Brad Miller DH | SD
Rangers' Brad Miller: Homers in win
Miller went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 6-5 extra-inning win over the Angels.
Miller launched his sixth homer of the season during the seventh inning to give Texas a lead that Matt Bush was unable to protect later in the game. His leadoff single to start the game for Texas snapped an 0-for-12 skid, as Miller continues to battle at the plate. He's batting just .213 (19-for-89) but has 18 RBI over 31 games, which ties him for second on the team.

Angels' Shohei Ohtani: Whiffs seven in no-decision
Ohtani didn't factor into the decision during Wednesday's 6-5 loss to Texas, allowing two runs on six hits and two walks with seven strikeouts in six innings.

The 27-year-old has delivered quality starts in three straight turns and has now permitted two runs or fewer in six of his seven starts. Ohtani lines up to take the hill again next week against Toronto.

Franmil Reyes DH | WAS
Guardians' Franmil Reyes: Back in action Wednesday

Kyle Lewis DH | ARI
Mariners' Kyle Lewis: Should be back by Monday
The Mariners are expected to activate Lewis (knee) from the 10-day injured list no later than Monday, as his 20-day rehab assignment window will close Sunday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
After two straight off days, Lewis returned to the Triple-A Tacoma lineup with a bang Tuesday, going 2-for-4 with a home run, a double and five RBI. He's now supplied a 1.150 OPS in the first seven games of his rehab assignment and has played on back-to-back days on two occasions. Lewis has seen most of his starts as a designated hitter, so the Mariners may want to focus on getting him more exposure to the outfield in the final days of his rehab assignment. Once activated, Lewis should have a fairly clear path to a near-everyday role in the corner outfield or at DH.

Tigers' Miguel Cabrera: Resting Wednesday
Cabrera is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rays, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.
