Green (7-7) took the loss in Sunday's 7-6 defeat at the hands of the Mets, allowing one run on one hit with one strikeout in one inning.

Green was brought in to pitch the eighth inning of a 6-6 game and served up Francisco Lindor's third home run of the game to fall in line for the loss. The defeat arrives on the heels of a blown save Saturday and the righty has now permitted one run apiece in each of his last three appearances, raising his ERA from 3.04 to 3.28 in the process.

Misiewicz (4-5) allowed three earned runs on four hits while failing to record an out, taking the loss to the Diamondbacks on Sunday.

Misiewicz entered in the sixth inning of a tie game. He surrendered a hit to all four batters he faced before being pulled. It was the second time in his last eight appearances he allowed three runs without recording an out. The 26-year-old has a 4.35 ERA and 1.35 WHIP with 48 punchouts in 49.2 innings this season.

Wittgren allowed a hit in a scoreless inning during Sunday's 11-1 loss to Milwaukee.

His scoreless outing Sunday snapped a run of three appearances in which he'd allowed runs. Wittgren has pitched to a 4.72 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 57:13 K:BB across 55.1 innings this year. The right-hander has added a save, nine holds and a 2-7 record, but he's typically seen more low-leverage work in recent weeks.

Young has allowed four runs in his last five innings.

In his last six appearances, Young has alternated between giving up runs and scoreless efforts. He's given up nine hits and five walks while striking out just two in the aforementioned stretch. For the year, the southpaw has a 6.58 ERA, 1.77 WHIP and 43:27 K:BB across 52 innings between Cleveland and Arizona, almost exclusively as a low-leverage reliever.

Perez was recalled from Triple-A Columbus on Saturday. He appeared in Sunday's 11-1 loss to Milwaukee, allowing a hit and striking out one in two scoreless innings.

Perez previously made one appearance for Cleveland in August. The 24-year-old will look to stay around with the big club longer this time, although he'll likely be limited to a multi-inning relief role. Daniel Johnson was sent down in a corresponding move.

Lowther (0-2) allowed seven runs on four hits and three walks while striking out four in two-plus innings, taking the loss Sunday versus Toronto.

The Toronto offense spared no expense in what ended up being a 22-7 game. Lowther's biggest mistakes resulted in a grand slam by Lourdes Gurriel and a solo home run by Vladimir Guerrero. The southpaw also put Gurriel aboard with a walk in the third inning before Spenser Watkins took over on the mound. Lowther owns a 9.92 ERA, 1.78 WHIP and 17:9 K:BB across his first 16.1 big-league innings. Despite the struggles, he could remain in the rotation since Baltimore has nothing but pride to play for at this point in the season. He lines up for a road start in Boston next weekend.

Feyereisen (4-4) allowed a run on three walks in two-thirds of an inning, taking the loss versus Detroit on Sunday.

The right-hander got the initial runner in the 11th inning out on a fielder's choice, which made his bases-loaded walk to Robbie Grossman count as an earned run when Victor Reyes crossed the plate as the winning run. Feyereisen has given up four runs on three hits and four walks across his last 2.1 innings in three appearances. He now has a 3.21 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 43:30 K:BB across 47.2 innings this season while logging three saves, 12 holds and three blown saves.

Patino gave up two runs on five hits and two walks with three strikeouts in 4.1 innings in a no-decision versus Detroit on Sunday.

The right-hander turned in another short start, but Tampa Bay's offense was able to get him off the hook after he exited down 2-1. Patino's ERA is at 4.62 with a 1.37 WHIP and 65:27 K:BB through 64.1 innings this year. With both Shane McClanahan (back) and Chris Archer (hip) on the injured list, Patino is likely to get another turn in the rotation, tentatively scheduled for a home rematch versus Detroit during next week's four-game series.

Richards (7-2) fired a perfect sixth inning while striking out two, earning the win in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Orioles.

Richards entered the game with the Blue Jays down 1-0. However, after he fired a scoreless inning, Toronto put up 11 runs in the seventh inning to give Richards the win. He is 2-0 with nine strikeouts in seven scoreless innings over his last seven appearances.

Akin (2-9) allowed three earned runs on three hits and two walks while striking out three across six innings, taking the loss in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Blue Jays.

Akin fired six shutout innings but failed to record an out in the seventh frame. He allowed a two-run homer to Bo Bichette to spark an 11-run inning by the Blue Jays. The 26-year-old has still been solid over his last four starts, with a 3.68 ERA and 0.91 WHIP. On the season, he carries a 6.83 ERA and 1.58 WHIP with 76 strikeouts in 85.2 innings.
