Blackhawks' Nick Lardis: Scores lone goal in loss
Lardis scored a goal on two shots in Friday's 6-1 loss to the Rangers.
Lardis has three goals and two assists over his last four outings. The 20-year-old winger is getting a sustained look on the second line, though he was at just 10:57 of ice time in this contest, his lowest mark in five games. He's up to eight goals, five assists, 40 shots on net, 44 hits and a minus-10 rating over 32 appearances this season. Lardis has some scoring upside if he can stay in the upper half of the lineup, but there's a fair amount of risk involved for fantasy managers that might want to deploy him to boost their teams.

Blackhawks' Nick Lardis: Three-point effort in win
Lardis scored a goal and added two assists in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.
The 20-year-old rookie produced the first multi-point performance of his NHL career in his 30th game, opening the scoring for Chicago midway through the first period before having a hand in tallies by Tyler Bertuzzi and Frank Nazar. Lardis, a third-round pick in the 2023 Draft, doesn't have the pure upside of the likes of Connor Bedard or Anton Frondell, but after racking up 18 goals and 32 points in 35 games for AHL Rockford this season, he'll get a long look in a middle-six role over the final weeks of 2025-26.

Blackhawks' Nick Lardis: Lights lamp Sunday
Lardis scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Predators.
This was Lardis' first goal and second point over eight games during his current stint in the NHL. The 20-year-old had been confined to the bottom six for much of that time, but he got a look on the second line Sunday. Lardis' time in the top six could be short, as Anton Frondell is expected to the join the Blackhawks soon, and Sacha Boisvert (not injury related) is also ready to debut once his visa paperwork is completed. Lardis has long-term fantasy potential, but he'll need to differentiate himself as the Blackhawks look poised to let the youth take over for the rest of this campaign.

Blackhawks' Nick Lardis: Set to join Blackhawks
Lardis will be recalled from AHL Rockford, Mark Lazerus of The Athletic reports Saturday.
With head coach Jeff Blashill confirming that Drew Commesso and Nick Lardis will join the Blackhawks in Dallas on Sunday, an official call-up from the AHL is imminent for the latter. Lardis has thrived with Rockford this season, where he has 18 goals, 14 assists and 100 shots on net across 35 games. While he has just seven points across 21 games with Chicago this season, he'll have another chance to carve out a role in the majors following the trade deadline.

Blackhawks' Nick Lardis: Gets first NHL goal
Lardis scored a goal in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Senators.
Lardis potted his first NHL tally at 7:17 of the third period to bring the Blackhawks back within a goal. He's playing limited minutes in a bottom-six role, including just 8:17 in Saturday's contest despite Frank Nazar (upper body) leaving the game early. Lardis is at least getting power-play time, but the 20-year-old winger will have a tough time making a big impact without a larger overall role.
