  • Caden Prieskorn: Cut from Bucs' practice squad

The Buccaneers cut Prieskorn from the practice squad Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Prieskorn was waived by Denver on Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official website reports.

Prieskorn signed a contract with the Broncos this offseason as an undrafted free agent rookie, however, he fell short of making the 53-man roster for the 2025 campaign. • Caden Prieskorn: Let go by Detroit

Prieskorn was waived by the Lions on Monday.

The tight end initially signed with the Lions as an undrafted free agent after the draft, but he was cut to make room for Luke Deal after the team's rookie minicamp over the weekend, per Jeff Risdon of USA Today. Prieskorn caught 57 passes for 850 yards and seven touchdowns in 23 games at Ole Miss, but he projects more as a run blocker in the pros due to his physicality and lack of speed.

  • Caden Prieskorn: Lined up to sign with Detroit

Prieskorn is slated to sign with the Lions as an undrafted free agent, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports.

Prieskorn didn't hear his name called during the 2025 NFL Draft but does have a path toward a roster spot in Detroit should he end up signing there. He was a flex tight end during his two years as a starter at Ole Miss, accumulating 57 catches for 850 yards and seven touchdowns in 23 games. Prieskorn lacks the speed to separate from defenders in the passing game, but he makes up for it with his physicality, run-blocking ability and hand-eye coordination.
