Tellez (hamstring) is starting at first base and batting fifth Friday against the Rays.

The 26-year-old suffered a hamstring strain Sunday and will rejoin the starting nine for Friday's series opener. Tellez is 5-for-25 in nine games since rejoining the big-league club May 7.

Abreu (ankle) will start at first base and bat cleanup Friday against the Yankees.

The 34-year-old missed the three-game set versus Minnesota this week while battling ankle inflammation, but he'll rejoin the lineup as expected in New York. Abreu has a .395/.457/.763 slash line with three homers, three doubles, 14 RBI and 10 runs over his past 11 games and will attempt to pick up where he left off.

Alonso landed on the 10-day injured list with a sprained right hand Friday.

Alonso had been out with what was called a sore left wrist, but it's a separate issue which will send him to the injured list. The move was backdated to Wednesday, meaning he'll be eligible to return a week from Saturday, though it's not yet clear if he'll be able to do so. Brandon Drury was called up in a corresponding move and will get the nod at first base Friday against the Marlins.

Kirilloff (wrist) was activated from the 10-day injured list Friday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

The 23-year-old began a rehab assignment with Triple-A St. Paul on Wednesday and will rejoin the Twins after going 2-for-6 with two homers over two games in the minors. Kirilloff had an everyday role prior to the injury between first base and left field, and he'll likely end up splitting reps with Miguel Sano at first and Luis Arraez in left since all three players are now healthy.

Dalbec went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and an additional run scored in Thursday's 8-7 win over the Blue Jays.

Dalbec hit a three-run home run off Steven Matz with two outs in the second inning. The 26-year-old has shown more promise as of late, with four home runs and eight extra-base hits coming in the last two weeks. However, he has struggled to reach base consistently, slashing .218/.271/.419 in 133 plate appearances. His 33.1 percent strikeout rate needs to come down if he's going to increase his on-base percentage.

Cooper went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and two total runs scored in Thursday's 6-0 win over Philadelphia.

The 30-year-old went yard with a two-run home run in the fourth inning and added an RBI triple in the sixth. Cooper also reached on an error in the seventh that led to Miami's sixth and final run of the game. He's hit safely in his last five games, going 7-for-20 (.350) in that span. The first baseman/outfielder has three homers, 15 RBI, 13 runs scored and a .220/.289/.350 slash line across 135 plate appearances.

Bell went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Thursday's loss to the Cubs.

Bell got the scoring started with a first-inning long ball against Trevor Williams. It was the fifth of the year for the 28-year-old, who has been fighting for playing time while batting just .176/.244/.361 across 30 games.

Beaty isn't starting Thursday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Beaty had started each of the last two games and went 0-for-7 with three strikeouts during that time. Yoshi Tsutsugo will start in left field and bat seventh.

Cronenworth went 1-for-4 with an inside-the-park home run in Wednesday's win over Colorado.

The second baseman smashed a ball 342 feet that just missed going over the right-field wall. The ensuing carom bounced far enough out of Charlie Blackmon's reach to allow Cronenworth to easily round the bases. The home run was his fourth of the season, and Cronenworth has his slash line up to .305/.378/.451 overall.

Rizzo (back) is starting Thursday's game against the Nationals.

Rizzo was held out of Wednesday's game after he left Tuesday's contest due to lower-back tightness. However, he'll start at first base and bat second in Thursday's series finale against Washington.
