Jefferson caught four of seven targets for 44 yards in Sunday's 16-10 win over the Colts. The targets and receiving yards actually led the Vikings in a low-scoring defensive battle, but it was T.J. Hockenson on the other end of Kyler Murray's only TD pass. Jefferson is still looking for his first 100-yard performance of the season, and he's been held under 60 yards in three of his five games. The star wideout could be poised to finally break out in Week 8 against the Lions' struggling secondary.

Jefferson (ankle) practiced in full Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports. Jefferson's upgrade from limited Wednesday to uncapped one day later indicates that the ankle injury that has bothered him since the middle of a Week 3 win at Tampa Bay is behind him. He'll be taking on a Colts defense Sunday that has allowed the 10th-most yards per target (8.6) to opposing wide receivers this season.

Jefferson (ankle) was a limited at Wednesday's practice. Despite having the benefit of a Week 6 bye, Jefferson appears to be dealing with the ankle injury that he suffered in Week 3 and forced inactive status in Week 4 before he suited up in Week 5 at New Orleans, when he hauled in six of seven targets for 79 yards and one touchdown. Meanwhile, fellow WR Jordan Addison (hamstring) practiced fully Wednesday, meaning Jefferson has a bit of work to do to get the top of the Vikings' receiving corps back to 100 percent.

Jefferson (ankle) brought in six of seven targets for 79 yards and a touchdown and rushed once for minus-11 yards in the Vikings' 23-13 win over the Saints on Sunday. He also committed a fumble that remained with Minnesota. Making his return from a one-game absence due to an ankle injury, Jefferson capitalized on an opportunity to perform in front of his home-state crowd. The perennial Pro Bowler was expected to be busy due to Jordan Addison's (hamstring) inactive status, and Jefferson ultimately led the Vikings across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets. The veteran receiver added his first touchdown since Week 1 when he recorded an impressive 15-yard scoring grab in the back corner of the end zone to cap off the first possession of the second half, and Jefferson will next set his sights on a vulnerable Colts defense in a Week 7 home matchup on Sunday, Oct. 25 following a Week 6 bye.

Jefferson (ankle) is listed as active Sunday at New Orleans. Jefferson thus is set for his first in-game action since the second quarter of a Week 3 win in Tampa Bay, when he initially picked up a left ankle injury. After sitting out last Sunday versus the Dolphins, he logged three limited sessions during Week 5 prep, and with his status confirmed for Sunday, there's a good chance he serves as the top pass catcher for QB Kyler Murray with fellow WR Jordan Addison (hamstring) inactive, even if Jefferson can't handle a full workload.
