Tigers outfielder Yoenis Cespedes bent his left thumb back while trying to make a catch in the 10th inning on Saturday, according to MLive.com.
Cespedes, who went 3 for 5 with an RBI in the win, is unsure of his status moving forward. He is hitting .290 with 23 RBI in 145 at-bats this season.

Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera hit a home run in the Tigers' victory against the Cardinals on Saturday, the 400th of his career.
"That means a lot to me," Cabrera said. "But I just want to win and play games."
Cabrera has now homered in three straight games, hitting four during that span."He's definitely the best hitter in baseball and he's hands down the smartest player in baseball as well," Tigers starter David Price said. "He's pretty special."
Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre connected for his 400th homer on Friday, although Cabrera, now in his 13th MLB season, hit his in 2,330 fewer at-bats. -
Nick Swisher, Ryan Raburn not in Indians' lineup for Saturday
Both Nick Swisher and Ryan Raburn are not in the Indians' lineup for Saturday, as Michael Brantley will start in left field and bat third and David Murphy will serve as the designated hitter and bat cleanup.
Rayburn, a utility outfielder, suffered a bruised knee in Friday's game while Swisher returned from the disabled list in early May and had DH'd in eight of the Indians' 10 games before Saturday. -

Tigers LF Yoenis Cespedes breaks out with three-hit Friday
It's too early to determine if Tigers left fielder Yoenis Cespedes has emerged from a slump that has gripped him through most of May. But he certainly showed positive signs Friday in St. Louis.
Cespedes had hit safely in only three of nine games heading in with five hits in his previous 35 at-bats. But he opened the scoring against the Cardinals with a solo home run in the second inning, singled in the sixth and put the cherry on top with a two-run double in the ninth.
The big night sweetened his slash line to .279/.297/.493.

Tigers RF J.D. Martinez homers, singles in rout of Cardinals
Based on progression, Tigers right fielder J.D. Martinez will get three hits in each of the next three games. He has followed three one-hit games with three two-hit games.
Martinez homered in the last of those two-hit games. His solo job in the seventh inning Friday night against host St. Louis helped Detroit to a blowout victory. He later singled and scored.
He is 9-for-21 with four runs scored during his six-game hitting streak.

Indians center fielder Michael Bourn and third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall were not included in the starting lineup Friday night against left-hander Bruce Chen and the Rangers, per the team's official website.
Bourn is a .200 hitter (8 for 40) this season against southpaws. Chisenhall has fared better against left-handers, slashing .256/.326/.308 on the year. Manager Terry Francona inserted Zach Walters at third. Michael Brantley shifted to center field, with Ryan Raburn in the left field and at the cleanup spot.
