McKee completed 23 of 35 passes for 211 yards with one touchdown and one interception and added one rush for one yard in the Eagles' 38-21 loss to the Cowboys on Monday night. McKee's final numbers weren't poor by any stretch, but the fourth-year signal-caller couldn't come close to keeping pace with Dak Prescott's exploits. McKee was working without both DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle), so in that context, the quarterback's production was solid, albeit unspectacular. McKee recorded completions to eight different targets overall, and he'll look to boost his overall numbers with a hopefully healthier receiving corps in a Week 8 road matchup against the Commanders on Sunday night.

Jalen Hurts (calf) is out for the season due to blood clots in his lungs, and McKee could be Philadelphia's starter for the rest of the year. He didn't play great in Week 6 against Carolina with 26-of-45 passing for 215 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions for 14.6 Fantasy points, but he should be added in all Superflex and two-quarterback leagues for at least 10 percent of your remaining FAAB. The Eagles have an amazing upcoming schedule against Dallas, Washington and the Giants, and McKee could be a low-end starter if needed in those matchups.

McKee completed 26 of 45 passes for 215 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions while adding one carry for no gain in the Eagles' 25-14 loss to the Panthers on Sunday. He also recovered a fumble. McKee's completion total was impressive, but he averaged a modest 4.8 yards per attempt on the afternoon despite having DeVonta Smith back from a two-game absence due to a hamstring injury. McKee's longest completion of the day went for 19 yards to Smith on a fourth-quarter scoring strike, which brought Philadelphia to within five at the time. McKee ultimately wasn't able to complete the comeback in the first installment of what figures to be an extended starting assignment in place of Jalen Hurts (IR, calf), and he'll look to be more aggressive during a Week 7 home divisional clash with the Cowboys next Monday night.

Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni confirmed Friday that McKee will start Sunday's game against the Panthers, NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. McKee is likely headed for a multi-game run as the Eagles' starter, after Jalen Hurts (calf) was ruled out for Week 6 due to a superficial blood clot before landing on injured reserve Saturday. Rookie fifth-round pick Cole Payton is active as the No. 2 quarterback for Sunday's game behind McKee, who will be making the third start of his four-year career. Unlike Hurts, the 6-foot-6, 231-pound McKee is more of a traditional pocket passer who doesn't offer much of a threat as a runner, but he's been serviceable in directing the Philadelphia offense in his limited opportunities. He's completed 54 of 88 career pass attempts (61.4 percent) for 597 yards (6.8 YPA), five touchdowns and one interception.

McKee appears lined up to start Sunday's game against the Panthers after the Eagles announced Wednesday that Jalen Hurts has been ruled out for Week 6 due to a superficial blood clot on his calf, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. While the Eagles could look to re-sign the recently released Andy Dalton to give the quarterback room another experienced option in Hurts' absence, McKee looks poised to draw the start after moving ahead of Dalton on the depth chart prior to Week 4. Hurts' availability beyond Week 6 is in flux while the Eagles determine the appropriate course for his treatment, so McKee could be headed for a multi-game run as the team's starter. A 2023 sixth-round pick, McKee has appeared in just six games (two starts) during his four-year career, completing 54 of 88 pass attempts (61.4 percent) for 597 yards (6.8 YPA) and a 5:1 TD:INT. Assuming he starts, McKee may have few weapons at his disposal, as running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) and wideout DeVonta Smith (hamstring) were absent from practice Wednesday and could be tracking toward sitting out this weekend.
