Pitts brought in all five targets for 22 yards and a touchdown in the Falcons' 29-20 win over the 49ers on Sunday. Pitts tied for second in receptions and targets for the Falcons on the afternoon, but he averaged just 4.4 yards per catch. However, the veteran tight end did score for the third consecutive game, recording a five-yard touchdown catch with just under nine minutes remaining in the third quarter. Pitts' production will inevitably fluctuate week to week, but he's clearly established himself as a reliable red-zone target for Michael Penix heading into a Week 8 road matchup against the Buccaneers next Sunday.

After a slow start to the season, Pitts has come alive in the past two games against Baltimore and Chicago with 10 catches for 102 yards and three touchdowns on 13 targets, and he scored at least 15.2 PPR points in each outing. This isn't an easy matchup against the 49ers in Week 7, but two tight ends have scored at least 13.9 PPR points against San Francisco this season, with Trey McBride in Week 3 and Chigoziem Okonkwo in Week 6. I'm trusting Pitts as a top-10 Fantasy tight end in Week 7.

Pitts brought in five of seven targets for 60 yards and two touchdowns in the Falcons' 31-23 loss to the Bears on Sunday. Pitts led the Falcons in receptions and was second and third in targets and receiving yards, respectively. The veteran tight end helped fuel an Atlanta comeback in the fourth quarter with touchdown grabs of 10 and five yards, his second and third scoring catches in the last two games. Pitts has also now posted back-to-back five-catch tallies as a Week 7 home matchup against the 49ers approaches on Sunday.

Pitts had his best game of the season in Week 5 against Baltimore with five catches for 42 yards and a touchdown on six targets, and hopefully it's a sign of things to come. But I'm only going to start him in deeper leagues in Week 6 against Chicago. The Bears are No. 3 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends, and Chicago has yet to allow a tight end to score a touchdown, including matchups with Darren Waller, T.J. Hockenson, Kenyon Sadiq and Tucker Kraft.

Pitts caught five of six targets for 42 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-23 overtime loss to the Ravens. Pitts scored his first touchdown of the season on a five-yard reception in the second quarter. He has stirred to life after a painfully slow start, recording eight catches for 89 yards and a TD over the last two games after having just two catches for 20 yards through Week 3. Michael Penix sustained a rib injury late in the game, and while Tua Tagovailoa proceeded to throw the game-losing interception in overtime, it's worth noting that Pitts was Tagovailoa's primary target in the preseason. Atlanta's QB situation will bear monitoring ahead of a Week 6 home game against the Bears.
