  • Cardinals' Dadrion Taylor-Demerson: Makes six stops Sunday

Taylor-Demerson recorded six tackles (two solo) during Sunday's 27-23 loss versus the Packers. Taylor-Demerson made the most of his season-low 22 defensive snaps in Week 7, tallying six-plus tackles for the second time this year. He'll try to keep the positive momentum rolling through the Cardinals' bye in Week 8 and into a matchup at Dallas in Week 9.

  • Cardinals' Dadrion Taylor-Demerson: Costly turnover after interception

Taylor-Demerson logged four solo tackles and two pass defenses, including an interception, during the Cardinals' 22-21 loss to the Titans on Sunday. Taylor-Demerson appeared to help the Cardinals seal the game late in the fourth quarter, when he picked off a Cam Ward pass that was tipped by Mack Wilson. However, Taylor-Demerson wasn't able to keep hold of the ball as he went to the ground, and the ball was batted into the end zone and eventually recovered by Titans wide receiver Tyler Lockett to reduce the Cardinals' lead to 21-19 after the extra point. Taylor-Demerson is up to two interceptions along with 23 tackles (17 solo) through five regular-season games.

  • Cardinals' Dadrion Taylor-Demerson: Strong rookie season in 2024

Taylor-Demerson finished the 2024 season with 37 total tackles (23 solo), five passes defensed, and a forced fumble over 17 games. Taylor-Demerson split time between the defensive unit and special teams in his rookie season, operating as a primary backup option behind Jalen Thompson at strong safety. Taylor-Demerson figures to operate in a similar role with the team in 2025, but he'll likely look to carve out a little more usage on the defensive side of the ball.

  • Cardinals' Dadrion Taylor-Demerson: Leads team in tackles in loss

Taylor-Demerson recorded nine tackles (six solo), including a tackle for a loss, in Sunday's 16-6 loss to the Seahawks. The safety also played on 97 percent of the defensive snaps in his second straight start in place of the injured Jalen Thompson (ankle). Thompson did not practice at all in the week leading up to Sunday's game, so his status will again be worth monitoring this week. If he's unable to return for Sunday's matchup with the Vikings, Taylor-Demerson should again stand to benefit.

  • Cardinals' Dadrion Taylor-Demerson: Slated to start Week 12

Taylor-Demerson (back) was listed as a full practice participant on Friday's injury report and carries no injury designation into Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports. Taylor-Demerson finished the week strong with a full practice Friday after logging consecutive limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday. He made his first career NFL start in Week 10 against the Jets due to Jalen Thompson being sidelined with an ankle injury. With Thompson ruled out for Sunday's contest due to the same issue, Taylor-Demerson is slated to make his second career start at strong safety alongside free safety Budda Baker. In Week 10, Taylor-Demerson played every defensive snap and tallied six tackles (five solo) and two pass defenses.
