The Twins are expected to add Kirilloff to their postseason roster Tuesday ahead of Game 1 of the team's wild-card series with the Astros, Jonathan Mayo of MLB.com reports.

With the statuses of third baseman Josh Donaldson (calf) and outfielder Byron Buxton (concussion) uncertain for the three-game series, the Twins will promote one of their top hitting prospects to help fill the void. If Donaldson can't start Tuesday, Marwin Gonzalez would likely fill in for him at the hot corner, leaving a spot open for Kirilloff in the outfield in the event Buxton is also sidelined. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 minor-league season, Kirilloff's only competitive at-bats have come in simulated games at the Twins' alternate training site, but the 22-year-old is regarded as an advanced hitter from the left side. He spent the 2019 campaign at Double-A Pensacola, slashing .283/.343/.413 while striking out at a respectable 18.5 percent rate.

Calhoun went 2-for-5 with an RBI single and a two-run home run in Sunday's 11-3 win over the Rockies.

Calhoun opened the scoring with a run-scoring single in the first and later took Kyle Freeland deep for a two-run shot to extend the Diamondbacks' lead to 4-0 in the fourth. The outfielder concludes the campaign with 16 homers and 40 RBI to go along with a slash line of .226/.338/.526.

Alonso went 3-for-5 with two homers, a double and three RBI in Sunday's 15-5 loss to Washington.

Alonso got the scoring starting with a two-run blast in the first inning before knocking a solo shot in the seventh when the game was already far out of reach. While he finished the season with a .231/.326/.490 slash line, the 25-year-old slugger was just starting to heat up; he ended the season on a six-game hitting streak with 10 hits and four homers during that span. Alonso finished the 2020 campaign with 16 long balls and 35 RBI.

Santana went 3-for-3 with a homer, four RBI, three runs scored and a walk in Sunday's 8-6 win over the Pirates.

Santana got Cleveland on the board with a two-run homer in the third inning. He scored again on a Franmil Reyes blast in the sixth. Santana then added a two-RBI double in the seventh before scoring a third time on Reyes' sacrifice fly. The strong finale left Santana with a .199/.349/.350 slash line, eight homers, 30 RBI and 34 runs scored in 60 games this season.

Goldschmidt went 3-for-4 with an RBI single and a run scored in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Brewers.

Goldschmidt knocked in Kolten Wong with a third-inning single before scoring on a Paul DeJong single. The 33-year-old Goldschmidt wraps up 2020 with a stellar .304/.417/.466 slash line, six homers, 31 runs scored, 21 RBI and a stolen base in 58 contests.

Tellez (knee) ran the bases during a workout Saturday and took live batting practice Sunday, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Tellez still appears unlikely to be ready to go for the Blue Jays' wild-card series next week, but based on his activity this weekend, he looks like he may be an option for the divisional-round series, should Toronto qualify. The 25-year-old concluded the regular season with a .283 average to go with eight home runs and 23 RBI over 35 games before he was shut down earlier this month with a right knee strain.

Cooper is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Cooper had started each of the Marlins' previous 24 games, slashing .289/.379/.482 with four home runs, 12 RBI and 17 runs during that stretch. With Miami having already clinched its spot in the postseason, Cooper will receive a well-deserved breather in the regular-season finale.

Voit went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run in Saturday's win over the Marlins.

Voit got ahold of a Nick Vincent cutter in the sixth inning, driving it over the right-field wall for a three-run blast. The homer extended Voit's major-league home run lead heading into the final day of the regular season. His 22 long balls are three more than the 19 hit by Jose Abreu, who ranks second in the category.

Smith is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

Though Smith will finish the season with back-to-back benchings, the 2020 campaign was an unequivocal success for the 25-year-old. Unless he enters the contest as a pinch hitter, Smith will wrap up the season with a .316/.377/.616 slash line to go with 10 home runs and 42 RBI over 199 plate appearances.

Rizzo is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.

The Cubs have nothing really to play for in the regular-season finale with their playoff seeding set, so they will give Rizzo, Javier Baez, Ian Happ and others the day off. Jason Kipnis will serve as the first baseman against righty Reynaldo Lopez.
