back as Carolina regressed this year. Although he matched the second-best point total of his career, posting six double-digit outings along the way, Gano missed some important kicks early in the season and made just one of his four field goals in Week 17. Additionally, despite having 25 fewer attempts, Gano missed the same amount of extra points (three) as last season, showing further inconsistency. Overall, he finished 16th in scoring, making him an average performer at his position.

Bryant made a 22-yard field goal and all five extra-point attempts in Sunday's win over the Saints.

The 41-year-old kicker has been a model of consistency throughout the season, connecting on 34 of 37 field-goal attempts and knocking through all but one of his 57 extra-point attempts. He'll be kicking in a dome throughout the postseason, whether those games be in Atlanta, Dallas or Houston, and with the Falcons' high-powered offense, Bryant has to be considered one of the best kicking options in the playoffs.

Koehn signed a reserve/futures contract with Minnesota, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Kai Forbath is under contract for next season and should retain the starting job after making all 15 field-goal attempts this season. However, it's not impossible that Koehn could win the job in a competition next summer.

Santos made each of his three field-goal attempts and four extra-point attempts in Sunday's game against San Diego.

Santos has posted a solid fantasy season among kicker in 2016, converting 31 of his 35 attempts overall. It makes for a second consecutive season in which Santos has made at least 30 field goals and the Brazil native ranked in the top 10 among kickers. He should be a candidate to do so again in 2017.

Sturgis connected on two of three fields goals and three extra points during Sunday's win over the Cowboys.

Sturgis finishes his 2016 campaign having made 35 of 41 fields goal attempts and 30 extra points in 31 tries. He signed a one-year extension with the Eagles in September, so he's slated to be Philadelphia's kicker once again in 2017.

Hopkins went 1-for-2 in field goal attempts and 1-for-1 in extra point attempts in Sunday's loss to the Giants.

Hopkins missed a 57-yard attempt to close out the first half of the game. On the season, Hopkins went 34-for-42 in field goal attempts and 36-for-39 on extra point attempts. The kicker struggled from distance, as four of his misses came from over 50 yards this year. The 26-year-old is under contract through 2017, so he'll enter the offseason as the incumbent kicker.

Boswell connected on all three extra-point attempts in Pittsburgh's 27-24 overtime win against Cleveland on Sunday.

Boswell missed one game this season, finishing perfect on 36 extra-point conversions and making 21-of-25 on field-goal attempts.
