Allgeier should have the chance for a quality outing in Week 8 against Miami, and he's worth using as a flex option in all leagues. The Dolphins are No. 4 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, and a running back has scored at least 16.1 PPR points against Miami in six games in a row, including four guys with at least 20.8 PPR points over that span. That bodes tremendously well for Bijan Robinson, but Allgeier should get in on the action as well. He has scored at least 10.8 PPR points in three of his past five games, and he should reach that level of production or more in this matchup at home.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Good to go
Rotowire
Allgeier (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at New England, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.
Allgeier played through the same injury last week and ended up handling a season-high 40 percent snap share in the 34-10 loss to Miami. He'll likely play much less this week, unless the Falcons end up in a blowout again

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Limited by knee Thursday
Rotowire
Allgeier (knee) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice.
Allgeier took a questionable tag into Atlanta's Week 8 loss to the Dolphins due to hip and knee injuries but wound up playing a season-high 40 percent snap share and scoring the Falcons' lone touchdown. He's back on the injury report Thursday after avoiding Wednesday's injury report. Friday's injury report will reveal whether Allgeier has an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Suiting up in Week 8
Rotowire
Allgeier (hip/knee) is active for Sunday's game versus the Dolphins, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
After a week in which he was limited in all three practices due to hip and knee injuries and listed as questionable, Allgeier will be available to a Falcons offense Week 8 that will be led by QB Kirk Cousins, who is getting a spot start for the injured Michael Penix (knee). Allgeier has averaged just 3.6 YPC on his 57 rushes in six contests this season, but he could take advantage of the touches that don't go to top RB Bijan Robinson against a Miami defense that has allowed the fourth-most YPC (5.2) to opposing running backs in 2025.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Tending to pair of injuries
Rotowire
Allgeier was listed as limited on Wednesday's practice estimate due to hip and knee injuries, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.
Allgeier has earned double-digit touches in four of six contests this season, but he's coming off the Falcons' Week 7 loss at San Francisco in which he took just four carries for 16 yards and wasn't targeted while starter Bijan Robinson notched 92 yards from scrimmage and a receiving TD on 20 touches. With a pair of inujries now in tow, Allgeier will have two more chances to prove his health this week ahead of Sunday's contest against the Dolphins.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Sleeper RBs
Rotowire
Allgeier has done a nice job of being productive in tandem with Bijan Robinson, and Allgeier is worth using as a flex option in all leagues in Week 7 at San Francisco. He's scored at least 10.8 PPR points in three of the past four games, and the 49ers run defense could struggle this week in the first game without star middle linebacker Fred Warner (ankle). Robinson is my No. 1 running back this week given the matchup, but I like Allgeier as a flex, especially since he has at least 10 carries in all but one game this year.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Scores early TD Monday
Rotowire
Allgeier carried the ball 10 times for 32 yards and a touchdown while catching his only target for six yards in Monday's 24-14 win over the Bills.
Allgeier got involved in the box score early with a 21-yard touchdown scamper on Atlanta's opening possession. The talented backup then took a back seat to starter Bijan Robinson, who ripped apart Buffalo's defense to the tune of 238 yards from scrimmage and a score of his own. Allgeier has generated some flex appeal after hitting pay dirt thrice over his last four appearances. There is a four-yard dud nestled in between, so fantasy managers should also be aware of Allgeier's drastic floor ahead of Sunday's tilt against San Francisco.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Week 5 Waiver Priority List
Rotowire
Allgeier is on bye in Week 5, and Fantasy managers might drop him to create room on the roster, which is understandable. But I want to roster Allgeier in all leagues since he has lottery-ticket appeal as the backup to Bijan Robinson. And Allgeier already has two games with at least 16 total touches and two touchdowns, and he would be a top-20 Fantasy running back in all leagues if Robinson missed any time due to injury.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Hits paydirt against Washington
Rotowire
Allgeier carried the ball 16 times for 51 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-27 win over the Commanders.
Bijan Robinson had a massive day with 21 touches, a career-high 181 scrimmage yards and a rushing TD of his own, but Allgeier still made an impact with a 15-yard score late in the third quarter. It was the fourth-year RB's second touchdown of the season, and despite his backup role he's been able to carve out some fantasy value behind Robinson, turning 41 carries through four weeks into 155 rushing yards. The Falcons will be on bye in Week 5, but Allgeier's volume in Week 6 could depend on whether the team can keep things close against the Bills.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Week 3 Waiver Priority List
Rotowire
Allgeier is more than just a handcuff for Bijan Robinson based on his workload through the first two games, with 26 carries for 100 yards and a touchdown, and one catch for four yards on one target. The Falcons are going to use Allgeier in tandem with Robinson, and Allgeier will have some Fantasy value when he finds the end zone like he did in Week 2 at Minnesota. If Robinson were to miss any time, then Allgeier would be a top-20 Fantasy running back in all leagues, and he's worth adding for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Held in check Sunday
Rotowire
Allgeier rushed 10 times for 24 yards in the Falcons' 23-20 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.
The No. 2 back finished with just two fewer carries than star backfield mate Bijan Robinson, who was similarly stymied on the ground. However, Robinson also logged seven targets and finished with 100 receiving yards, while Allgeier did not see the ball come his way through the air. Robinson is expected to see an even bigger role in his third season, but Allgeier should still have at least an outside chance at double-digit carries in most games.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Idle for preseason opener
Rotowire
Allgeier didn't play in Atlanta's 17-10 preseason loss to the Lions on Friday.
Allgeier is projected to operate as the primary backup behind Bijan Robinson for a second straight season. After a breakout rookie campaign, Allgeier's production as a reserve has been modest. He posted 4.7 yards per carry on a career-low 137 rushing attempts last season.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Closes season with 69 total yards
Rotowire
Allgeier rushed nine times for 52 yards and brought in both targets for 17 yards in the Falcons' 44-38 overtime loss to the Panthers on Sunday.
Allgeier worked in his usual complementary role behind Bijan Robinson, who rushed for a career-high 170 yards and two touchdowns in the close loss. Allgeier's involvement on the ground represented a nice boost from the three carries he'd tallied in Week 17 against the Commanders, and his rushing yardage total was his second highest over the last six games. Allgeier projects to head into 2025, a contract year, in the same role he filled the last two seasons.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Gets three carries in loss
Rotowire
Allgeier rushed three times for 19 yards in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the Commanders.
Allgeier played just 12 percent of the Falcons' offensive snaps Sunday, his second-lowest snap share of the season. The third-year running back saw minimal usage while starter Bijan Robinson handled 20 total touches in the contest.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Twelve touches in Sunday's win
Rotowire
Allgeier carried the ball 11 times for 22 yards and caught his only target for nine yards in Sunday's 34-7 win over the Giants.
With rookie Michael Penix making his first NFL start, the Falcons leaned heavily on their running game, but Allgeier failed to do much with his volume while watching Bijan Robinson turn 24 touches into 103 scrimmage yards and two rushing TDs. Allgeieir has carried the ball 40 times over the last four games, managing 144 yards and a touchdown, and Atlanta will likely try to feature a run-heavy approach again in Week 17 against the Commanders.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Modest production in loss
Rotowire
Allgeier rushed eight times for 16 yards and caught his only target for six yards during Sunday's 17-13 loss to the Chargers.
Allgeier couldn't find any room to operate, and the Falcons' offense as a whole struggled to move the ball consistently. The third-year running back has totaled 50 scrimmage yards in four games this season, but his production has been sporadic as a backup. Allgeier remains a valuable insurance piece for those rostering Bijan Robinson, but the former doesn't have much standalone value.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Logs full practice Thursday
Rotowire
Allgeier (quadriceps) practiced in full Thursday, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Allgeier has earned double-digit touches in three of the last five contests, averaging 10.8 touches for 52.6 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring two rushing TDs. He kicked off Week 11 prep as limited due to a quad injury Wednesday, but his ability to get back to all activity one day later sets him up for a similar workload Sunday in Denver.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Listed with quad injury
Rotowire
Allgeier was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a quadricep injury, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Allgeier handled his normal workload in a 20-17 loss to the Saints on Sunday, taking 11 carries for 59 yards. He apparently picked up a quad injury along the way, but his practice participation Wednesday suggests it's nothing serious. Allgeier likely will be ready to work in behind Bijan Robinson this Sunday at Denver.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Double-digit touches in Week 10
Rotowire
Allgeier rushed 11 times for 59 yards during Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Saints.
Allgeier garnered double-digit rushing attempts for just the third time in 2024. Despite being stymied at the one-yard line on three consecutive plays in the second quarter -- Bijan Robinson eventually scored on fourth down -- Allgeier was actually efficient with his increased workload, recording at least 5.0 yards per carry for the sixth game this season. In five games with at least eight carries, Allgeier has rushed for 310 yards, but he's totaled only 119 rushing yards in his other five appearances.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Modest production in win
Rotowire
Allgeier rushed 12 times for 33 yards in Sunday's 31-26 win over the Buccaneers.
Allgeier played 22 of the Falcons' 62 offensive snaps Sunday, well behind starter Bijan Robinson, who was on the field for 42 snaps. Despite the lopsided playing time in favor of Robinson, the 24-year-old Allgeier earned a near-even split in carries with Robinson, handling 12 carries to Robinson's 13 attempts on the ground. Allgeier was not involved in the passing game, while Robinson saw seven targets against the Buccaneers. Going forward, the former will continue to operate as the backup and hold minimal standalone value, though he would get a major boost if Robinson were to miss time down the stretch. The Falcons are set to host the Cowboys in Week 9.
