Panthers' Sam Tecklenburg: Back on active roster
Carolina activated Tecklenburg (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.
Tecklenburg was placed on the list last week after testing positive for the virus. He now will be able to rejoin his teammates after clearing the league's protocols. Barring any setbacks, he should be available to provide depth on the line in Sunday's season finale versus the Buccaneers.

Panthers' Sam Tecklenburg: Enters COVID protocols
Tecklenburg (illness) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, and he tested positive for the virus, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Tecklenburg joins fellow Panther centers, Pat Elflein and Matt Paradis in COVID protocols. Depending on who will be able to clear them in time, Tecklenburg could be looking at a start on Sunday against the Saints.
