Franmil Reyes DH | WAS
Cubs' Franmil Reyes: Drives in two more runs Saturday
Reyes went 2-for-4 with two RBI in Saturday's loss to the Cardinals.
Reyes has now driven in 13 runs across 24 games with the Cubs, and he's batting a solid .277 during that span. He batted just .213 in 70 games with the Guardians, so he's definitely looked like a different player in Chicago. Reyes has reestablished some decent fantasy value due to his strong play and regular role with his new team.

Morel isn't starting Saturday against the Cardinals.

Daniel Vogelbach DH | TOR
Mets' Daniel Vogelbach: Sits against left-hander

Brandon Belt DH | TOR
Giants' Brandon Belt: Surgery goes well
Belt's knee surgery went as planned Saturday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Belt has dealt with chronic knee issues throughout the year and eventually elected to undergo season-ending surgery. The procedure went well, and he's expected to rehab for approximately two months, giving him time to be ready for next season. He'll be a free agent this winter, and the market for a 34-year-old coming off a down season and a significant surgery may not be robust. He's now missed at least 50 games in four of the last five full seasons, so any team taking a chance on him can't count on having him available all year.

Charlie Blackmon RF | COL
Rockies' Charlie Blackmon: Retreats to bench
Blackmon isn't starting Saturday against the Reds.
Blackmon started the last three games but went just 1-for-11 with a double, a walk and three strikeouts. C.J. Cron will serve as the designated hitter and bat cleanup.

Joc Pederson DH | TEX
Giants' Joc Pederson: Paces offense Friday
Pederson went 2-for-2 with a home run, a walk, five RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 13-1 win over the Phillies.
Pederson hit an RBI single in the first inning, a three-run homer in the second and walked in a run in the third. With the Giants way ahead, he was replaced by pinch hitter Lewis Brinson in the fifth inning. Pederson is on a roll lately -- across his last 10 games, he's gone 13-for-30 with four homers, 12 RBI and nine runs scored. The outfielder is slashing .268/.345/.526 with 21 long balls, 58 RBI, 47 runs and three steals through 108 contests this year as a strong-side platoon option in left field.

Brandon Belt DH | TOR
Giants' Brandon Belt: Out for season
Belt will undergo season-ending knee surgery Saturday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
After receiving a second opinion on his right knee, Belt decided to undergo yet another knee procedure, ending his season. In 2022, Belt slashed .213/.326/.350 -- by far the worst numbers of his career -- and played in just 78 games. The 34-year-old veteran said he would like to continue playing, though at the end of the day it depends on how his knee recovers.

Jorge Soler DH | LAA
Marlins' Jorge Soler: Set to hit in sim game
Soler (back) is expected to hit in a simulated game Saturday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Soler resumed hitting in a cage in mid-August and has now been cleared to face live pitching. The 30-year-old is trending in the right direction, but it seems likely that he'll require a rehab assignment prior to rejoining the Marlins as he's been on the injured list since July 23.

Justin Turner DH | CHC
Dodgers' Justin Turner: Another double in loss
Turner went 2-for-2 with one double, one RBI and one run scored in Thursday's loss to the Mets.
The 37-year-old is enjoying an 11-game hit streak, recording a .429 batting average in 42 at-bats. In addition, Turner has recorded a double in five of his last seven games.

Nationals' Joey Meneses: Delivers walk-off homer
Meneses went 4-for-6 with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored Thursday against the Athletics.

It was his second homer in his last eight starts, and he's also maintained a .424 average with eight RBI and eight runs scored in that span. Since being recalled from Triple-A Rochester on Aug. 2, Meneses has produced a .354/.385/.626 line across 104 plate appearances.
