Shaa was waived by the Bears on Monday, Larry Mayer of the Bears' official site reports.
Shaa failed to make the team after he signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent in May. If he goes unclaimed on waivers, there's a good chance he ends up back with the Bears' practice squad.
