Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Scores vs. Pittsburgh
Kaprizov scored a goal in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Penguins.
Kaprizov opened the scoring for the Wild at the 10:16 mark of the first period with a tip-in, but that would be all the offense Minnesota would account for in the game. Kaprizov has been producing at an elite level after signing a mega extension in late September and is up to seven goals and 16 points through 12 games. He's also riding a four-game point streak with two goals and four helpers in that span.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Stays hot Tuesday
Kaprizov scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to Winnipeg.
In one of the less flashy goals of his career, Kaprizov managed to jam the puck past Connor Hellebuyck amid a chaotic scramble in front of the Winnipeg net. The newly extended superstar continues to justify Minnesota's hefty investment, tallying six goals and nine assists through 11 games. He's been especially lethal at the Grand Casino Arena, piling up four goals and five assists in just five home appearances.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Three assists in OT loss
Kaprizov had three assists, including one on the power play, in Sunday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Sharks.
Kaprizov has gone three straight games without finding the back of the net, but with at least three shots in each of his last two contests, the star winger remains a focal point on offense for Minnesota. He also has four assists in his last two outings and 14 points overall through 10 games (five goals, nine helpers), so fantasy managers shouldn't worry too much about his sudden lack of goals.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Pots empty-netter
Kaprizov scored an empty-net goal on six shots and went plus-2 in Monday's 3-1 win over the Rangers.
Kaprizov had been held off the scoresheet in the previous two games before snapping the mini-slump with an empty-netter. The Wild's power play has started to cool off, so it will be on Kaprizov and Co. to find another gear at even strength after scoring a total of five goals across their last three games. The 28-year-old is at five goals, 10 points, 28 shots on net and a minus-4 rating over seven appearances and should continue to be one of the NHL's top scorers in 2025-26.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Two more power-play points
Kaprizov scored a power-play goal on six shots and added an assist, also on the power play, in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Stars.
The Wild have had mixed results overall, but the power play is an early bright spot, and Kaprizov is playing a massive part there. He has scored all four of his goals with the man advantage, and three of his five assists have also come with the Wild on the power play. The 28-year-old has added 19 shots on net, a minus-3 rating, two hits and two blocked shots while filling his usual top-line role. The even-strength production will come in due time, but Kaprizov has wasted little time reminding the NHL that he has 100-point potential when everything clicks.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Tallies PP goal once again
Kaprizov scored a power-play goal in Monday's 4-3 shootout win over the Kings.
Kaprizov has scored three goals this season, and all of them have come on the power play. The star winger, who signed an eight-year, $136 million contract extension with the Wild just before the start of the season, is living up to that massive deal early on thanks to seven points (three goals, four assists) in his first three outings of the 2025-26 campaign.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Nets two power-play goals
Kaprizov recorded two power-play goals in Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Blue Jackets. He also added a power-play assist.
Kaprizov was unstoppable with the man advantage and factored in on three of Minnesota's four goals. He opened the season with a trio of assists in a 5-0 win over the Blues, giving him six points in just two games. It's still too early in the season to draw any meaningful conclusions, but Kaprizov seems to be picking up right where he left off after a 2024-25 campaign in which he posted 56 points in 41 regular-season contests.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Three helpers in win
Kaprizov recorded three assists, including one on the power play, in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Blues.
Kaprizov signed an eight-year, $136 million contract extension with the Wild just before the start of the season, and he certainly lived up to that hefty price tag in this campaign opener despite not finding the back of the net. Kaprizov recorded 56 points in 41 regular-season outings in 2024-25 after missing time with several injuries, including a lower-body problem that sidelined him for 28 games between Jan. 29 and April 6. The star winger should provide elite fantasy value in 2025-26 as long as he stays healthy.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Suiting up Tuesday
Kaprizov (eye) will draw into Tuesday's exhibition game versus the Jets, per Michael Russo of The Athletic.
Kaprizov was dealing with an eye infection that kept him out of practice over the weekend. The star winger will now turn his attention to getting ready for the 2025-26 campaign after landing an eight-year, $136 million contract extension with the Wild on Tuesday. Kaprizov has a lot to live up to after securing the league's biggest contract, but he should provide elite fantasy value on Minnesota's top line and No. 1 power-play unit in 2025-26.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Lands massive contract extension
Kaprizov (eye) agreed to terms on an eight-year, $136 million contract extension with Minnesota on Tuesday.
Kaprizov's new deal works out to a $17 million AAV, which comes in well above the league's current highest earner, Leon Draisaitl ($14 million). The 28-year-old Kaprizov is coming off a disappointing 2024-25 regular season in which he was limited to just 41 games due to injury. Despite the missed time, Kaprizov still managed to rack up 25 goals and 31 assists, including 14 power-play points, and should be capable of challenging for the 100-point mark this year.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Scores pair of power-play goals
Kaprizov scored two power-play goals on six shots and added two PIM in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Golden Knights in Game 3.
Kaprizov has opened the postseason with three straight multi-point efforts, racking up four goals and three assists in that span. Thursday's pair of goals accounted for his first power-play production in these playoffs. The 27-year-old also has 11 shots on net, eight blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in the postseason. Kaprizov is the heartbeat of the Wild's offense, so he should continue to set the tone with his scoring.

Kaprizov scored the Wild's fourth and fifth goals of the contest, with the latter being an empty-netter. There's been no concern over Minnesota's top line early in the playoffs -- Kaprizov has earned five points, five shots on net, seven blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over the first two games of the postseason. He'll look to keep things rolling on home ice in Thursday's Game 3.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Dishes pair of helpers
Kaprizov notched two assists and three blocked shots in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights in Game 1.
Kaprizov has two goals and four assists over five contests since returning from a lower-body injury. He's been a boost to the Wild's offense, but the rest of the team will also need to play well against a fully healthy Golden Knights squad. Kaprizov had 56 points despite being limited to 41 regular-season contests, so he should be productive as long as Minnesota's playoff run lasts.
