Morrison remains limited in practice at training camp due to a hamstring injury, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Morrison worked off to the side with the training staff Wednesday after he initially suffered the strained hamstring during spring work. Morrison was a second-round pick last year and appeared in just 10 regular-season games as a rookie, making three starts. With Jamel Dean now in Pittsburgh, Morrison is expected to compete for a starting job at cornerback this summer.

Morrison totaled 26 tackles (19 solo), four defensed passes and one fumble recovery across 10 regular-season games in 2025.
Morrison's NFL debut was delayed until Week 2 due to a quadriceps injury, while hamstring issues, which also wiped out his entire preseason, cost him another five games. The 2025 second-round pick did get back on the field for the last three games of the regular season after his final set of absences, finishing in solid form with 13 tackles (eight solo), a pass defensed and a fumble recovery in that span. With a healthy offseason and preseason, Morrison could certainly make a push for a much larger role in 2026 after averaging 35.9 defensive snaps per contest as a rookie.

Morrison (hamstring) has no injury designation ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Panthers, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
The 21-year-old rookie from Notre Dame upgraded from a DNP on Tuesday to a full practice session Thursday, suggesting he's moved past his hamstring issue in time to play Saturday. Morrison has played well throughout his rookie campaign, recording 24 total tackles and four passes defensed over nine appearances. Now fully healthy, he's expected to operate as one of the Buccaneers' top outside cornerbacks in the Week 18 contest.
