Kemp is not starting Sunday's series finale against the Rangers.

Hitless in five straight games and seven of the last eight, Kemp takes a seat with lefty Kolby Allard on the mound for Texas. He has hit just .220 in 50 at-bats against left-handed pitching in 2021. Jacob Wilson will play left field and bat eighth Sunday.

Lux went 1-for-4 with a triple, three RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 22-1 win over the Diamondbacks.

Lux was held out of the lineup Saturday, but thanks to the Dodgers racing out to an early 9-0 lead, multiple starters were pulled from the contest early. That allowed Lux to receive a relative normal load of at-bats in a bench role, and he was able to match his RBI total from his prior 18 games combined when he tripled with the bases loaded in the eighth inning. The 23-year-old infielder is now slashing .233/.316/.361 across 301 plate appearances on the season.

Rodgers was scratched from Saturday's starting lineup against the Padres due to illness, Danielle Allentuck of The Denver Gazette reports.

Trevor Story was also a late removal from the lineup due to soreness from a HBP on Friday. Garrett Hampson and Chris Owings will start at second base and shortstop, respectively. Rodgers can be considered questionable for Sunday's series finale.

Estrada went 4-for-5 with three RBI and a run scored Saturday against Washington.

Estrada continued to produce offensively for the Giants, putting together the first four-hit game of his major-league career while driving in a trio of runs. The 25-year-old owns a .360/.429/.520 slashing line in his 28 plate appearances this season, providing a boost to a San Francisco squad that currently has multiple infielders on the injured list.

Frazier is not in the starting lineup for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Mets, Jake Crouse of MLB.com reports.

Frazier went 1-for-4 with a run scored in Game 1. He'll rest for at least the beginning portion of Game 2 as Rodolfo Castro mans the keystone.

Lux is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against Arizona, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

Lux sits against southpaw Caleb Smith, meaning he's now been on the bench against four of the last five lefties the Dodgers have faced. Chris Taylor starts at shortstop in his absence.

Semien went 1-for-3 with a walk and a two-run homer in Saturday's loss to the Rays.

Semien gave his team a 2-1 lead with a two-run shot off Ryan Yarbrough in the top of the third, but that proved to be all the runs Toronto could muster in its 5-2 loss. Semien has how homered 22 times this season, giving him a shot to pass his career high of 33 that he set back in 2019.

Lowe went 2-for-3 with a walk, a pair of homers and three RBI in Saturday's win over the Blue Jays.

Lowe opened the scoring with a solo shot off Ross Stripling in the bottom of the first inning, his 19th homer of the season. He beat Stripling again for a two-run shot in the third and now has 20 on the year. That power has kept him as an above-average hitter despite the fact that he's hitting just .208 on the season while striking out 32.3 percent of the time.

Bannon (oblique) returned from the 7-day injured list Wednesday and has gone 1-for-7 with a double, two walks, three runs and a stolen base in his two games since returning to the Triple-A Norfolk lineup.

Before being reinstated from the IL, Bannon made his return from a month-long absence at High-A Aberdeen, with whom he made six rehab appearances. The 25-year-old infielder is slashing .172/.242/.310 with two home runs and three steals across 95 plate appearances with the Orioles' top minor-league affiliate this season.

McNeil is not in the lineup for Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Pirates, Deesha Thosar of the New York Daily News reports.

The infielder tallied a single and a run in four at-bats Friday, lowering his average to .304 in 23 July at-bats. McNeil has failed to recorded an extra-base hit this month, though, and he has driven home just a pair of runs. He'll likely return to the lineup for the nightcap after Jose Peraza plays second base in Game 1.
