Gavin Hardison: Cut by Dolphins
Miami waived Hardison on Saturday.
Hardison signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in April, but his time with the club was short-lived. The quarterback out of UTEP will now be free to look for work with a new organization.

Dolphins' Gavin Hardison: Participating in OTAs
Hardison (elbow) was a full participant at the Dolphins' organized team activities Monday, Hal Habib of the Palm Beach Post reports.
Hardison had an elbow injury when he signed with Miami as an undrafted free agent in April. The UTEP product appears to be healthy now, though. He'll compete with Skylar Thompson for the No. 3 option under center behind Tua Tagovailoa and Mike White.

Gavin Hardison: Joining Miami
Hardison (elbow) is slated to sign with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Hardison's final collegiate season was cut short after he underwent Tommy John surgery on his throwing elbow in November, but he was already throwing at his pro day in March. It's unclear when he'll be back to full health, but he'll compete for a roster spot with the Dolphins during offseason activities.
