O'Hearn will not start Wednesday's game against the Tigers.

O'Hearn missed the Royals' first series of the season as his preseason preparation was delayed by a positive COVID-19 test, but he was in the lineup for the first two games of this week, going 2-for-7 with a pair of RBI. He'll get the day off Wednesday, with Ryan McBroom starting at first base.

The Phillies added Listi to their 60-man roster pool Wednesday, Meghan Montemurro of The Athletic reports.

A 26-year-old who has yet to reach the majors and is limited defensively to both corner-infield spots and left field, Listi isn't regarded as a significant prospect in the Philadelphia system. That said, he managed to turn in some serviceable power numbers between stops at Double-A Reading and Triple-A Lehigh Valley in 2019, slashing a collective .252/.344/.434 with 19 home runs in 545 plate appearances. Listi will report to the Phillies' alternate training site in Lehigh Valley and could get a callup to the big club if it's without Rhys Hoskins and/or Jay Bruce for any period of time during the 60-game season.

Olson went 2-for-3 with a walk and a run in a loss to the Rockies on Tuesday.

Olson provided the struggling Athletics offense with one of only two multi-hit efforts on the night. The slugging first baseman snapped a three-game hitless streak with Tuesday's effort, with his brief skid coming after he slugged a game-winning grand slam in extra innings Opening Night against the Angels.

Guerrero went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Tuesday's win over the Nationals.

The blast to left-center field was Guerrero's first homer since last August, but it very nearly wasn't -- Victor Robles got his glove on it at the top of the wall but then collided with Emilio Bonifacio, and lost both ball and glove over the fence. Guerrero has gone 5-for-21 (.238) through five games to begin the season, but Tuesday's good fortune might have been just what the 21-year-old needed to get into a groove.

Freeman got the start at designated hitter during Tuesday's loss to the Rays and went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts.

He wound up leaving seven men on base, and Freeman's inability to cash them in was huge in a 5-2 loss. The 30-year-old was one of the most high-profile COVID-19 cases in MLB during the ramp-up to the season, and while it was great to see him recover quickly enough to be in the Opening Day lineup, the time lost is clearly affecting him. Freeman has gone just 2-for-14 through Atlanta's first five games with a single RBI.

Walker started at first base and went 1-for-4 with two runs scored in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Rangers.

This was Walker's first start in the field after dealing with a groin injury late in camp, which limited him to DH-duty only early in the season. His return to first base relegated Jake Lamb to designated hitter. Walker is 4-for-15 with two doubles, two RBI and two runs scored over four games.

Santana went 4-for-6 with two walks, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Tuesday's doubleheader against the White Sox.

Santana reached reached base in all four of his plate appearances in the opening contest of the doubleheader. He followed that up by clubbing a two-run home run in the second game. It was Santana's first long ball of the season, though he has reached base safely in all five games to this point.

Abreu went 4-for-9 with two doubles, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored during Tuesday's doubleheader at Cleveland.

Abreu went 1-for-5 in the opening contest, with a double being his only notable contribution. However, he bounced back to record a solo home run -- which came against Adam Plutko -- and another double in the second game. While it was his first long ball of the season, Abreu has managed to record at least one hit in four of the team's first five games this season.

Hiura went 1-for-2 with a home run, three RBI and a run scored Tuesday against the Pirates.

Hiura took Derek Holland yard in the sixth inning, homering to one of the deepest parts of PNC Park. It was his first first long ball of the season, though he has now collected at least one hit in three of his last four games.

Rizzo went 1-for-2 with a walk, a solo home run and three runs scored in Monday's 8-7 win over the Reds.

The veteran slugger has kicked 2020 off with a bang, going yard in three of the first four games. It's slightly disappointing that all three homers have come with the bases empty, but Rizzo made up for that Monday by coming around to score two additional times. As long as his back holds up, he should be able to continue staking an early claim to the NL home run crown during the shortened season.
