  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Lands on injured reserve

Holloway is dealing with a right ankle injury and has been placed on injured reserve Monday.

Holloway will be re-evaluated in six weeks, so there is no guarantee he will be ready to return right away from his ankle problem. In his 33 appearances this year, the 24-year-old forward managed just 17 points and was almost certainly not going to repeat his 63-point campaign from 2024-25. With Holloway on the shelf, new signing Robby Fabbri looks poised to step into a top-six role.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Set to miss approximately six weeks

The Blues announced Monday that Holloway (lower body) will miss approximately six weeks, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Holloway suffered an injury during Sunday's practice session, and the issue will force him to miss multiple weeks. The 24-year-old will presumably be sidelined until at least late January, but if he faces any setbacks in his recovery process, he could be held out through the Olympic break. Prior to sustaining his injury, Holloway had recorded eight goals, nine assists, 91 hits, 26 blocked shots and 11 PIM while averaging 17:52 of ice time over 33 appearances this year.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Hurt during practice

Holloway (lower body) sustained an injury during Sunday's practice, and it's unclear if he will play against Nashville on Monday, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Holloway still has to undergo an evaluation after being helped off the ice Sunday. He has produced eight goals, 17 points, 76 shots on net, 26 blocked shots and 91 hits across 33 appearances this season. Alexei Toropchenko (leg) expects to play versus the Predators on Monday and could replace Holloway in the lineup.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Racks up three points in win

Holloway scored a goal on four shots, dished two assists, added three hits and blocked three shots in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Canadiens.

Holloway earned his first multi-point effort of the season in a big way. He had a point in each period, and his first-period helper on a Brayden Schenn goal came on the power play. Over the last nine games, Holloway has three goals and five assists, so he appears to be getting back on track. For the season, the 24-year-old forward is up to eight goals, 17 points (three on the power play), 67 shots, 77 hits, 22 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating through 30 appearances.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Nets lone goal in win

Holloway scored a goal on three shots and added two hits in Saturday's 1-0 win over the Mammoth.

Holloway converted on a feed from Philip Broberg at 18:10 of the second period for the game's only goal. With two goals and two assists over his last five outings, Holloway appears to be heating up, though he's had a handful of similar stretches this season that fizzled out. The 24-year-old is at seven goals, six helpers, 58 shots on net, 68 hits, 17 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating through 26 appearances. A 40-point pace isn't terrible given his physical play, but it's disappointing in comparison to his 26-goal, 63-point effort in 77 regular-season contests last year.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Finds twine in loss

Holloway scored a goal and dished out two hits in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Rangers.

Holloway netted the lone goal of the opening period, which was his first marker since Nov. 14. With the twine finder, the 24-year-old forward has six goals, 11 points and 47 shots on net through 23 games this season. St. Louis' breakout star from a season ago has experienced tough sledding this year and hasn't been able to maintain steady offensive production. While he's currently in a third-line role, head coach Jim Montgomery hasn't been afraid of changing line combinations this season, meaning Holloway's time on ice could continue to fluctuate in the interim. However, he recorded over 20 minutes of ice time Monday, which is a solid sign for the young winger attempting to turn his season around. He has points in back-to-back games and has solid streaming value in fantasy if this trend continues.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Goal streak up to three games

Holloway scored a goal on two shots in Friday's 6-5 shootout loss to the Flyers.

Holloway scored for his third straight game. The 24-year-old has had a bumpy start to 2025-26, but this recent stretch suggests he's finding his way again. Overall, Holloway has produced five goals, four assists, 41 shots on net, 48 hits, 14 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating through 18 appearances.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Buries power-play goal

Holloway scored a power-play goal in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Flames.

Holloway found the back of the net at 10:59 of the first period with a tip-in, and this power-play goal broke the deadlock for the Blues. Holloway has four goals this season, but after finding the back of the net in consecutive outings, this might be the boost the 24-year-old forward has been looking for following a slow start to the 2025-26 campaign. Holloway is up to four goals and four assists in 17 appearances.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Capitalizes on turnover

Holloway scored a goal on two shots, added two hits and blocked four shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Kraken.

Holloway had gone three games without a point before scoring at 5:30 of the first period off a Seattle turnover. The 24-year-old hasn't been able to match his breakout pace from his 26-goal, 63-point effort in 77 regular-season outings last year. He's at three goals, seven points, 35 shots on net, 44 hits, 14 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating over 16 appearances this year. His struggles line up with the rest of the Blues, and he adds enough non-scoring production to remain helpful to fantasy managers.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Opens scoring Thursday

Holloway scored a goal on three shots and added three hits in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Canucks.

Holloway opened the scoring at 3:23 of the first period. The 24-year-old started slow in 2025-26, but he's earned a point in four of the last five games to pick up the pace on offense. While he's been listed on the third line recently, he's still seeing plenty of ice time amid the Blues' ongoing line shuffles. Holloway has two goals, three helpers, 22 shots on net, 34 hits and a minus-6 rating over 11 appearances, so he still offers appeal as a power forward even if he can't match his 63-point output from the 2024-25 regular season.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Lights lamp in loss

Holloway scored a goal and added four hits in Wednesday's 8-3 loss to the Blackhawks.

Holloway has started slowly this season -- his goal Wednesday was his first point in four games. He's added 10 shots on net, 16 hits and a minus-3 rating for some non-scoring production to help fantasy managers. The 24-year-old had to recover from offseason oblique surgery, which may explain some of his sluggish start. He remains in a top-six role and should see his production improve over time after he broke out to the tune of 26 goals and 63 points in 77 regular-season outings last year.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Ready to rock

Holloway (oblique) is back to full health and will be good to go for the beginning of training camp, per Andy Strickland of FanDuel Sports Network on Tuesday.

Holloway missed the final five games of the regular season and all seven of St. Louis' playoff outings after he tore his oblique off the hip bone. Before getting hurt, the 23-year-old forward amassed 26 goals, 63 points, 178 shots on net, 50 blocked shots and 165 hits across 77 appearances last campaign. Holloway's category coverage makes him a solid option in multiple formants, and he should occupy a top-six role while seeing power-play time in 2025-26.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Wouldn't have returned

Holloway (lower body) was not expected back this season and will turn his focus to 2025-26, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports. Additionally, general manager Doug Armstrong confirmed Holloway underwent surgery.

According to Armstrong, Holloway should be ready for the start of the upcoming campaign, but didn't divulge the nature of the winger's injury. Prior to getting hurt, the 23-year-old Calgary native was rolling offensively with six goals and 10 helpers in his last 12 outings. In his first year with the Blues, Holloway set new personal bests in goals (26), assists (37) and power-play points (13).

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Still deemed week-to-week

Head coach Jim Montgomery said Monday that Holloway (lower body) is still considered week-to-week, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Hollway did some on-ice work recently by doing some stick handling, but he didn't join the rest of the team for practice. The Blues are trending toward claiming a wild-card spot for the playoffs as the regular season draws to a close, but Montgomery's comments Monday suggest that Holloway could be unavailable for at least the start of a first-round series.

  • Blues' Dylan Holloway: Set to miss time

Holloway (lower body) is expected to be sidelined for the "next couple of games," according to head coach Jim Montgomery on Friday.

Holloway probably should be expected to miss the Blues' next two games but he figures to be available ahead of the playoffs. Prior to Thursday's game in which he suffered his lower-body injury, Holloway had racked up 16 points in his prior 11 outings, including a trio of power-play points. While Holloway is on the shelf, Jimmy Snuggerud figures to step into a first-line role in addition to racking up power-play minutes.
