Giancarlo Stanton DH | NYY
Yankees' Giancarlo Stanton: Will miss games
Manager Aaron Boone said Saturday that he's expecting Stanton (hamstring) to miss "days," Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports.
Stanton was removed from Saturday's game with tightness in his hamstring and is set to undergo an MRI on Sunday. While Boone is hopeful the injury isn't significant, he's still expecting Stanton to miss some time. Sunday's MRI should provide more clarity on the severity of the injury. Trent Grisham entered the game for Stanton and could be in line for more at-bats while Stanton's sidelined.

Cardinals' Alec Burleson: Fills stat sheet in win
Burleson went 3-for-4 with two home runs, five RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base in a 9-4 win over the Giants on Saturday.

The real damage came in his next two at-bats, as he hit a three-run home run in the fourth frame and a two-run blast in the sixth. This was the first two-homer game of Burleson's major-league career, and he now has six multi-hit efforts and seven home runs in June. Grifol noted that Jimenez is "up to 90 [percent] running, he's passed the test" when it comes to his left hamstring strain. Jimenez began his rehab assignment in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League on June 13, and across six outings he's gone 8-for-18 with one double, one home run and five RBI. De La Cruz has gone yard three times in the last four games, and through 17 contests in June he's slashing .265/.296/.559 with five doubles, five homers and 10 RBI, albeit with a disconcerting 2:17 BB:K.
