Eddy Pineiro K | SF
Bears' Eddy Pineiro: Ready to rock
Pineiro (knee) is not listed on Wednesday's injury report, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Pineiro attempted kickoffs in Wednesday's practice for the first time in three weeks, per Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune, and he appears to now be past his right knee issue. Barring any setbacks, he'll handle kicking duties Sunday versus the Saints.

Brett Maher K | LAR
Cowboys' Brett Maher: Costly miss in loss
Maher made three of his four field-goal attempts and his only extra-point try in the Cowboy's Week 6 24-22 loss to the Jets.
Maher converted from 50, 62 and 32 yards on his respective field goals, tying his career long in the process, but his third-quarter miss from 40 yards ultimately proved costly. Through six games, Maher has misfired on four of his 11 field-goal tries, limiting him to 39 total points on the season.

Justin Tucker K | BAL
Ravens' Justin Tucker: Notches 11 points
Tucker made all three of his field-goal attempts and both his extra-point tries in the Raven's Week 6 23-17 win over the Bengals.
Tucker converted from 40, 49 and 21 yards on his respective field goals. The veteran has made all 30 of his kicking attempts this season, racking up 56 points in the process. That mark currently places him second league-wide in scoring.

Matt Prater K | BUF
Lions' Matt Prater: Huge night in Green Bay
Prater converted all five field-goal attempts and his only PAT during Monday's 23-22 loss to Green Bay.
While the Lions presumably wish they didn't have to settle for five field goals in a game that was ultimately decided by a single point, Prater was absolute money in this one. Two of the field goals he drilled were from beyond 50 yards and he had another from beyond 40. Detroit could need Prater's excellence to shine through again in Week 7 should the offense be unable to improve its red-zone efficiency against a tough Vikings defense.

Younghoe Koo K | NYG
Younghoe Koo: Cut from practice squad
Koo was released from the Patriots' practice squad Tuesday, Nick Underhill of The Athletic reports.
The Patriots are continuing their search for a kicker, and it looks like they have moved on from Koo. The 25-year-old played four games for the Chargers in 2017, converting 3-of-6 field goal attempts and all nine extra points, but has yet to find a new opportunity.

Greg Joseph K | LV
Greg Joseph: Works out for New England
Joseph had a tryout with the Patriots on Tuesday, Albert Breer of TheMMQB.com reports.
The Patriots are testing the waters as new kicker Mike Nugent has missed one field goal and one extra point through two games. Joseph went 17-for-20 on field-goal attempts and 25-for-29 on extra-point attempts for the Browns in 2018, but he was unable to retain his job in the preseason.

Giorgio Tavecchio K | ATL
Giorgio Tavecchio: Tryout in New England
Tavecchio had a tryout with the Patriots on Tuesday, Albert Breer of TheMMQB.com reports.
Tavecchio went 5-for-5 on field goals and 8-for-8 on extra points for the Falcons last season, but he struggled in the preseason and was let go at September's roster deadline in favor of Matt Bryant. The Patriots are testing their options with recent addition Mike Nugent missing two kicks in his first two games with the team.

Nick Folk K | ATL
Nick Folk: Works out for Pats
Folk had a workout with the Patriots on Tuesday, Albert Breer of TheMMQB.com reports.
Stephen Gostkowski (hip) is out for the season so New England signed Mike Nugent, who is 8-for-9 on extra points and 2-for-3 on field goals in his two games with the team. Folk was let go four games into the 2017 season by the Buccaneers after missing five field goals and two extra points.

Harrison Butker K | KC
Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Misses first 50-plus attempt
Butker converted one of his two field-goal attempts and made each of his three extra-point attempts Sunday against the Texans.
Believe it or not, Sunday's Week 6 contest marked the first time this season that Butker even attempted a field goal from more than 50 yards out. It sailed wide right to make him 1-for-2 on the day and 11-for-13 on the season. While he's off to a career-low field-goal percentage (85) to open 2019, it's not nearly poor enough to put him in danger of losing the gig.

Ka'imi Fairbairn K | HOU
Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Kicking issues not on kicker only
Houston head coach Bill O'Brien ascribed the team's kicking issues to the entire operation, and not just Fairbairn, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Fairbairn missed his fourth extra-point kick and a 46-yard field-goal attempt in Sunday's win over the Chiefs. "I think we've got to improve," O'Brien said Monday. "I think we've got to look at the whole operation technique-wise. We have to make those kicks. That's professional football. We have to make the kicks, Ka'imi knows that. We're going to work hard to try to make that better this week." There is a new holder in place -- punter Bryan Anger replaced Trevor Daniel -- which could be the source of some of the kicking issues Fairbairn is experiencing. The bottom line is that the Texans are not thinking about making a change at kicker at this time.
