Chapman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a win over the Mariners on Saturday.

Chapman opened the scoring with a 403-foot shot to right center, his 12th of the season and second in the last five games. The slugging infielder has now reached safely in five of the last six contests as well, while his .518 slugging percentage checks in second only to Mark Canha's .603 figure on the Athletics.

Newman will start at shortstop and hit eighth Sunday against the Dodgers.

Newman will draw his fourth start in five games, with three coming at shortstop and one at third base. Since returning from the injured list earlier in May, Newman has sizzled at the plate to the tune of a .375/.444/.521 batting line. The Pirates could soon commit to Newman in a full-time role with youngster Cole Tucker slashing a brutal .096/.145/.154 so far this month.

Davis is out of the lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Tigers, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Davis started five of the last six contests in left field but will take a seat after going 4-for-21 in that span. Carlos Gomez starts in left field with Michael Conforto (concussion) returning from the injured list, while Todd Frazier grabs another start at third base.

Arenado went 3-for-4 with a three-run homer and five RBI in a 9-6 loss to the Orioles on Saturday.

Arenado accounted for almost all of the Rockies' offense, with his biggest highlight being a 394-foot homer in the third inning that briefly gave the hosts a 4-3 lead. Arenado is the fourth-fastest third baseman to hit 200 homers by games played, doing so in 925 games. For the season, the 28-year-old is hitting .333/.377/.632 with 14 homers, 42 RBI and 38 runs scored in 50 games.

Moustakas went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a 7-2 loss to the Phillies on Saturday.

The 30-year-old has continued to display a ton of power this season. He has seven extra-base hits -- including four home runs -- in his last 11 games. Moustakas has 13 doubles and 13 home runs, giving him a .549 slugging percentage despite just a .266 average. For more symmetry, Moustakas also has 32 RBI and 32 runs with three stolen bases in 184 at-bats this season.

Longoria is not starting Saturday against Arizona, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

After recording a .623 OPS in April, Longoria owns a .925 mark in May. Pablo Sandoval will start at the hot corner Saturday.

Anderson went 2-for-4 with a walk, a two-run homer and a second run scored in a loss to the Nationals on Friday.

His first-inning shot off Kyle McGowin kickstarted a 10-run outburst for the Miami offense -- unfortunately, the pitching staff coughed up 12. Anderson's now homered three times in the last four games after going more than a month without leaving the yard, but on the season the 26-year-old is still slashing just .235/.319/.363.

Rendon went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a home run, three runs scored and two RBI in Friday's win over the Marlins.

The third baseman was at the heart of the Nats' 12-run explosion on the night, swatting his 10th homer of the season off Pablo Lopez in the fourth inning. Rendon's now slashing a stellar .327/.431/.691 over the last 15 games, and he has four long balls, 11 RBI and 15 runs during that span.

Moncada went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Friday's 11-4 win over the Twins.

Moncada has slipped below .300 after a hot start to the season but is still hitting with regularity. He's had a hit in 36 of his 49 starts and has never gone more than two games without getting on base via hit. That consistency has led to 32 RBI, second on the White Sox behind only Jose Abreu.

Escobar went 2-for-6 with a three-run homer and another run scored in Friday's 18-2 rout over the Giants.

Escobar launched his 12th home run of the year with a shot off reliever Nick Vincent as the Diamondbacks scored 18 runs to set a new record at Oracle Park. The 30-year-old veteran continues to produce solid numbers for Arizona, slashing .281/.344/.556 with 37 RBI and 31 runs scored.
