Castro went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Brewers.

The infielder is 6-for-36 with one double and 2:15 BB:K since Aug. 3. Castro remains one of the team's decent long-term prospects, but there's a chance he could see time back in Indianapolis, considering he skipped Triple-A. The 22-year-old also made his third error Sunday on a play that led to Milwaukee's first run.

Houston general manager James Click said Sunday the team remains unsure when Bregman (quadriceps) will resume his rehab assignment at Triple-A Sugar Land, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Click echoed comments of manager Dusty Baker, who on Friday said he was unsure when the third baseman would resume playing in games. "We determined that the best course of action was to do a lot of work that didn't involve playing in games," Click said. "Right now we're making sure he's good to go at full speed with his legs fully underneath him. Once we feel like that's been accomplished we'll move onto hitting." Bregman worked out over the weekend and called Saturday's session his "best day yet," but the Astros remain cautious. Click suggested there's a mental component to the process, where Bregman needs to feel confident the muscles don't seize up on him.

Muncy went 2-for-4 with a pair of two-run home runs, a walk and an additional run scored in Sunday's 14-4 win over the Mets.

Muncy homered off Carlos Carrasco in the second inning and off Yennsy Diaz in the sixth inning. He is batting just .228 in the month of August, but he's scored 10 runs and notched seven RBI. On the season, he is slashing .272/.402/.550 with a team-leading 25 long balls, 69 RBI and 71 runs scored in 425 plate appearances.

Hayes went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Sunday's 2-1 loss to Milwaukee.

The third baseman got aboard with a single in the sixth inning and stole second, but Pittsburgh couldn't bring him home. Hayes went 4-for-11 with two RBI and two runs scored across the three-game series against Milwaukee. He's hit safely in eight of his last 10 games, bumping his slash line up to .255/.320/.387 with five home runs, 25 RBI, three stolen bases and 29 runs scored through 259 plate appearances.

Arenado went 2-for-5 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI in Sunday's 7-2 win over Kansas City.

Arenado was a nightmare for the Royals' pitching staff all weekend, going 5-for-12 with three homers and nine RBI in the three-game set. He knocked an RBI single in the first inning Sunday before launching a two-run shot in the second, his 25th of the year. The 30-year-old slugger improved his season slash line to .265/.324/.515 with 78 RBI through 481 plate appearances.

Urias (upper leg) went 0-for-3 with a walk and two strikeouts in Sunday's 6-2 loss to Boston.

Urias has been dealing with upper leg soreness for a week, as this was just his second start in the last eight games. The infielder played all of Sunday's contest at second base. If he can stay fully healthy, he'll be in a timeshare with Jorge Mateo, Richie Martin and Maikel Franco for playing time at the non-first-base infield positions.

LeMahieu went 1-for-5 with a base hit, a walk and a run scored Sunday in the Yankees' 5-3 win over the White Sox.

LeMahieu's base knock in the second inning extended his hitting streak to seven games, with the 33-year-old slashing .367/.457/.533 over that stretch. In what's largely been a disappointing season for LeMahieu, he's beginning to hit his stride at the dish while the Yankees have pushed themselves into the thick of the wild-card race. With Sunday's win, New York sits only 2.5 games behind Boston for the second wild-card spot.

Riley went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, two runs and a strikeout in Sunday's 6-5 win over Washington.

Riley went hitless in Saturday's victory, but he returned to form in Sunday's series finale with his fourth extra-base hit in the last five contests. During that five-game span, the 24-year-old has gone 7-for-21 with two homers, two doubles, five runs and four RBI.

Ramirez went 2-for-5 with a home run, a double and three RBI in Sunday's 11-0 win over Detroit.

The third baseman capped a six-run second inning for Cleveland with his blast, and he added an RBI double in the third. Sunday was Ramirez's fifth multi-hit game in August. He's up to 26 homers, 72 RBI, 75 runs scored and 14 stolen bases with an .874 OPS through 446 plate appearances.

Astudillo was removed from Sunday's game against the Rays after being hit by a pitch on the foot, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.

Astudillo went 0-for-2 before being hit by a pitch to lead off the sixth inning, and he was unable to remain in the contest to run the bases. The 29-year-old figures to undergo X-rays and should be considered day-to-day until the team updates his status.
