Espinal is not in the lineup for Tuesday's matchup in Baltimore.

Espinal has now been absent for three of Toronto's last four games, including a couple games due to a hand injury, the result of a hit-by-pitch. He has just a .494 OPS over the last two weeks. Whit Merrifield will take over at second base and bat ninth while Espinal sits.

Lopez is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Guardians.

Lopez is hitting .290 with a double, a triple and a stolen base in 31 at-bats over his last 10 games. He has started seven of the last 10 games.

Stott is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Marlins, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Stott will head to the bench with lefty Jesus Luzardo on the hill. Edmundo Sosa is starting at shortstop and hitting ninth.

India (knee) is starting at second base and leading off Tuesday against the Cubs.

He exited the second game of Sunday's doubleheader and the Reds had an off day Monday, but the knee issue was apparently very minor. India is hitting .265/.335/.412 with nine home runs and two steals in 76 games.

Rojas went 1-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Monday's 5-0 win over the Padres.

Rojas swiped second base in the eighth inning and was one of two runners to come around on Christian Walker's two-out single. It was Rojas' 19th steal (caught three times), a career high at the MLB level. He has a history of activity on the basepaths in the minors, which didn't initially show in the majors, but Rojas has been more adventurous in 2022.

Villar went 2-for-2 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Monday's 7-4 win over the Dodgers.

Villar drew the start at first base in this contest, his third start in the last four games since he was recalled from Triple-A Sacramento. He had gone 0-for-7 since the call-up before delivering a third-inning single and a two-run blast in the fourth. The 25-year-old infielder's had some trouble translating his success from the minors to the majors, as he's slashing just .181/.326/.319 with two homers, nine RBI, 10 runs scored, two doubles and a triple through 89 big-league plate appearances.

Andrus went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double in a 3-2 win over Seattle on Monday.

Andrus was slotted in the leadoff slot for the sixth straight contest and served as a catalyst for the offense, producing two of Chicago's three extra-base hits. His two-run homer off Marco Gonzales in the third inning proved to be the winning hit in the low-scoring affair. Andrus has hit safely in nine straight games, batting .405 (15-for-37) with three homers and nine RBI over that stretch.

Estrada went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and a stolen base in Monday's 7-4 win over the Dodgers.

Estrada extended his hitting streak to nine games with a fourth-inning solo shot. During that span, he's gone 11-for-30 (.367) with a homer, a double, four RBI and four runs scored. While the lack of counting stats is a downside, Estrada continues to serve as the Giants' primary second baseman and occasional shortstop and left fielder. He's slashing .264/.322/.410 with 12 homers, 17 steals, 53 RBI and 59 runs scored through 115 contests.

Rengifo went 4-for-5 with a triple, one RBI and two runs scored in Monday's 10-0 win over the Tigers.

Rengifo delivered an RBI single in the first inning to open the scoring. Over his last 25 games, the infielder has hit .276 (29-for-105) with six home runs, a triple, four doubles, 17 RBI and 12 runs scored. He's cemented himself in the heart of the Angels' order, often hitting fourth behind Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani, which typically is a fruitful position. Rengifo is slashing .273/.304/.433 with 11 homers, 40 RBI, 35 runs scored, five stolen bases, four triples and 19 doubles through 100 contests.

Massey went 0-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Monday's 6-5 extra-inning loss to the Guardians.

Massey has started to cool off at the plate, going 0-for-6 in his last two contests after a four-game hitting streak. He was still able to log his third walk in four games Monday before stealing second and scoring on a Drew Waters home run in the fifth inning. Massey is up to three steals to go with one homer, nine RBI, nine runs scored, six doubles and a triple while maintaining a .265/.354/.378 slash line through 114 plate appearances.
