Grandal went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer Tuesday against the Phillies.

Grandal led off the scoring for the Brewers in the second inning with his seventh home run of the season. The homer was his first since April 22 and just his second extra-base hit in that span. Despite that poor stretch, he's still batting .265/.353/.455 across 153 plate appearances for the campaign.

Garver was removed from Tuesday's win over the Angels after sustaining a left high ankle sprain, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Garver suffered the injury on a collision at home plate when Shohei Ohtani slid into his left ankle as he applied the tag for the out. The Twins have yet to offer a recovery timetable, but the 28-year-old seems likely to be sidelined at least a few days. Jason Castro and Willians Astudillo can both step in behind the plate for the Twins in his absence.

Narvaez isn't in Tuesday's starting lineup against the Athletics, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.

Narvaez will get the night off after slugging his seventh home run of the season Monday in the series opener. Tom Murphy replaces him behind the dish and is set to bat eighth.

Perez went 2-for-3 with a solo homer in Cleveland's 9-0 win Tuesday against the White Sox.

Perez provided the Indians' first run with a long homer to center in the third inning. The 30-year-old has now homered in two straight games and he has raised his slash line to .235/.320/.435.

Vazquez isn't in Tuesday's lineup against the Rockies, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports.

Vazquez has registered three multi-hit performances over his last four contests, but he'll catch a breather in the series opener. Sandy Leon will start behind the dish and bat ninth.

Caratini (hand) went 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI in a rehab appearance with Triple-A Iowa on Monday.

Caratini has now made three appearances at Triple-A after concluding a five-game rehab stint with Low-A South Bend. It's unclear how many more games Caratini may need before rejoining the big league club, but it would appear he's getting close.

Rogers was promoted to Triple-A Toledo on Monday, Tom Reisenweber of the Erie Times-News reports.

Rogers was slashing .309/.439/.556 with five homers and 20 RBI in 26 contests prior to joining the Mud Hens. After hitting just .219 over 99 games with Double-A Erie a season ago, he appears to have found his stroke at the plate.

Collins (concussion) is expected to return in around five days, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Collins has been sidelined with a concussion for about a week now, but is expected to enter the return to play protocol Tuesday, which usually takes five or so days to complete. Prior to landing on the minor-league IL, Collins hit .256/.370/.581 with seven homers in 24 games for Triple-A Charlotte.

Zavala (wrist) is expected to rejoin Triple-A Charlotte on Tuesday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Zavala has been sidelined since April 24 with left wrist inflammation. Prior to landing on the shelf, the backstop was hitting .203/.230/.458 with three homers in 14 games for the Knights.

Perez will be on the bench Monday against the White Sox, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.

Perez has gotten the start behind the plate in 65 percent of the Indians' games this season. Kevin Plawecki gets the nod Monday.
