Senzel (knee) had his option reversed by the Reds on Thursday, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

Senzel was optioned to Triple-A Louisville on Sunday after he was reinstated from the 60-day injured list, but he was examined by several doctors this week who discovered fluid on his left knee. As a result, the 26-year-old will now revert to the big-league injured list, and he'll head to Arizona to continue his rehab process.

LeMahieu isn't starting Thursday's game against the Twins.

LeMahieu will get his first day off in nearly three weeks after he went 3-for-14 with two walks and two strikeouts across the last four games. Rougned Odor will shift to second base while Andrew Velazquez enters the lineup at shortstop.

Jung (COVID-19 protocols) was in uniform for Double-A Frisco in Wednesday's 8-0 win over Arkansas but didn't play, Chris Halicke of SI.com reports.

Though Jung has been out of action since Aug. 7, his presence in the dugout Wednesday suggests he's cleared all COVID-19 protocols and will merely need to regain conditioning before rejoining the lineup. Jung, who is hitting .307 with 10 home runs in 42 games for Frisco this season, should be ready to play by the end of the week.

Muncy went 2-for-3 with two home runs, five RBI, three total runs and a walk in Wednesday's 9-0 victory over Pittsburgh.

Muncy kicked off the Dodgers' power display with a two-run homer to left field in the first inning. He struck again in the fourth, blasting a three-run shot to right. The 30-year-old has been red hot at the plate over his past four games, collecting five home runs and 10 RBI along with three walks. He ranks second in the National League with 28 long balls on the campaign.

Riley went 3-for-5 with two runs and two RBI in Wednesday's 11-9 win over Miami.

Though he was overshadowed by teammate Freddie Freeman hitting for his second career cycle, Riley once again delighted fantasy managers with another excellent box-score line. Since the All-Star break, Riley has performed like one of the majors' top hitters, slashing .352/.413/.696 with 12 home runs, 33 RBI and 27 runs in 32 contests.

Rivera is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against Houston, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Rivera finds himself on the bench for the second game in a row after previously starting 12 times in 13 games. He hit just .244/.279/.268 over that run of playing time, so he hasn't exactly earned everyday at-bats. Hunter Dozier will again start at the hot corner, with Ryan O'Hearn in right field.

Ramirez went 2-for-6 with a home run, a double, two RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's 8-7 extra-innings loss to Minnesota.

The 28-year-old swatted a solo shot in the first inning and added an RBI double before scoring on a wild pitch to tie the game in the ninth. Ramirez has shown decent power and speed in August with five home runs, two triples, six doubles and three stolen bases in his last 17 contests. For the year, he's slashing .254/.338/.536 with 27 long balls, 75 RBI, 77 runs scored and 14 steals through 461 plate appearances.

Castro is on the bench for Wednesday's game against the Dodgers.

Castro has gone 1-for-10 with eight strikeouts in his last three games, and he's hit just .188 in 16 games since the beginning of August. Wilmer Difo is playing second base and batting sixth Wednesday.

Newman is not starting Wednesday's game against the Dodgers.

The 27-year-old went 0-for-4 on Tuesday and is now hitting .313 with six doubles and three RBI in his last 10 games. Hoy Park is playing shortstop and leading off Wednesday.

Sosa is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Brewers.

Sosa went 5-for-14 with two runs while starting each of the past four games for the Cardinals, but he appears set to move back into a full-time bench role after everyday shortstop Paul DeJong (back) was cleared to return from a three-game absence.
