Danny Valencia 3B | BAL
Orioles' Danny Valencia: Hits fourth home run
Valencia was 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday's 15-7 loss to the Royals.
The home run -- Valencia's fourth of the season -- was a solo shot in the eighth inning, which he followed up with a sacrifice fly in the ninth. The Orioles were down 10-0 before they even picked up the bat, but were able to rally for six runs over the final two innings, with Valencia being a driving factor.

Mike Moustakas 3B | CHW
Royals' Mike Moustakas: Drives home five
Moustakas went 3-for-6 with two home runs and five RBI in Tuesday's 15-7 win over Baltimore.
Moustakas -- and the Royals overall -- pounded the ball in the first inning, as he hit a 410-foot blast to right field and later in the inning had a two-run single. The 29-year-old also hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning, bringing his season total to 10 homers. Moustakas has eight RBI over the past two games and a .300/.333/.586 slash line in 140 at-bats for the year.

Eduardo Escobar 3B | TOR
Twins' Eduardo Escobar: Two more hits Tuesday
Escobar went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Cardinals.
Escobar continued his strong 2018 campaign with the 403-foot shot to left field in the seventh inning to drive in Max Kepler and put the game out of reach. The home run was the 29-year-old's seventh of the season, and he has a .313/.367/.626 slash line in 115 at-bats.

Jeimer Candelario 3B | LAA
Tigers' Jeimer Candelario: Goes deep Tuesday
Candelario went 2-for-4 with a walk and a solo home run in Tuesday's win over the Rangers.
The home run was Candelario's fifth of the season, and he's now batting a solid .287 with an .888 OPS. After a good showing in 38 games last season, the 24-year-old appears to be taking a positive step forward in 2018, and he's establishing himself as a fairly reliable fantasy option.

Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Ready to resume running
Moncada (hamstring) is scheduled to participate in running exercises Wednesday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
Moncada will increase his level of activity soon, as he's been able to participate in hitting drills without experiencing any discomfort. Moncada is hopeful that he'll be able to come off the disabled list at some point next week, but the White Sox may opt to be cautious with the 22-year-old. Until Moncada returns, expect Yolmer Sanchez and Leury Garcia to share time at second base.

Jace Peterson SS | ARI
Orioles' Jace Peterson: Loses hold of starting role
Peterson is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Royals and is expected to lose out on a full-time role at second base following the activation of Jonathan Schoop (oblique) from the 10-day disabled list.
Peterson had started in nine of the Orioles' past 10 games, with eight of those assignments coming at second base. Though Schoop's return will close off his path to regular playing time at the keystone, Peterson could soon factor more prominently into the mix in right field with the primary starter at that position, Anthony Santander, hitting just .202/.245/.315 on the season and likely in need of some more development time in the minors. Once May 12 arrives, Santander, a 2016 Rule 5 draft pick, will have accrued 90 days of big-league service time, which would make him eligible to be optioned to the minors. Even if Santander is sent to Triple-A Norfolk or Double-A Bowie at that time, Peterson likely wouldn't make for an overly appealing fantasy option due to the lack of power and poor on-base skills he has exhibited through parts of five seasons in the big leagues.

Jean Segura 3B | CLE
Mariners' Jean Segura: Starting at shortstop Tuesday
Segura (head) is starting at shortstop and hitting second Tuesday against the Blue Jays, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Segura won't be forced to miss any further action after exiting Sunday's game early with a headache. The 28-year-old will look to continue his solid start to the season, as he's hitting .290/.315/.420 with a pair of homers and five swiped bags in 33 games. He'll matchup against Marcus Stroman in this one.

Drew Robinson 3B | TEX
Rangers' Drew Robinson: Heads to DL
Robinson (hip) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday, T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com reports.
Robinson will head to the disabled list after being scratched from Monday's game against the Tigers. He appeared to suffer the injury during Monday's pregame warmups, and the injury ended up being more serious than originally thought. Robinson will be replaced by Eliezer Alvarez and is eligible to return from the DL on May 15.

Drew Robinson 3B | TEX
Rangers' Drew Robinson: Scratched with hip soreness
Robinson was scratched from Monday's lineup against the Tigers with left hip soreness.
Robinson apparently picked up the injury during Monday's pregame exercises. The severity of the issue remains unclear, but Renato Nunez will enter the lineup in Robinson's place, starting at third base and batting ninth.

Jeimer Candelario 3B | LAA
Tigers' Jeimer Candelario: Returns to lineup Monday
Candelario (thumb) is hitting second and playing third base Monday against the Rangers.
Candelario was out of Sunday's lineup due to a jammed thumb, though it appears that reports stating it was a minor injury were correct. He'll resume his normal spot in the order, looking to build off the four homers and 14 RBI he has this season.
