The Rays recalled Bradley from Triple-A Durham on Thursday.

Bradley will return to the big club to start Thursday's series finale against the Mets at Citi Field. The young right-hander posted a 3.52 ERA and 23:2 K:BB over 15.1 innings covering three starts for Tampa Bay earlier this season. He's struggled since returning to Durham, but Bradley nonetheless warrants being rostered in the majority of fantasy formats. He will have a shot to remain in the Rays rotation for the duration of the season.

Cole didn't factor into the decision in Wednesday's 3-0 extra-inning loss to the Blue Jays, allowing seven hits and two walks over six scoreless innings. He struck out six.

The veteran right-hander was dominant for 104 pitches (70 strikes), generating 30 called or swinging strikes en route to his seventh quality start in 10 outings, but Chris Bassitt matched him goose egg for goose egg and the game was eventually left in the hands of the bullpens. Cole remains undefeated on the year at 5-0 and will take a 2.01 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 68:20 K:BB through 62.2 innings into his next start, which is likely to come early next week at home against the Orioles.

Bradish (2-1) picked up the win Wednesday, allowing one run on four hits over 6.2 innings in a 3-1 victory over the Angels. He struck out five.

Facing the team that drafted him in 2018 before flipping him to Baltimore a year later in the Dylan Bundy deal, Bradish delivered his second straight quality start while firing 63 of 94 pitches for strikes. The right-hander has rebounded nicely from a rough outing against the Red Sox in late April, posting a 2.82 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 20:4 K:BB through 22.1 innings over his last four starts. He'll look to keep rolling when he next takes the mound, which is likely to come early next week in Yankee Stadium.

Canning (2-2) took the loss Wednesday, giving up three runs on nine hits and two walks over 5.1 innings as the Angels fell 3-1 to the Orioles. He struck out four.

The right-hander put together one of his better efforts since rejoining the big-league rotation, tossing 67 of 95 pitches for strikes, but the Halos couldn't get much going offensively against Kyle Bradish. Canning has lost two straight starts after winning two straight, and he'll take a 6.14 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 25:11 K:BB through 29.1 innings into his next outing, likely to come at home early next week against the Red Sox.

Gonzales (3-1) took the loss against Boston on Wednesday, allowing eight runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out one batter over 1.2 innings.

Gonzales fell behind 3-0 after one frame, and things got even worse for him in the second. In that inning, five Red Sox batters reached base, and all came around to score (including two after the lefty hurler was pulled for a reliever). Gonzales had racked up two straight quality starts coming into Wednesday, though he had another blow-up prior to that stretch, yielding eight runs (five earned) in three innings against Toronto on April 30. The loss against Boston was Gonzales' first of the season, but his overall numbers have not been pretty, as he's posted a 6.10 ERA and 1.59 WHIP through 38.1 frames.

Bello (3-1) earned the win over Seattle on Wednesday, allowing one run on three hits and five walks while striking out seven batters over five innings.

Bello wrestled with his control throughout the contest, walking a season-high five batters. However, he also displayed his excellent swing-and-miss arsenal, racking up 18 whiffs and a season-best seven punchouts. Bello struggled in his first two starts of the campaign, but he's since gone at least five innings in four straight appearances, notching three wins and recording a 2.57 ERA over that span. It's not certain that he'll remain in the rotation with the Red Sox' starting staff rounding into full health, but he's at least made a compelling case for himself with the strong stretch.

France allowed six runs on nine hits and two walks while striking out two over 3.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Cubs on Wednesday.

Seiya Suzuki homered twice and Christopher Morel also took France deep as the Cubs got all of their scoring done in the first four innings. The Astros would rally in the eighth and ninth to get France off the hook in the worst of his three major-league starts so far. The right-hander had allowed just one earned run over his first 11.2 innings. He now has a 4.11 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 10:4 K:BB through 15.1 innings. France is projected for a challenging road start in Milwaukee next week.

Battenfield (0-5) took the loss Wednesday versus the White Sox, allowing five runs on nine hits and a walk with two strikeouts over 4.1 innings.

Battenfield remains in search of his first major-league win, and he's not really even trending in the right direction. This was his second-shortest outing of the season, and it's the first time he's given up five earned runs, which included yielding three home runs. The 25-year-old right-hander is now at a 5.19 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 27:11 K:BB across 34.2 innings through seven appearances (six starts). Battenfield has done little to suggest he'll remain in the rotation once Aaron Civale (oblique), Triston McKenzie (shoulder) or Cody Morris (lat) are ready to return, though all of those pitchers are still over a week away. Battenfield is tentatively projected to get a rematch with the White Sox in Cleveland next week.

Clevinger (3-3) earned the win Wednesday over the Guardians. He allowed two runs on six hits and four walks while striking out five over six innings.

Clevinger won his first two starts of the year, then went six outings without a victory before snapping the skid Wednesday. This was his third quality start of the season, but the 10 baserunners he allowed matched a season high. He's had fairly mixed results so far with a 4.56 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 40:22 K:BB across 47.1 innings this season. Clevinger is projected to get another start against his former team next week in Cleveland.

Eovaldi allowed three runs on five hits and two walks while striking out five over seven innings in a no-decision versus Atlanta on Wednesday.

The runs against Eovaldi came via the long ball -- Eddie Rosario hit a two-run blast in the second inning and Ronald Acuna added a solo shot in the sixth. Prior to Wednesday, Eovaldi had given up just one homer all season. The right-hander continues to pitch like an ace for the Rangers, as this was his sixth straight quality start. He has a 2.83 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 61:10 K:BB through 60.1 innings over nine starts. Eovaldi is projected for a road start in Pittsburgh next week.
